前記可動体には指頭当接部を有する指受け部を設け、この指受け部は、上下方向へ延びてこの指頭当接部を有する縦板部と、この縦板部と交差して前記下刃先から離間する外側へ延びる横板部とを有し、この縦板部の指当て面とこの横板部の指当て面とで段差状に形成されている
