Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container in which a decorative dish can be replaced.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Cosmetics that make it possible to attach and detach the cosmetic dish filled with cosmetics to the container body, and replace the used cosmetic dish with a new cosmetic dish, or replace multiple types of cosmetics as desired. A container proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-308517 is known.
[0003]
Specifically, the cosmetic container includes a container main body and a lid that is hinged to the container main body so as to be openable and closable. A cosmetic dish is stored in the container main body. An engagement groove is formed on the outer periphery, and a first engagement projection that can be engaged with the engagement groove of the decorative dish is formed on the first inner surface of the decorative dish storage portion of the container body. A plurality of claws are formed on the second inner surface of the facing dressing plate storage portion on both sides with vertical slits extending in the vertical direction, with the lower ends at the free ends. A second engaging projection that can be engaged with the mating groove is formed, and the second inner surface between the claws is a holding wall that is flexible with a spring force larger than that of the claw with the lower end as a free end. On the inner surface, the protruding amount is set to be smaller than that of the second engaging protrusion, and the decorative dish is moved toward the first engaging protrusion. Forming a convex portion which presses and above the retaining wall and the pawl of the second inner surface was constituted by forming a lateral slit over the entire width of their forming regions.
[0004]
In the cosmetic container, the decorative dish is attached to the decorative dish storage portion of the container body with the deformation of the nail formed on the second inner surface, and the holding wall provided on the second inner surface is provided. Since the horizontal slit is formed over the entire width of the formation region above the holding wall and the nail on the second inner surface, the makeup plate can be removed. When the dish is removed or the cosmetic container is dropped, the stress is not concentrated on the deformed deformed portion of the nail or the holding wall, but is stressed by the curved deformation accompanied by the twist of the portion below the lateral slit on the second inner surface. Dispersion can prevent damage to the nails and the holding wall, and can enhance the durability of the cosmetic container.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional cosmetic container, a lateral slit for dispersing stress to prevent damage to the nail and the holding wall is formed over the entire width of the forming region above the holding wall and the nail. Therefore, the second inner surface itself provided with the claws and the holding walls acts as a leaf spring as a whole, and affects the elastic characteristics set for the claws and the holding walls.
[0006]
For this reason, when setting the elastic characteristics of the nail and the holding wall that hold the inside of the cosmetic dish while securing the detachability of the cosmetic dish, it is necessary to keep in mind the spring property of the second inner surface. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to appropriately adjust the elastic characteristics of the claws and the holding wall in consideration of the elastic characteristics of the second inner surface. In particular, the nails have a direct influence on the detachability of the vanity plate, are softened unnecessarily due to the second inner surface exhibiting considerable springiness, and show a feeling of whether or not the vanity plate is securely attached. There was a problem that the feeling of click operation was impaired and the operability was not good.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and can appropriately set the elastic characteristics of the nail to improve the detachability of the decorative dish, and at the time of detaching the decorative dish, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container that can appropriately prevent damage to the skin.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides a cosmetic container having a container body which is opened and closed by a lid and in which a decorative dish storage portion for storing a decorative dish with a bottom wall and a peripheral wall is formed. An engagement groove is formed on the outer periphery of the decorative dish, and a first engagement protrusion that can be engaged with the engagement groove of the decorative dish is formed on the first wall portion of the peripheral wall of the container body. By forming a U-shaped slit in the up and down direction on the second wall portion of the peripheral wall opposite to the one wall portion, a plurality of leaf spring-like claws having a lower end as a free end and an upper end as a fixed end are formed. A second engaging projection that can be engaged with the engaging groove of the vanity plate is formed at the free ends of the nails, and the top surface of the second wall portion from above the fixed ends of the nails. It is characterized in that a transverse slit is formed at an appropriate position up to the width of the nail.
[0009]

Further, when the lid body 14 is opened, the hook 42 is pushed up to release the engagement with the projection 44.
[0015]
With the cosmetic container 10 of the present embodiment having the above configuration, when the cosmetic tray 24 is mounted, the cosmetic tray 24 is inserted into the cosmetic tray storage unit 20 from above, thereby The lower end portion comes into contact with the second engagement protrusions 32, 32, and the decorative plate 24 is pushed further from the contacted state, whereby the pair of claws 30, 30 are pushed inward of the rear wall 15b while the decorative plate 24 The engagement groove 24a engages with a pair of first engagement protrusions 28, 28 formed in the partition wall 15a as shown in FIG. At the same time, when the second engagement projections 32, 32 formed on the claws 30, 30 are positioned in the engagement groove 24a, the claws 30, 30 are elastically restored and the second engagement projections 32, 32 are engaged. Engages with the mating groove 24a. As described above, the first and second engaging protrusions 28 and 32 are engaged with the engaging groove 24a, so that the dressing plate 24 is prevented from being detached and the mounting is completed. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the decorative groove 24 a is engaged with the first and second engaging protrusions 28 and 32 by simply pushing the decorative plate 24 into the decorative plate storage unit 20 from above, so that the decorative plate 24 is attached. This makes it possible to remarkably easily perform the mounting operation of the decorative tray 24.
[0016]
Next, when removing the decorative dish 24 from the decorative dish storage part 20, by inserting a finger from the recessed part 18 of the partition wall 15a and pressing the decorative dish 24 toward the rear wall 15b, the figure is moved. As shown in FIG. 6, the engaging groove 24 a is detached from the first engaging protrusions 28, 28 while the claws 30, 30 are bent by the decorative dish 24. Then, the cosmetic dish 24 is lifted upward so that the first engagement protrusions 28, 28 side of the decorative dish 24 are upward, and the engagement groove 24 a is detached from the second engagement protrusions 32, 32. Become.
[0017]
By the way, when attaching and detaching the decorative tray 24 as described above, the nails 30 and 30 are pushed into the rear wall 15b by the lower end portion thereof, but at this time, above the fixed ends 30e and 30e of the nails 30 and 30. Since the horizontal slits 38 and 38 are formed in the fixed ends 30e and 30e, both ends of the fixed ends 30e and 30e are connected to the rear wall 15b so as to be elastically deformable, so that the claws 30 and 30 are pushed in. Then, the fixed ends 30e and 30e themselves can be deformed by curving the central portion inward of the rear wall 15b with both end portions as fulcrums. Since the elastic deformation of the fixed ends 30e and 30e is allowed in this way, it is possible to prevent the claws 30 and 30 from being broken by dispersing the stress acting on the fixed ends 30e and 30e when the decorative tray 24 is attached and detached. The durability of the cosmetic container 10 can be improved. In addition, the elastic characteristics around the fixed ends 30e and 30e of the claws 30 and 30 can be determined only by the relationship between the claws 30 and 30 and the lateral slits 38 and 38, which is required for the claws 30 and 30 themselves. Therefore, it is possible to set appropriate elastic characteristics separately, to easily set a click operation feeling, and to improve the detachability operability of the vanity plate 24.
[0018]
When the cosmetic container 10 is dropped and an impact is inputted, the same impact is also applied to the claws 30 and 30 by the movement of the cosmetic tray 24, but the nails 30 and 30 are fixed as described above. Since the ends 30e and 30e are also elastically deformable, the impact stress can be dispersed to prevent the claws 30 and 30 from being damaged, and the durability of the cosmetic container 10 can be improved also from this aspect.
[0019]
7 to 9 show a cosmetic container 10 according to another embodiment, and the same components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted. 7 is a perspective view of the cosmetic container in a state in which the decorative dish is taken out and the lid is opened, FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view corresponding to FIG. 3, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view corresponding to FIG.
[0020]
That is, in the cosmetic container 10 of this embodiment, the lateral slits 38 are formed on the top surface 15c of the rear wall 15b. Of course, even in this embodiment, the lateral slits 38, 38 are formed substantially in the width of the claws 30, 30.
[0021]
Accordingly, even in this embodiment, as shown in the above embodiment, the horizontal slits 38, 38 are formed on the upper end portion of the rear wall 15b facing the dressing tray storage portion 20, as in the case of the dressing plate 24. The stress acting on the fixed ends 30e and 30e can be dispersed when attaching and detaching and the cosmetic container 10 is dropped, and the elasticity required for the nails 30 and 30 itself is different from the configuration for dispersing such stress. Characteristics can be set appropriately and independently.
[0022]
By the way, although the case where the horizontal slits 38, 38 shown in the respective embodiments are linearly formed in the horizontal direction has been disclosed, the horizontal slits 38, 38 are not limited to this, and the horizontal slits 38, 38 have a free shape such as a wave shape, a sawtooth shape, or a chevron shape. It can also be formed as, or can be inclined.
[0023]
In each of the above embodiments, the cosmetic container 10 having the container body 12 in which the bottom wall 13 and the peripheral wall 15 are integrally formed has been described as an example. However, a separate dish frame is stored in the dish-shaped container body. The U-shaped slit 30a, the claw 30, the lateral slit 38, etc. may be formed on the peripheral wall of the dish frame.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the cosmetic container of the present invention, the engagement groove is formed on the outer periphery of the decorative dish, and the first wall portion of the peripheral wall of the container body can be engaged with the engagement groove of the decorative dish. A first engagement protrusion is formed, and a U-shaped slit is formed in the vertical direction on the second wall portion of the peripheral wall opposite to the first wall portion, so that the lower end portion is a free end and the upper end portion is a fixed end. A plurality of leaf spring-like claws are formed, and at the free ends of the claws, second engagement protrusions that can be engaged with the engagement grooves of the decorative dish are formed, and each nail is fixed to the second wall portion. When a horizontal slit is formed at the appropriate position from the top of the edge to the top surface with a width of the nail, the elastic deformation of the fixed end of the nail can be allowed, and the cosmetic container is dropped or removed when the cosmetic container is dropped The stress acting on the periphery of the nail can be dispersed to prevent the nail from being broken.
[0025]
In addition, it is possible to appropriately set the elastic characteristics required for the nail itself, it is easy to set a click operation feeling, and the detachability operability of the decorative dish can be improved.
