本発明は、二種の内容物を一定割合で密に分離して一体に収納保持し、使用時に両内容物を内部で混合させて注出使用する混合分配容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一定割合の二種の内容物を、保存時には密に分離して一体に収納保持し、使用時に両内容物を内部で混合して注出使用すべく構成した混合分配容器が知られているが、この混合分配容器の従来技術の例として、特公昭44−14399号公報、実公平7−34857号公報に示された容器がある。

特公昭44−14399号公報に示された技術は、排出ノズルを回すことによって内部容器を外して、この内部容器を外部容器内で開放し、もって二種の内容物を混合する構成であり、実公平7−34857号公報に示された従来技術は、第一の内容物を収納する下位容体と第二の内容物を収納する上位容体とを、螺合結合した下位連結体と上位連結体とを介して液密に連結し、この下位連結体と上位連結体との螺脱による相互変位動作を利用することにより、下位容体と上位容体との間を遮断している蓋体を取外し、両内容物の混合を達成するように構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来技術の内、特公昭44−14399号公報に示されたものにあっては、外部容器に凹部を設けたり、棒状部材を設ける必要があり、このため構造が複雑となり、また外部容器内に内部容器を設ける必要があるので、内部容器の大きさに大きな制限が加えられることになり、このため混合される二種の内容物の割合に制限が生じ易く、さらに内部容器を外部容器内で開放する構成であるため、二種の内容物が混ざり難いと云う問題があった。

また、上記従来技術の内、実公平7−34857号公報に示されたものにあっては、上位容体と下位容体とが完全に上下に分離した構造であるので、両容体を変位可能に連結する上位連結体と下位連結体との間のシールを達成維持するのが難しく、かつ上位連結体と上位容体との間、および下位連結体と下位容体との間のシール達成維持に充分な注意を必要とするので、構成部材間のシール達成維持に苦慮し勝ちとなり、スクイズ時に、シールが不完全となり、内容物の浸みだしが起こり勝ちとなると云う問題があった。

さらに、上記両従来技術共に、二種の内容物の混合、非混合を問わずキャップを開けることにより、上位容体を開放することができるので、この上位容体中の内容物だけを注出する不良操作を起こし易い等、容器の安全と操作性の面から問題があった。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、密に分離収納した二種の内容物の混合を、容器の密封状態を維持したまま簡単かつ安全に達成することを技術的課題とし、もって混合前の容器の安全な取扱いを可能にし、二種の内容物の混合を安全にかつ簡単に達成すると共に、混合後の取扱いを簡便にすることを目的とする。

上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項1記載の発明の手段は、
上下に隣接する下部に位置した第一収納部および上部に位置した第二収納部と、第一収納部の上部と第二収納部の下部を接続する第一開口部を螺合により密封する中栓と、第二収納部の上部に開口する第二開口部を回転可能に密封する注出キャップと、注出キャップを内部に囲む筒状体からなり、回転により、破断可能な連結小片を介して、第二収納部の上部に起立連設されたキャップカバーとを有し、キャップカバーの回転を注出キャップに伝える手段と、注出キャップと栓の間に、注出キャップの回転を中栓に伝え、中栓が第一開口部から螺脱し、第一開口部の密封を解除する回転伝達手段とが設けられた混合分配容器であること

また注出キャップの指掛け片とヒンジ部とを利用してキャップカバーの内周面に単純な突片状の突き当りリブを設けただけの簡単な構成で、キャップカバーの回動変位を、注出キャップに確実に伝え、また掴み易いキャップカバーの回動操作により、注出キャップを回動させることができるので、注出キャップの回動が容易となる。
さらにカバーキャップは、第一開口部に螺合限まで組付いて螺合方向に回動不能となっている中栓に、空転不能に組付いている注出キャップに対して、螺合方向に空転不能に組付くので、螺合方向への回動が不能となり、これにより不良操作による、連結小片の切断を防止する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1ないし図9は、本発明の一実施形態を示すもので、第一容体1は、壜体状となって第一の内容物Aの収納部である第一収納部を形成し、スクイズ性を発揮する合成樹脂製のブロー成形品で、有底筒状の胴部の上端に、肩部を介して、外周面にアンダーカット結合用の周突条を設けた口筒部2を起立連設し、肩部の胴部との連設部分に形成された、短円筒状をした肩段部3の外周面の四箇所に縦条状の係止突条4を突設している。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記した構成としたので、以下に示す効果を奏する。
請求項1記載の発明は、キャップカバーを回動することにより、上下に位置する第一収納部と第二収納部とを連結する第一開口部を密封する中栓を螺脱開放する構成としたので、両内容物の混合を、特別な操作を要することなく簡単にかつ確実に達成でき、また両内容物の混合達成のために、容器のシール性が劣化することもなく、安全に混合を達成することができる。

第一、第二収納部の、両内容物を混合させる前の状態では、キャップカバーが注出キャップをカバーしており、またキャップカバーを回す際に連結小片を破断するための抵抗があるので、不良操作により第二の内容物だけが注出されると云う不都合をなくすことができる。

またキャップカバーの回転を注出キャップに伝える手段を、簡単で確実な構成とすることができ、これによりキャップカバーの構造を簡単化することができ、また掴み易いキャップカバーを利用して注出キャップを回転させることができるので、注出キャップの回転操作が容易となる。
さらにキャップカバーの中栓の螺脱方向への回転を防ぐ構成としたので、これにより不良操作による連結小片の破断を防止することができ、不正開封防止機能部分の安全性を高めることができる。
