本発明は、あぶらとり紙,ティッシュペーパー等のシート状体を収納する収納容器に用いられる収納容器台紙およびそれ用いて得られる収納容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、あぶらとり紙等のシート状体を多数積層状態にして収納しうるケースが各種出回っており、ハンドバッグ等に入れられて携帯されることが多い。このようなケースとして、図17に示すようなケース30が多く使用されている。このケース30は、あぶらとり紙等31の積層体31aを収容する容器本体32と、この容器本体32の上板部32aに形成された紙取り出し口33と、この紙取り出し口33を蓋する蓋板部34とを備えており、閉蓋時には、上記上板部32aに形成した切り目35に蓋板部34の差し込み片34aを差し込むようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、容器本体32に収納したあぶらとり紙等31を手指で取り出そうとすると、あぶらとり紙等31のように薄いものほど紙離れが悪いため、一枚ずつ取り出すことが難しい。しかも、閉蓋時には、容器本体32の切り目35に蓋板部34の差し込み片34aを差し込むだけの簡単な固定方式であるため、自然開封しやすい。そのため、現実には、あぶらとり紙等31もしくはケース30をフィルム状の包装紙で二重包装することが多く、コスト面や作業効率面でロスが余儀なくされている。しかも、閉蓋するためは、蓋板部34を容器本体32の上板部32a側に折り曲げる操作と、切り目35に差し込み片34aを差し込む操作とが必要であり、これらの操作が煩わしい。さらに、切り目35に差し込み片34aを差し込むときに切り目35や差し込み片34aが破損等しやすく、耐久性に劣る。

上記の目的を達成するため、本発明は、シート状体を載置する平板状の載置板部を備え、この載置板部の外周縁部の相対向する1組の縁部に一対の押え板部がそれぞれ折り曲げ自在に設けられているとともに、相対向する他の1組の縁部にそれぞれ蓋板部と固定板部が折り曲げ自在に設けられ、上記一対の押え板部には、上記両押え板部を折り曲げた状態でシート状体の取り出し口用の開口となる切り欠き部が形成され、上記両押え板部を折り曲げて作られる開口内に位置するように上記固定板部の外周縁部に突片が折り曲げ自在に設けられ、上記突片に対応する上記蓋板部の部分に再剥離可能な粘着剤層が設けられ、上記両押え板部を内側に折り曲げるとともに、上記蓋板部と固定板部とを内側に折り曲げることにより、上記シート状体を収納する収納容器が形成され、その形成された収納容器において、上記突片に蓋板部の粘着剤層を作用させることにより上記蓋板部でシート状体の取り出し口を閉蓋し、上記突片を折り曲げた状態では上記蓋板部の粘着剤層が収納されたシート状体に作用しうるようにし、上記蓋板部の閉蓋動作と開蓋動作とにより上記シート状体を上記粘着剤層の粘着力を利用し取り出し口から取り出しうるようにした収納容器用台紙を第の要旨とする。

つぎに、本発明の実施の形態を図面にもとづいて説明する。

図1は本発明の収納容器用台紙を用いて得られる収納容器1の一実施の形態を示している。この収納容器1は、図3〜図5に示す台紙(収納容器用台紙)3を折り曲げて作製したものであり、図1および図2に示す使用状態にすることも、図12に示す閉蓋状態にすることもできる。これらの図において、1は紙製の収納容器であり、上面に紙取り出し口2aが形成された収納部2と、この収納部2から折り曲げ自在に延設される蓋板部3とからなる。上記収納部2には、その内部に、図2に示すように、あぶらとり紙4の積層体4a(矩形状のあぶらとり紙4を多数枚積み重ねてなる積層体4a)が収納されている。また、上記蓋板部3には、その上面の所定位置(後述する突片15に対応する位置)に、再剥離性を持つホットメルト接着剤からなる粘着剤層5が形成されている。

上記台紙10を用い、例えば、つぎのようにして折り曲げ、閉蓋状態の収納容器1(図12参照)を作製することができる。すなわち、まず、第1および第2の折り曲げ線21,22に沿って両押え板部12,13を内側に折り曲げる(図5の矢印参照)。このとき、内側に折り曲げられた両押え板部12,13の両切り欠き部12a,13aで載置板部11の上側に紙取り出し口2aが形成される(図6参照)。つぎに、第3の折り曲げ線23に沿って固定板部14を内側に折り曲げる(図4の矢印A参照)。この状態では、固定板部14の突片15が紙取り出し口2a内に位置している(図7参照)。つぎに、図8に示すように、上記両押え板部12,13と載置板部11との間に形成される隙間に、あぶらとり紙4の積層体4aを収納する(図9および図10参照)。その状態で、蓋板部3を内側に折り曲げ(図4の矢印B参照)、蓋板部3の粘着剤層5を固定板部14の突片15に粘着させる(図11および図12参照)。これにより、閉蓋状態の収納容器1を作製することができる。この状態では、蓋板部3の粘着剤層5が固定板部14の突片15に粘着され、蓋板部3で紙取り出し口2aが蓋されている。また、載置板部11と、両押え板部12,13と、両押え板部12,13を上側から押圧,固定する固定板部14とで収納部2が開封しないようにしている。
