BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and more particularly to a technique effective when applied to an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus using a puncture coupler.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus using a puncture coupler, a puncture needle using a conventional puncture coupler has a through-hole through which the puncture needle can be passed on the puncture coupler, and is used for collection purposes from there. The tissue is collected with a puncture needle, and the collected tissue is inspected with an inspection device such as a microscope.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional puncture coupler, since the ultrasonic probe and the puncture coupler are fixed, for example, depending on the position of the tissue to be collected, the puncture needle is put in the field of view to the surrounding tissue (for example, a blood vessel or the like). May have to be collected. When the field of view is changed in this way, there has been a problem that the position of the puncture coupler must also be changed.
In addition, when the puncture coupler is used, there is a problem that the ultrasonic probe and the puncture coupler cannot be separated from the living body unless the puncture needle is removed from the living body.
The puncture guideline indicating the planned path through which the puncture needle passes is a fixed method, and even if the relative position of the ultrasonic probe and the puncture coupler changes, the display on the monitor provided on the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus main body side Since the puncture guideline on the screen does not change, there is a problem that the puncture guideline is not useful because it is out of view.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of changing a visual field without moving a puncture coupler with respect to a living body.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of separating the ultrasonic probe and the puncture coupler from the living body while the puncture needle is inserted into the living body.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of quickly and reliably collecting a tissue to be collected by a puncture needle without destroying the surrounding tissue.
The above and other objects and novel features of the present invention will be apparent from the description of this specification and the accompanying drawings.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Of the inventions disclosed in this application, the outline of typical ones will be briefly described as follows.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a puncture coupler is mounted between a living body and an ultrasonic probe so that the ultrasonic probe can be moved to a predetermined position, and the moving position of the ultrasonic probe is detected. An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes an ultrasonic probe position detecting means and means for moving and displaying a puncture guideline in accordance with the detected moving position.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus of the first aspect of the invention, the puncture coupler is provided with a through groove through which the puncture needle passes.
[0006]
The point of the present invention is that in the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus of the present invention, in the puncture coupler provided between the living body and the ultrasonic probe, the position of the puncture guideline can be automatically changed when the field of view is changed. Ultrasonic probe position detecting means (for example, an encoder) for detecting the moving position of the ultrasonic probe is provided at a predetermined position of the puncture coupler, and the puncture guideline is automatically set according to the position of the ultrasonic probe. It has a structure to move to. The puncture guideline is moved and displayed in accordance with the moving position of the ultrasonic probe.
[0007]
In addition, the visual field can be changed without moving the puncture coupler relative to the living body. That is, a through-hole having the same diameter as the outer diameter of the trocar is provided at a predetermined position of the puncture coupler, and a through-groove having a width that is smaller than the diameter of the through-hole through the through-hole and that can pass only the puncture needle By providing in the outer direction, the ultrasonic probe and the puncture coupler can be separated from the living body even when the puncture needle is stuck in the living body. As a result, the tissue to be collected by the puncture needle can be collected quickly and reliably without destroying the surrounding tissue.
[0008]
