Description

The present invention relates to a laundry clothes dryer.

Laundry clothes are usually hung on a basket or clothes hanger for clothes drying, and ironing is applied to items that are wrinkled. However, ironing is a laborious housework. A laundry clothes drying tool (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-336599) has been filed as an iron-free clothesline.

If the laundry can be dried so that it does not wrinkle from the beginning, the number of irons will be reduced. To do this, keep the clothes fabric slightly pulled while drying.

In the application example of the preceding paragraph, it is necessary to inflate air by setting a drying tool in clothing and then inflate it. That method does not require an iron, but it is cumbersome to do such work for each laundry.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a laundry dryer that can naturally prevent wrinkles of clothes while it is being dried and that is easy to dry and does not require ironing.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention uses a thin, thin plate-like material such as resin or metal, a wire, or the like to form a body that approximates the shape of clothing or its outer periphery. A hook for hanging and a string-like hanger are provided on the upper part of the body. Although the body in the present invention is generally flatter than the human body, it is called a body because of the three-dimensional body used when sewing clothes. The expression “printing” includes, in addition to objects using ink, changes in appearance due to unevenness such as etching and coloring of the resin itself. In the present invention, the rod-shaped material includes all elongated materials such as a round bar, a square bar, a leaf spring, and a pipe-shaped material. The expression “approximate to the shape of clothing or its outer periphery” in this application document corresponds to all the drying tools shown in the figure, and refers to a very rough outline of clothing. Absent. In many of the embodiments of the present invention, the body part is divided into several parts, all of which are connected with an appropriate connection method as required.

In the present invention, the body part body and the arm part body can be connected by a single material (Example 1). However, in order to accommodate the long sleeves, it is convenient to form them as separate bodies so that the body of the arm can be stored on top of the body (FIG. 3).

In this case, it is necessary to use a connector with an adjuster function so that the positional relationship between the body parts of the body part and the arm part can be adjusted. It is good to adopt a structure that can be slid by combining long holes and button-like protrusions, or fixed in a slid position as seen in curtain hooks and cutter knives that can be adjusted in height. Use all existing mechanisms. This mechanism is also used to connect the central part and the body side body in Example 3 and the like.

Also, when hanging clothes with short sleeves or without sleeves, it is sufficient that the body of the arm is small. In the actually used example, the wrinkle was not generated on the sleeve part of the short sleeve even if the body length was insufficient. In addition, even if some wrinkles were generated, the presence of wrinkles was often difficult to understand because they were stretched at the shoulders when worn.

By providing some holes in the whole or part of the body, drying is accelerated, and the elasticity of the material is further controlled. If you have a breathable material, you can use it. You may make a hole only in the armpit position which is hard to dry. In Example 1 and the like, there is a drawback that the air permeability is not good, but since the resin plate is attached to one side of the clothes, it is dried very neatly. Also, since it does not take much time to actually dry, it seems that drying will be completed in the same amount of time because it is easier to dry by drying in the spread state . The thickness of the synthetic resin plate used for the body is generally about 0.3 mm to 3 mm. It is desirable to adjust the actual thickness of the body depending on the weight, size, and weakness of the item to be dried. For example, to dry a children's T-shirt, the body may be thin, but to dry a sweater etc., the body is not thick enough to withstand the weight and to apply tension to the mass. Must not. For heavy objects, a hanger close to a general hanger may be combined at the top (Examples 7, 8, and 9). If the shoulder parts can be slid to the left and right, it is easy to handle because it can withstand the weight and not easily lose its shape. In this case, after attaching the hanger to the clothes, the shoulder portions are slid toward both outer sides.

It is also important to choose shape memory resin as the material, since it is possible that the restoring power of the material will drop if this drying tool is used for a long time. In addition, when the board is thin, there is a possibility that the cut surface around the body becomes sharp and damages the cloth of clothing, so it is also a good method to cover the periphery with a cord-like object. In addition, it is advisable to provide a thick curvilinear cover at the sharp edges of the shoulders, under the sleeves, lower ends of the body sides, both sides, etc. in order to avoid the clothes from being dried (Example 10). .

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in order with reference to the drawings.

(図1)  The laundry drying tool 1 according to the first embodiment includes a body 3 made of an elastic plate-like material, and includes a hanging hook 4 on the upper portion of the body 3. (Figure 1)

The body 3 includes a body portion 5 having a size slightly larger than the shape of the clothing, an arm portion 6 connected to both sides of the body portion 5, and a neck portion 7 connected to the upper center of the body portion 5. A hook 4 is provided on the side.

(実施例11,12)  The hook 4 for hanging is beautifully molded integrally with the body 3. In this case, the strength can be withstood by the weight of the suspension by devising the thickness and material. When the separately formed hook 4 is welded to the body neck portion 7, the ready-made hanger parts can be used and the cost can be reduced. Although the structure is different from that of the first embodiment, the body is not a plate-like structure but a structure having only an outer periphery, and can be formed of a resilient material such as a shape memory material, a resin spring, a wire, or a flat spring. (Examples 11 and 12)

Next, the usage method of the drying implement of Example 1 is demonstrated. The drying tool of the present invention is inserted from the lower opening of the washed clothes. In that case, it is easy to round the left and right body parts.

Holding the hanging hook 4, the neck portion 7 is taken out from the neck portion of the garment, and the hook 4 is locked to a clothesline or the like. While stretching the rounded body, shape it along the clothes and wait for it to dry. FIG. 2 shows a state in which clothing is worn. Since it will be dried with wrinkles extended, it can be worn without ironing if the body 3 is removed after drying. The first embodiment has a disadvantage that it is obstructed during transportation because it is necessary to have a size larger than that of clothing, but the body may be divided into two or three upper and lower parts and folded. The force applied when wearing clothes is lateral, so there is no hindrance to the heel-stretching function even if there is a crease in the horizontal line.

Next, Example 2 will be described. This embodiment is used for long sleeve garments. An arm portion 8 made as a separate body as shown in FIG. 3A is connected to the trunk portion 5 by a connector 2 having an adjuster function. FIG. 3B shows a rear view of the body 5 and the projection 10 of the connector. The protruding portion 10 is arranged on the back side of the body to avoid the fear that some traces remain after drying.

Next, the usage of Example 2 will be described. First, as in Example 1, a drying tool is inserted into the clothing. Since the arm portion 8 is within the width of the body portion 5, it can be inserted without being rounded as in the first embodiment. After that, a hand is put in from the cuff of the clothing, and the wrist side 11 of the arm portion 8 is held, and the connector is slid and pulled along the sleeve. Pull and fix to a position that seems to be just right depending on the thickness and length of the sleeves.

At this time, depending on the material, there is a possibility that the sleeve part of the clothes hangs down due to the weight of the arm 8 and causes the shape to collapse. Therefore, in order to avoid this, a stopper is provided to prevent the wrist side of the arm 8 from being lowered below the torso. 14 may be provided. It is also possible to increase the strength by changing the thickness of the arm part or inserting a core.

Next, Example 3 will be described. In this example, the body is divided into a total of three parts, that is, a center body 15 and left and right body side bodies 16 (FIG. 4A) and connected by a connector 2 with an adjuster function.

First, the left and right body side bodies 16 are slid in the direction of overlapping the central body 15 (FIG. 4B). Insert into clothing in this state. Thereafter, the left and right body side body bodies 16 are pulled outwards and the slide is stopped and fixed at a position suitable for the clothes (FIG. 4c) to dry the clothes. After drying, the body side body 16 is slid again so as to overlap the center body 15 and then the clothes are removed. In addition, if it keeps in the state of FIG.

The third embodiment is characterized in that the operation of inserting into the garment becomes simple and the width of the body can be adjusted according to the garment. If the connector groove 9 is designed to be large and long, it can be used for clothing of any size.

Regarding the connector 2 with an adjuster function required for the second and third embodiments, there are many existing technologies that perform the function. Here, as an example, one having a connector groove 9 and a connector protrusion 10 is employed. The projection 10 is designed so that it can move in the connector groove 9. In addition, it can be fixed at an arbitrary position by using any technique that can be used for a slide mechanism such as a curtain hook or a cutter knife having an adjuster function.
Further, if a pulling mechanism 25 is formed using a spring or rubber and a force is applied to the two body parts to spread outward, it is possible to cope with various clothing sizes. FIG. 4D shows a state in which a tension mechanism 25 using a spring is provided between the opposite body 16 and the center body 15. The pulling mechanism 25 is fixed to the opposite body 16 and the central body 15 at fixed portions 38, respectively. Since a pulling material such as a spring or rubber pulls between the two fixing parts, as a result, the opposite body 16 and the central body 15 spread outward. 4E and 4F, the portion of the pulling mechanism 25 is shown enlarged. FIG. 4D and FIG. On the other hand, FIG. 4-f shows a natural state where the overlap is small and almost no external force is applied. When the clothes are dried while being stretched well, they are used in a state between FIG. 4-e and FIG. 4-f.
In order for the pulling mechanism 25 to work well, it is desirable that the surfaces of the opposite body 16 and the center body 15 are substantially in contact with each other, and therefore, it may be used together with the adjuster function connector 2 and other sliding mechanisms. This pulling mechanism 25 can be provided in many drying devices of the present invention. The material used for the pulling mechanism 25 is not limited to rubber or a spring.

Although complicated, the drying device divided into parts of the arm part, the body center part, and the body side part in the composite type of Examples 2 and 3 has a wide application range and is practical.

The body shape should be slightly larger than the clothing to be dried. In the experiments of Examples 1 and 2, it was found that if the width was about 2 to 8 cm wider than the width of the clothes, it could be dried cleanly without difficulty. However, even if clothes are small, they can be used sufficiently. If a thin plate-shaped body is rolled up a little, it can be dried well even if the clothes are a little small. This is because the circumference of the space surrounded by the rounded body and the clothing on the opposite side is smaller than twice the width of the body. Moreover, you may shape so that it may have a little curve from the beginning. This also has the advantage of faster drying of clothing.

On the other hand, when the body of the drying tool of the present invention is smaller than clothing, the wrinkle-stretching effect is naturally reduced, but it was useful for preventing the deformation of the mold.

Since it is difficult to prepare a variety of sizes and shapes according to clothes as products, it is convenient to print the outer periphery of the clothes on the body according to the size and type (Example 4). Many lines will be drawn on one body like a ready-made pattern for clothes (Fig. 6). In addition, it is easy to cut by making a dotted line cut at the above-mentioned printing position, or by making a cut or unevenness only on the surface of the resin plate. When you use it, you can select it like a women's M size waist shape, and cut it according to your clothes. Change the color and type of lines so that they are easy to understand and are designed to make mistakes when cutting. If the printing of this line is made thick enough to give it enough thickness, the cut surface after cutting will not damage the clothes, and it will be two birds with one stone. Printing is not limited to the outer circumference of the body, but it can be used for fun product development by aligning with the design of the clothing to be worn and printing characters.

FIG. 5 shows a drying tool for a skirt (Example 5). This is based on the same concept as in Example 1, and has a simple shape but high practicality. In this example as well, the versatility can be improved by printing the outer peripheral line according to the size of the clothing as in the fourth embodiment.

FIG. 7 shows a sixth embodiment in which the body surface 21 is formed of mesh fabric or cloth. A linear body frame 20 made of resin, metal, or the like is disposed along the outer periphery of the body surface 21. The body frame 20 is housed in a tunnel-shaped seam allowance 22 provided along the outer periphery of the body surface 21. The features of Example 6 are that it has high air permeability and can be stored in a small package by twisting it when not in use.

FIG. 8 shows a seventh embodiment, which is characterized in that the hanger side parts 24 are housed in the hanger central part 23. When hanging heavy laundry such as a jacket, the sides 24 of the hanger 24 are slid outward (FIG. 8B), and the body can be dried without warping. Since both hanger side parts 24 are stored in the center part 23, it is easy to handle when putting on clothes. A T-shirt or the like can be dried in a state where the hanger side portions 24 are kept in the central portion 23 (FIG. 8A).

Example 8 shown in FIG. 9 is a combination of a general hanger and a resin plate having a slide function. Contrary to the seventh embodiment, the hanger side portions 24 are fixed to the hanger central portion 23, and it is the resin plate body that slides outward.

FIG. 10 shows a ninth embodiment. The resin plate body is divided into left and right parts and integrated with the hanger side parts 24 to form a half body 39 with a bar, and slides to both sides with the hanger central part 23 as a reference. If a bar-like object is attached to the lower part and the bar has a slide function, the movement becomes more stable. The half body with a bar must be connected to the left and right at at least one place other than the top. In the state where the width is reduced, the size becomes more compact than those of Examples 7 and 8, so that it is easy to attach to clothing. If the pulling mechanism 25 is provided, an easier-to-use one can be obtained. This bar can also be attached to other embodiments.

FIG. 11 shows a tenth embodiment. Since the resin plate is thin, there is a risk that the worn clothing may become dried on the corners of the body. In order to avoid this, a thick curved edge cover 26 may be provided at a position where the edge of the plate is sharp, such as the shoulder tip, the sleeve, the lower end of both sides of the trunk, and both sides. In particular, the corner of the shoulder should be a large curve.

FIG. 12 shows Example 11. The shape is close to the outer circumference of clothing with elastic wire. Since it is composed only of the outer frame, it has good air permeability. Depending on the part, the elasticity and thickness of the material may be combined well. Alternatively, a separate long sleeve arm may be made so that it can be removed and slid. FIG. 12B is an example in which the lower part of the body is opened like a fire scissor. The spreading force can be used to prevent clothes from wrinkling. When the two symmetrical parts are engaged so as to be rotatable at the lower part of the hook 4, they can be folded into a half length by rotating and overlapping when not in use (FIG. 12-c). In this case, if the rotation is completely free, clothes cannot be dried well, so a mechanism that serves as a stopper is incorporated.

FIG. 13 shows a twelfth embodiment. The embodiment 11 is characterized in that the body frame is divided into two and can be slid left and right to adjust the width. Since the size is adjusted by sliding, a harder material is suitable than Example 11. 12A shows a mechanism in which the hanger hook part and the upper part of the body frame slide with each other, and the body frame slides left and right around the hook part. If there is a structure that can slide on the lower part of the body frame, the movement becomes stable, but this is not always necessary. As shown, the body frame does not have to be closed at the bottom. In FIG. 13-b, the pipe-shaped body frame 20 is divided into left and right, and one end of the joint is located inside the upper and lower joints from the opening of the other end. In the figure, the left body frame is pipe-shaped and the right body frame is inserted into the left body frame. Since a spring or the like is loaded inside, the width becomes smaller when force is applied from the left and right to the inside. When wearing clothes, it is pushed outward by the force of the spring, preventing wrinkles. If a similar seam is provided in the middle of the sleeve in the vertical direction, the sleeve width can be adjusted. A hanging hook may be provided on the neck portion and dried normally, but if it is hung sideways, the laundry is just stretched by the weight of the body frame 20 (FIG. 13-c). In this case, an internal spring is not necessarily required, but when the spring is present, a force of contracting rather than pushing out acts, and an effect of preventing the body width from extending too much is produced. A stopper function is required between each other so that the body frame 20 does not fall off. Since Examples 11 and 12 are made only of the outer frame of the body, they are characterized by high air permeability.

FIG. 14 shows a thirteenth embodiment. There are dart-shaped cuts 28 in the armpits and the base of the neck. FIG. 14B is an enlarged view of the cut portion 28 surrounded by a circle in FIG. 14A, but various shapes are conceivable as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 14C. Due to this incision, the body part and the sleeve part can be bent in different directions, and it is easy for each part to absorb the mismatch in size between the clothes and the drying implement.

FIG. 15A shows a slack drying tool of Example 14, and FIG. 15B shows a state in which the slack is attached and the clothes are dried on a clothesline. The wrinkles of the slacks are extended by inserting a pair of parts having a shape approximate to a trapezoid from the trunk side into the leg part inside the slacks, pulling out the parts from the toes and hanging them. It is also characterized by beautiful creases before and after slacks. This example has the disadvantage that it is difficult to cope with changes in the shape of the slacks.
FIG. 15C shows Example 15 in which two resin plates are used for one part and the pulling mechanism 25 is provided. At the same time, a slide mechanism is also provided, but here it is slid along an arc rather than linearly. Since the width and angle change according to the width of the slacks, various types of slacks can be handled with one drying tool. In this case, the two parts are designed to be able to rotate without being completely fixed at the top.

FIG. 16 shows a sixteenth embodiment. For slacks. Hang two L-shaped parts 31 face to face with hooks. As shown in FIG. 16-c, when it is made of a heavy material, the L-shaped part 31 hangs at a position that swings outward rather than vertically. As a result, the slacks 30 are spread outward.

FIG. 17 shows a structure for adapting a slack drying apparatus to various types of slacks (Example 17). A crosspiece 34 and a crosspiece 35 with a pulling mechanism are passed between the post 36 and the slide type post 37. One end of each of the two bars 34 is fixed to the slide rail 32 and the slide runner 33 with screws. The other two ends are fixed to the same position of the column 36 with screws or the like. The crosspiece 34 is fixed by a method capable of rotating. When the slide rail 32 and the slide runner 33 are slid, the distance between the column 36 and the slide column 37 is reduced. Moreover, since the crosspiece 35 with a pulling function exerts a force to spread outward, it spreads to the full width of the slacks and exhibits a wrinkle stretching effect. At the time of use, two sets of drying tools are inserted into the slacks, the slide runner 33 and the slide rail 32 are slid to adjust the width and adjusted by the crossbar 35 with a pulling mechanism. Although not described in FIG. 17, a hook for hanging here and a cover for preventing the movable part from making a mark on the slacks are considered as necessary.

-Useful for thick clothing that is difficult to iron as follows.
・ Therefore, the cleaning cost can be saved significantly.
In the experiment, a thick coat with a backing was dried using the drying apparatus of the present invention. I didn't want to pull away clothes very strongly, so I used a drying tool that was just a little bigger than the clothes, but it was very wrinkled overall. The finish was such that it was sufficient to lightly iron the part of the pocket where it was anxious. For slacks and skirts, we also made a skirt-shaped body and experimented (Fig. 5).
