濾波セル(濾過セル)は、構造的に測定セルに一体化されている。
Claims (1)
- 光源変調式赤外線光源と、測定室と比較室を備えた測定セルと、ガス成分Xを充填された検出器と、校正セルとを有する、ガス成分を測定するための光度計において、複数のガス成分を測定するために少なくとも一の他の検出器が前記ガス成分Xを充填した検出器の後流に配置されており、前記他の検出器が他のガス成分を測定するために他のガス成分の同位元素成分を充填されており、前記ガス成分Xを充填した検出器が前記他のガス成分の同位元素成分もしくはその特性吸収バンドに関して光学的に透明であり、前記検出器の前に前記校正セルが取付可能であり、この校正セルがガス成分Xと前記他のガス成分の同位元素成分からなる混合物を充填され、前記ガス成分Xが充填された濾過セルが前記測定セルと前記ガス成分Xを充填された検出器との間に配置されると共に、該濾過セルが構造的に前記測定セルに一体化されていることを特徴とするガス成分を測定するための光度計。
