使用者の背中部分を受ける背部受台と、使用者の尻部分を受ける尻部受台と、使用者の大腿部分を受ける大腿部受台と、使用者の下腿部分を受ける下腿部受台とから構成した身体受台を基台の上部に配設するとともに、基台に対して背部受台と大腿部受台とを起倒自在に枢着し、
背部受台を基台に対して起倒させる背部起倒機構と、大腿部受台を基台に対して起倒させる大腿部起倒機構と、これらの背部起倒機構と大腿部起倒機構とを連動連結するリンク機構と、リンク機構を駆動する駆動機構とを有し、
