Description

A screw hole 11 into which the tip of the shaft portion 9b of the screw 9 is screwed is provided at the tip of the handle bar 4. Minute clearances are formed between the handle bar 4 and the front portion 5b of the handle 5, and between the liner 10 and the head portion 9a of the screw 9, and the handle 5 is provided around the shaft portion 9b of the screw 9. Can rotate smoothly.
[0015]
A plurality of screw holes 11 are provided at both ends of the handle bar 4 at predetermined intervals in the length direction. By changing the screw holes 11 into which the screws 9 are screwed, the screw holes 11 of the handle bar 5 are changed. The position can be changed.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, arms 12 that are orthogonal to the bar 2 and extend parallel to each other are fixed to the left and right ends of the bar 2. A through hole 12a is provided at the tip of each arm 12, and an annular end 13a of the wire 13 is attached to the through hole 12a. The other end 13b of the wires 13 and 13 is connected to the distal ends of a pair of ropes 15 and 15 drawn from the weight training machine 14 (load applying means).
[0017]
The weight training machine 14 includes a pair of weight elevating units 16 and 16 that are vertically arranged with a space between them on the left and right sides, and a pair of guide bars 17 and 17 that are vertically erected on both the left and right sides so as to sandwich them. And a rope guide portion 18 fixed so as to be movable up and down in a state of being laid between the guide bars 17 and 17.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 5, each weight raising / lowering portion 16 includes a pair of left and right guide bars 19, 19, a weight support portion 20 attached to the left and right guide bars 19 and 19, and a weight support portion 20. A plurality of plate-like weights 21, 21,... Which are disposed below and engage with the guide bars 19, 19 to be movable up and down and are stacked in the vertical direction, are attached to the upper ends of the guide bars 19, 19. And a rope guide device 22.
[0019]
A rectangular plate 23 is fixed along the wall surface W on the floor surface of the training room, and guide bars 19 and 19 are erected on the upper surface thereof.
[0020]
A rectangular plate member 24 is horizontally fixed to the wall surface W of the training room so as to be positioned vertically above the plate member 23, and a rope guide device 22 is fixed to the front surface thereof.
[0021]
The weight support portion 20 engages with the guide bars 19, 19 so as to be movable up and down, and has a pair of left and right bearing plates 25, 25 on the upper surface, and the pulleys 26 are vertically and freely rotatable by the bearing plates 25, 25. It is pivotally supported. A shaft 27 penetrating each weight 21 protrudes vertically downward from the lower surface of the weight support portion 20.
[0022]
Through-holes 27a, 27a,... Penetrating in the front-rear direction are provided in the shaft 27 at a constant interval in the axial direction, and the interval is equal to the thickness of one weight 21.
[0023]
Each weight 21 is provided with a pin insertion hole 21a penetrating in the front-rear direction and a shaft insertion hole 21b penetrating vertically and through the shaft 27.
[0024]
When the weight support portion 20 comes into contact with the upper surface of the weight 21 positioned at the uppermost position in a state where the weights 21 are overlapped with each other, the through holes 27a of the shaft 27 are aligned with the pin insertion holes 21a of any one of the weights 21. To do. When the pin 28 is inserted into the pin insertion hole 21 a of the arbitrary weight 21, the pin 28 penetrates the weight 21 and the shaft 27, and the tip portion protrudes rearward of the shaft 27.
[0025]
When the weight support portion 20 rises in this state, the weight 21 inserted through the pin 28 and all the weights 21 located above the weight 21 rise together with the weight support portion 20 suspended. Therefore, by changing the weight 21 through which the pin 28 is inserted, the number of weights 21 suspended from the weight support portion 20 can be adjusted.
[0026]
The rope guide device 22 includes a housing 29 fixed to the upper ends of the guide bars 19, 19 and the plate member 24, a bearing portion 30 that is pivotally supported by the housing 29 so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction, and perpendicular to the bearing portion 30. And a pulley 31 rotatably supported.
[0027]
The upper ends of the guide bars 17 and 17 are fixed to the plate member 24 via the support member 32, and the lower ends are fixed to the plate member 23.
[0028]
The rope guide portion 18 includes a plate-like support member 34 fixed to the guide bars 17 and 17 so as to be able to move up and down horizontally, a pair of holders 35 and 35 attached to the left and right ends of the front surface of the support member 34, A bearing portion 36 that is pivotally supported by the holder 35 so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction, a pulley 37 that is pivotally supported by each bearing portion 36 so as to rotate freely, and a bearing that is fixed to the upper portions of the left and right ends of the support member 34. And a pulley 39 pivotally supported on each bearing 38 in a vertical and rotatable manner.
[0029]
A gate 40 is provided at the front end of each bearing 36 to guide the rope 15 drawn from the pulley 37 forward. Further, a guide bar 41 is provided at the front end of each bearing portion 38, and a gap through which the rope 15 is passed is formed between the pulley 39.
[0030]
The rope 15 drawn into the gate portion 40 is wound around the outer peripheral portion of the pulley 37, passes through the through hole 35 a at the top of the holder 35, engages with the outer peripheral portion of the pulley 39, and the outer periphery of the pulley 31 above it. The upper end of the pulley 26 is attached to the lower surface of the housing 29. The upper end is attached to the lower surface of the housing 29.
[0031]
When the rope 15 pulled out from the gate portion 40 is pulled forward, the weight support portion 20 and the weight 21 suspended by the lift rise, and when the force pulling the rope 15 is loosened, the weight support portion 20 and the weight 21 are lowered. .
[0032]
Next, the usage method of this training apparatus 1 is demonstrated based on FIG. When the trainee grasps the handles 5 and 5 of the pressing operation unit 3 with both hands and presses them forward, the pressing force is transmitted to the bar 2 through the support member 6 and further through the arms 12 and 12 and the wires 13 and 13. To the ropes 15 and 15 (see FIG. 5).
[0033]
As a result, a force in the upward direction is applied to each weight support portion 20 and the weight support portion 20 and the weight 21 suspended by the weight support portion 20 are lifted, so that their weight acts on the ropes 15 and 15. The weight is transmitted to both ends of the bar 2 through the wires 13 and 13 and the arms 12 and 12, and the bar 2 is loaded backward.
[0034]
The trainee can reinforce the muscle strength of the upper arm and trunk by repeating the operation of protruding both arms so as not to lose this load and pressing the pressing operation unit 3 forward. In addition, since the pressing operation unit 3 can rotate 360 ° in both directions and is unstable, the wrist can be trained and the muscular strength of the forearm can be strengthened.
[0035]
In the present embodiment, the handles 5 and 5 can be rotated 360 ° in both directions, and the wrist can be turned. Therefore, the angle of the wrist and the arm is close to the angle of the wrist and the forearm for grasping the judo clothes. , Training can be performed with the motion and image very similar to the pushing and pulling motions performed in Judo efforts. In addition, by wrapping a cloth made of the same material as the judo gown around the grip portion 5a of the handle 5, it is possible to perform training with an image more similar to an actual judo effort.
[0036]
Further, when the pressing operation unit 3 is pressed, since the handles 5 and 5 are firmly held and both arms are protruded forward, the grip strength and shoulder muscle strength can be strengthened. Furthermore, when pressing the pressing operation unit 3, it is necessary to step on the foot and balance it, so that not only the upper body but also the lower body can be strengthened. In particular, the upper arm muscles, forearm muscles, rectus abdominis muscles, great pectoral muscles, latissimus dorsi muscles can be trained.
[0037]
In this embodiment, since both ends of the bar 2 are pulled through the ropes 15 and 15 so as to apply a load, the bar 2 is unstable, and the bar 2 is vertical when operating the pressing operation unit 3. Swing in the plane. Such a structure is particularly effective for strengthening the lower body.
[0038]
By performing training with this training device 1, it is possible to apply a force to resist the pulling or pushing of the opponent by pulling with the arm in the judo effort.
[0039]
The magnitude of the load applied to the bar 2 by the weight training machine 14 can be adjusted by changing the number of weights 21 suspended from the weight support portion 20. The height of the ropes 15 and 15 from the floor surface can be adjusted by raising and lowering the support member 34 of the rope guide portion 18.
[0040]
Moreover, in this embodiment, since the bearing parts 36 and 36 which support the pulleys 37 and 37 of the rope guide part 18 are rotatable in a horizontal direction, when a trainee changes the direction which protrudes both arms, it is a wire. Since 13 and 13 do not come off or twist and cause extra resistance, safety is high.
[0041]
Furthermore, by measuring the weight of the weight 21, it is possible to know the magnitude of the load applied to the bar 2, so that highly rational training based on a numerical basis can be performed.
[0042]
FIGS. 17-21 has shown the modification of the said 1st Embodiment.
[0043]
In the example shown in FIG. 17, the support member 6 can be rotated around the central axis of the bar 2 and fixed at an arbitrary position. When the pressing operation part 3 is rotated and fixed at a position rotated about 180 ° around the central axis of the bar 2 and a tensile force is applied to the bar 2 through the pressing operation part 3 in the direction of the arrow, A load opposite to the force is applied to both ends of the bar 2 by the weight training machine 14 (see FIG. 1). By doing in this way, training can be performed with an operation similar to the operation when grasping and pulling the opponent with both hands.
[0044]
In the example shown in FIG. 18, instead of the pressing operation unit 3, a pressing operation unit 42 for one-handed operation can be rotatably attached via a screw 7. The pressing operation unit 42 is formed in the same manner as the handle 5 of the pressing operation unit 3 and is operated by a trainee holding it with one hand. By doing in this way, training can be performed with an operation similar to the operation when holding and pressing the opponent with one hand.
[0045]
In the example shown in FIG. 19, a pair of handles 5 can be attached to the handle bar 4 so that a step X is produced in the axial direction of the screw 7 with respect to the other. That is, a spacer 50 having a height corresponding to the step X can be inserted between one handle 5 and the handle bar 4. By doing in this way, since training can be performed with one arm extended and the other arm contracted, it is possible to perform training corresponding to various approaches.
[0046]
The example shown in FIG. 20 includes exercise amount display means 43 that calculates and displays the exercise amount of the trainee. The momentum display means 43 includes a counter 44 that counts the number of weights 21 that are moved up and down and the number of times that the weight is moved, a counting circuit 45 that calculates the amount of exercise based on a detection value of the counter 44, and And a display device 46 for displaying.
[0047]
The counting circuit 45 and the display device 46 may be designed exclusively, or only a software may be newly created using a general personal computer. Moreover, although the exercise amount displayed is not specifically limited, For example, the number of times of raising / lowering, total weight, kinetic energy (calories), etc. can be displayed. By doing so, it is possible to perform rational training based on a numerical basis.
[0048]
In the example shown in FIG. 21, a doll attachment portion 48 for attaching a doll 47 that is a virtual opponent to the bar 2 is provided. The doll attachment portion 48 has a rod shape, one end is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the support member 6, and protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the bar 2. The doll 47 is placed opposite to the front of the trainee and fixed to the tip of the doll attachment portion 48 by a fixing member 49. By doing in this way, training that imagined the actual efforts can be performed.
[0049]
It should be noted that the examples shown in FIGS. 17 to 21 may be implemented independently, or some may be implemented in combination as appropriate.
[0050]
Further, the configuration is such that the magnitude of the load acting on one end of the bar 2 and the magnitude of the load acting on the other end are instantaneously imbalanced in accordance with the magnitude of the pressing force or tensile force acting on the bar 2. May be. In this way, it is possible to perform training that approximates a variety of movements in actual judo efforts.
[0051]
As a mechanism that exhibits such an effect, for example, a clutch mechanism is provided in one weight raising / lowering part 16 and the clutch mechanism is activated when the speed of the wire 15 connected to the weight raising / lowering part 16 exceeds a certain speed. In this case, the transmission of the load to the wire 15 is cut off.
[0052]
Further, it is safe to provide a mechanism for preventing the weight 21 from suddenly descending when the operation of pushing or pulling the bar 2 is suddenly stopped. As such a mechanism, for example, a flyweight that swings when a centrifugal force exceeds a predetermined value is applied to a pulley that guides the wire 15, and a brake shoe that grips and grips the wire 15 when the flyweight swings. What was provided can be considered.
[0053]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. 7 is an overall perspective view of the training apparatus 101 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a plan view of the training apparatus 101, FIG. 9 is a side view of the step 104 of the training apparatus 101, and FIG. It is explanatory drawing of a usage method.
[0054]
As shown in FIG. 7, the training apparatus 101 includes an elongated bar 102. The bar 102 is formed to be longer than the shoulder width of a trainer having a general physique, and the end portion protrudes by several tens of centimeters on both sides of the trainee while the trainer is carrying the shoulder.
[0055]
As shown in FIG. 8, the bar 102 has a bar main body 102a formed of a material having rigidity such as metal, and annular connecting portions 102b are formed at both left and right ends thereof. A plurality of string-like elastic bodies 103, 103... Formed of rubber or the like are inserted into each connecting portion 102b. An elastic tube 102c made of a resin material is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the bar main body 102a.
[0056]
A step 104 is placed on the floor and is formed of a rigid rectangular plate. As shown in FIG. 9, a sheet member 105 (slip prevention means) made of a material having a high friction coefficient is attached to the lower surface of the step 104 so as to prevent the step 104 from sliding relative to the floor surface. ing.
[0057]
An annular connecting member 106 is erected at each corner of the upper surface of the step 104, and an elastic body 103 is connected to each connecting member 106 via a connecting ring 107. Each elastic body 103 is inserted into the connecting portion 102b and the connecting ring 107, and both ends (not shown) are connected to each other. The elastic body 103 is detachable from the connecting ring 107 and the connecting portion 102b, and the magnitude of the load applied to the bar 102 is adjusted by changing the number of the elastic bodies 103 or exchanging with another elastic body. be able to.
[0058]
Next, a method for using the training apparatus 101 will be described with reference to FIG. When the trainee rides on the platform 104 and lifts the bar 102 horizontally on the shoulder, each elastic body 103 extends within the elastic limit, and a downward load is generated at the left and right ends of the bar 102. Further, by twisting the bar 102 carried on the shoulder to the left and right, each elastic body 103 expands and contracts within the elastic limit, and loads opposite to the twist are generated at the left and right ends of the bar 102.
[0059]
The squat motion of bending and stretching the knee while holding the bar 102 on the shoulder is repeatedly performed, and the bar 102 is twisted to the left and right during the motion, whereby the muscle strength of the lower body and the trunk can be strengthened. Note that the bar 102 may be raised to the waist level with the rear hand and twisted to the left and right. When the squat motion is performed, it is effective to slowly perform the motion of bending and stretching the body, which increases the time during which the load of the elastic body 103 acts on the upper body and the knee.
[0060]
By performing such an operation, in particular, the quadriceps, biceps (hamstring), gastrocnemius and soleus (calf), latissimus dorsi, abdominal, gluteus, etc. can be trained. Thereby, the core of a body required for judo can be made, and the balance of the body when a skill is applied or when competing can be improved.
[0061]
Since the training apparatus 101 applies a load to the bar 102 by the elastic body 103, the bar 102 can be made relatively light. Therefore, the inertial force that acts when twisting is small compared to a training device that applies a load by weight (for example, a squat shaft, etc.), so excessive torsional or twisting force does not act on the body, and it is safe and quick. Training is possible.
[0062]
In addition, the training apparatus 101 has an extremely simple structure, has an advantage that the manufacturing cost is low, and the movement is easy.
[0063]
Furthermore, since the magnitude of the load applied to the bar 102 can be known by measuring the elastic force of the elastic body 103, highly rational training based on a numerical basis can be performed.
[0064]
In the present embodiment, the elastic body 103 is attached to the step 104 placed on the floor surface, but the elastic body 103 may be attached to the floor surface through appropriate attachment means.
[0065]
22 to 24 show modifications of the second embodiment.
[0066]
In the example shown in FIG. 22, each connecting portion 102b of the bar 102 is connected to each connecting member 106 of the platform 104 by a plurality of elastic bodies 103 and a plurality of connecting rings 107 provided therebetween. The number of connecting rings 107 and elastic bodies 103 can be arbitrarily increased or decreased. In this way, since the height from the platform 104 to the bar 102 can be adjusted, it is possible to cope with a plurality of trainees having different heights. Moreover, the magnitude | size of the load given to the bar | burr 102 can be adjusted by changing the number of the elastic bodies 103, or replacing | exchanging the elastic bodies 103 to a thing with a different elastic force.
[0067]
In the example shown in FIG. 23, the exercise amount display means 108 for calculating and displaying the exercise amount of the trainee is provided. The exercise amount display means 108 includes a counter 109 that counts the number of times the bar 102 is moved up and down, a counting circuit 110 that calculates the amount of exercise based on a detection value of the counter 109, and a display device that displays the amount of exercise calculated by the counting circuit 110. 111.
[0068]
Note that the counting circuit 110 and the display device 111 may be designed exclusively, or only a new software may be created using a general personal computer. Moreover, although the exercise amount displayed is not specifically limited, For example, the number of times of raising / lowering, total weight, kinetic energy (calorie), etc. can be displayed. By doing so, it is possible to perform rational training based on a numerical basis.
[0069]
In the example shown in FIG. 24, the step 104 is equally divided into a pair of left and right divided parts 104a and 104b along a center line 112 extending in the front-rear direction, and the divided parts 104a and 104a are separated by a pair of hinges 113 provided at these boundary parts. 104b is rotatably connected, and the step 104 can be folded along the center line 112. If it does in this way, since the step 104 can be folded and made compact, transportability and storage property improve.
[0070]
Note that the examples shown in FIGS. 22 to 24 may be implemented singly or some may be combined as appropriate.
[0071]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 11 is an overall perspective view of a training device 201 according to the third embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 12 is a side view of the training device 201, and FIG. 13 is an explanatory diagram of a method for using the training device 201.
[0072]
This training device 201 is used by connecting between two fixed objects S, S arranged on both sides of a space where a trainee performs training, and is a bar 202 shorter than the interval between the fixed objects S, S. It has. The bar 202 is formed to be longer than the shoulder width of a trainee having a general physique, and the end protrudes by several tens of centimeters on both sides of the trainee in a state where the bar 202 is disposed in front of the trainee. The fixed object S may be an existing one (for example, a column of another training device) or may be designed exclusively.
[0073]
As shown in FIG. 12, the bar 202 has a bar main body 202a formed of a material having rigidity such as metal, and annular connecting portions 202b are formed at both left and right ends thereof. A plurality of string-like elastic bodies 203, 203,... Made of rubber or the like are attached to each connecting portion 202b via a connecting ring 204.
[0074]
Each elastic body 203 is inserted into the connecting ring 204, wound around the outer periphery of the fixed object S, and both ends (not shown) are connected to each other. The elastic body 203 is detachably attached to the connecting ring 204 and the fixed object S, and the magnitude of the load applied to the bar 202 can be adjusted by changing the number of the elastic bodies 203 or replacing them with other elastic bodies. .
[0075]
Next, the usage method of this training apparatus 201 is demonstrated based on FIG. When the trainee holds the bar 202 with both hands and performs rotation, twisting, stepping, etc. around the body, loads opposite to these actions are generated at the left and right ends of the bar 202.
[0076]
Since the bar 202 can be freely moved within the elastic limit of each elastic body 203, the muscle strength of the whole body can be strengthened. In particular, it is possible to train forearm muscles, upper arm biceps, upper arm thirds, quadriceps, latissimus dorsi, etc.
[0077]
In addition, since the training apparatus 201 applies a load to the bar 202 with the elastic body 203, the bar 202 can be made relatively light. Therefore, since the inertial force that acts when twisting is small, excessive torsional force or torsional force does not act on the body, and it is possible to train safely and quickly.
[0078]
Since the trainee can move the bar 202 freely and quickly, the trainer can perform training with motions and images that are close to actual judo efforts.
[0079]
For example, by pressing the bar 202 with the left hand while stepping on with the right foot, pulling the bar 202 with the right hand and twisting the body to the right, the same operation as the large left trimming can be performed.
[0080]
Further, while stepping on the right foot and the left foot in this order, the bar 202 is pushed with the right hand, the bar 202 is pulled with the left hand, and the body is twisted 180 degrees to the left, so that the same operation as the right carrying technique can be performed.
[0081]
The training device 201 has an extremely simple structure, is inexpensive to manufacture, and has an advantage that it is easy to move because it is lightweight.
[0082]
Moreover, since the magnitude | size of the load given to the bar 202 can be known by measuring the elastic force of the elastic body 203, highly rational training based on a numerical basis can be performed.
[0083]
There is also an advantage that training can be performed at any place where there is a fixed object for connecting the bar 202.
[0084]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 14 is an overall perspective view of a training device 301 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 15 is a plan view of the training device 301, and FIG. 16 is an explanatory diagram of a method for using the training device 301.
[0085]
As shown in FIG. 14, this training device 301 is used by being connected to a plurality of fixed objects S ′, S ′... Arranged around a space where a trainee performs training. The body winding part 302 wound around the person's body is provided.
[0086]
The fixed object S ′ may be an existing one (for example, a support column of another training device) or may be designed exclusively.
[0087]
As shown in FIG. 15, the body winding portion 302 includes a flexible tube 303 made of a resin material, a chain 304 inserted into the tube 303 and projecting from the tube 303 at both ends, and one end of the chain 304. And a hook-shaped locking tool 305 attached to the.
[0088]
The body winding portion 302 is formed in an elliptical shape, and a plurality of string-like elastic bodies 306, 306... Formed of rubber or the like are provided at both ends in the major axis direction via a pair of connecting rings 307, 307. It is connected. Both ends of each elastic body 306 are connected to each other, inserted into the connection rings 307 and 307, and connected to the fixed object S ′ via the hook-shaped connection member 308 and the wire 309 so as to be movable up and down.
[0089]
The elastic body 306 is detachable from the connection ring 307 and the connection member 308, and the magnitude of the load applied to the body winding portion 302 is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of the elastic bodies 306 or replacing the elastic bodies 306 with other elastic bodies. be able to.
[0090]
Next, a method for using the training apparatus 301 will be described. In the state where the trunk winding portion 302 is wound around the torso of the trainee and is tightened to an appropriate strength, the locking tool 305 attached to one end of the chain 304 is hooked at a suitable position on the other end of the chain 304 and locked.
[0091]
As shown in FIG. 16, when the trainee twists the body to the left and right, each elastic body 306 expands and contracts, and a load opposite to the twist acts on the body winding portion 302. Since this load acts directly on the torso of the trainee, the muscle strength of the trunk can be reliably strengthened. In particular, it can train the rectus abdominis, oblique abdominal muscles and the like.
[0092]
In addition, the trainer can perform training with motions and images similar to actual judo efforts by performing a motion such as putting out the foot forward or pulling back simultaneously with twisting.
[0093]
The training device 301 has an extremely simple structure, is inexpensive to manufacture, and has an advantage of being easy to move because it is lightweight.
[0094]
Further, since the elastic body 306 applies a load, the body winding portion 302 is lightweight and has a small inertial force that acts when twisted. Therefore, since excessive torsional force and torsional force do not act on the body, it is safe and training with quick action is possible.
[0095]
Further, there is an advantage that the training can be performed at any place where there is a fixed object for connecting the body winding portion 302.
[0096]
Furthermore, by measuring the elastic force of the elastic body 306, it is possible to know the magnitude of the load applied to the body winding portion 302, so that highly rational training based on a numerical basis can be performed.
[0097]
The configuration of the present invention is not limited to that shown in each of the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made to the above embodiments without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0098]
The training apparatus of the present invention can also be used for training other than judo.
[Industrial applicability]
[0099]
Main departure In the bright training apparatus, when the trainee grasps the pressing operation unit with both hands and presses it forward, a load in a direction opposite to the pressing direction is generated at both ends of the bar. The muscular strength of the upper arm and trunk can be strengthened by repeating the operation of pressing the pressing operation unit forward so that the trainee does not lose this load. Moreover, since the pressing operation part is rotatable and unstable, the wrist can be trained and the forearm strength can be strengthened. Moreover, since it is necessary to hold the pressing operation part firmly with both hands and to project both arms forward, it is possible to reinforce grip strength and shoulder muscle strength. Furthermore, when pressing the pressing operation unit, it is necessary to step on the foot and balance it, so that not only the upper body but also the lower body can be strengthened.
