【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、あぶらとり紙，ティッシュペーパー等のシート状体を収納する収納容器に用いられる収納容器台紙およびそれを用いて得られる収納容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、あぶらとり紙等のシート状体を多数積層状態にして収納しうるケースが各種出回っており、ハンドバッグ等に入れられて携帯されることが多い。このようなケースとして、図１７に示すようなケース３０が多く使用されている。このケース３０は、あぶらとり紙等３１の積層体３１ａを収容する容器本体３２と、この容器本体３２の上板部３２ａに形成された紙取り出し口３３と、この紙取り出し口３３を蓋する蓋板部３４とを備えており、閉蓋時には、上記上板部３２ａに形成した切り目３５に蓋板部３４の差し込み片３４ａを差し込むようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、容器本体３２に収納したあぶらとり紙等３１を手指で取り出そうとすると、あぶらとり紙等３１のように薄いものほど紙離れが悪いため、一枚ずつ取り出すことが難しい。しかも、閉蓋時には、容器本体３２の切り目３５に蓋板部３４の差し込み片３４ａを差し込むだけの簡単な固定方式であるため、自然開封しやすい。そのため、現実には、あぶらとり紙等３１もしくはケース３０をフィルム状の包装紙で二重包装することが多く、コスト面や作業効率面でロスが余儀なくされている。しかも、閉蓋するためは、蓋板部３４を容器本体３２の上板部３２ａ側に折り曲げる操作と、切り目３５に差し込み片３４ａを差し込む操作とが必要であり、これらの操作が煩わしい。さらに、切り目３５に差し込み片３４ａを差し込むときに切り目３５や差し込み片３４ａが破損等しやすく、耐久性に劣る。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みなされたもので、あぶらとり紙等のシート状体を１枚ずつ取り出しやすく、しかも、自然開封しにくく、さらに、閉蓋操作が簡単で、耐久性に優れた収納容器に用いられる収納容器用台紙およびそれを用いて得られる収納容器の提供をその目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明は、シート状体を載置する平板状の載置板部を備え、この載置板部の外周縁部の相対向する１組の縁部に一対の押え板部がそれぞれ折り曲げ自在に設けられているとともに、相対向する他の１組の縁部にそれぞれ蓋板部と固定板部が折り曲げ自在に設けられ、上記一対の押え板部には、上記両押え板部を折り曲げた状態でシート状体の取り出し口用の開口となる切り欠き部が形成され、上記両押え板部を折り曲げて作られる開口内に位置するように上記固定板部の外周縁部に突片が折り曲げ自在に設けられ、上記突片に対応する上記蓋板部の部分に再剥離可能な粘着剤層が設けられ、上記両押え板部を内側に折り曲げるとともに、上記蓋板部と固定板部とを内側に折り曲げることにより、上記シート状体を収納する収納容器が形成され、その形成された収納容器において、上記突片に蓋板部の粘着剤層を作用させることにより上記蓋板部でシート状体の取り出し口を閉蓋し、上記突片を折り曲げた状態では上記蓋板部の粘着剤層が収納されたシート状体に作用しうるようにし、上記蓋板部の閉蓋動作と開蓋動作とにより上記シート状体を上記粘着剤層の粘着力を利用し取り出し口から取り出しうるようにした収納容器用台紙を第１の要旨とする。

また、本発明は、上記収納容器用台紙を用いて得られる収納容器であって、この収納容器が、シート状体の取り出し口と、上記取り出し口を開閉する蓋板部と、上記取り出し口の一側から突設される折り曲げ自在な突片とを備え、この突片に対応する上記蓋板部の部分に再剥離可能な粘着剤層が設けられ、上記突片に蓋板部の粘着剤層を作用させることにより上記蓋板部でシート状体の取り出し口を閉蓋し、上記突片を折り曲げた状態では上記蓋板部の粘着剤層が収納されたシート状体に作用しうるようにし、上記蓋板部の閉蓋動作と開蓋動作とにより上記シート状体を上記粘着剤層の粘着力を利用し取り出し口から取り出しうるように構成した収納容器を第２の要旨とする。

すなわち、本発明の収納容器用台紙は、シート状体を載置する平板状の載置板部を備えており、この載置板部の外周縁部の相対向する１組の縁部に一対の押え板部がそれぞれ折り曲げ自在に設けられているとともに、相対向する他の１組の縁部にそれぞれ蓋板部と固定板部が折り曲げ自在に設けられている。また、上記一対の押え板部には、上記両押え板部を折り曲げた状態でシート状体の取り出し口用の開口となる切り欠き部が形成されており、上記両押え板部を折り曲げて作られる開口内に位置するように上記固定板部の外周縁部に突片が折り曲げ自在に設けられているとともに、上記突片に対応する上記蓋板部の部分に再剥離可能な粘着剤層が設けられている。そして、上記両押え板部を内側に折り曲げるとともに、上記蓋板部と固定板部とを内側に折り曲げることにより、上記突片を延ばした状態では上記蓋板部の粘着剤層が上記突片に作用することにより上記蓋板部でシート状体の取り出し口が閉蓋され、上記突片を折り曲げた状態では上記蓋板部の粘着剤層が収納されたシート状体に作用し、上記蓋板部の閉蓋動作と開蓋動作とにより、上記シート状体が上記粘着剤層の粘着力を利用し取り出し口から取り出される、優れた収納容器が形成されるようになっている。したがって、本発明の収納容器用台紙によれば、上記優れた効果を奏する収納容器を作製することができる。

そして、上記収納容器台紙を用いて得られる本発明の収納容器は、これに収納するシート状体の取り出し口と、上記取り出し口を開閉する蓋板部とを備えている。また、上記取り出し口の一側から折り曲げ自在な突片が突設されており、この突片に対応する上記蓋板部の部分に再剥離可能な粘着剤層が設けられている。そして、蓋板部で取り出し口を閉蓋する場合には、蓋板部を取り出し口側に折り曲げ、この取り出し口の一側から突設する突片に蓋板部の粘着剤層を作用させることを行う。一方、使用する場合には、上記突片を折り曲げ、蓋板部の粘着剤層を収納容器に収納するシート状体に作用させることができるようにする。これにより、蓋板部の閉蓋動作で、蓋板部の粘着剤層をシート状体の最上層の１枚に当接させて粘着させることができ、続いて、上記粘着剤層の粘着力を利用し、蓋板部を開蓋動作させることで、上記粘着させた１枚のシート状体だけを持ち上げて上記取り出し口から取り出すことができる。このように、本発明の収納容器では、閉蓋する場合と使用する場合とで、取り出し口の一側から突設する突片と蓋板部の粘着剤層との機能を変化させている。

上記のように、本発明の収納容器によれば、蓋板部の粘着剤層をシート状体に粘着させて取り出し口から取り出すようにしているため、あぶらとり紙等のように薄いものでも、一枚ずつ容易に取り出すことができる。しかも、上記粘着剤層の粘着力を利用することにより、上記取り出し口の一側から突設する突片に蓋板部を強固に固定することができ、自然開封しなくなる。このため、従来例のように、フィルム状の包装紙で二重包装する必要がなく、コスト面や作業効率面でスリム化が可能となり、生産性の向上に繋がる。しかも、閉蓋時には、蓋板部を取り出し口側に折り曲げ、この取り出し口の一側から突設する突片に蓋板部の粘着剤層を作用させるだけでよく、閉蓋操作が簡単になるうえ、この閉蓋操作時に突片が破損等することがなく、耐久性に優れる。なお、本発明において、「シート状体」とは、１枚のものを指すだけでなく、多数枚のものを積層してなる積層体をも指すものである。

本発明の収納容器用台紙および収納容器において、上記突片に、上記蓋板部の粘着剤層が剥離しやすくなる剥離層を設けた場合には、上記蓋板部の粘着剤層を突片に粘着させたのちに上記突片から蓋板部の粘着剤層を剥離させるときに、容易に剥離し、蓋板部の粘着剤層が突片側に移行するおそれがなくなる。

本発明の収納容器用台紙および収納容器において、上記シート状体があぶらとり紙もしくはティッシュペーパーである場合には、あぶらとり紙もしくはティッシュペーパーを一枚ずつ容易に取り出すことができる。

本発明の収納容器用台紙において、上記両押え板部を内側に折り曲げたのちに上記固定板部を内側に折り曲げて上記両押え板部の上側に固定板部を位置させ、その状態で上記突片を折り曲げて上記両押え板部の下側に回り込ませることにより、上記両押え板部を固定板部と突片とで係止しうるように構成した場合には、上記両押え板部と固定板部とを係止するために接着剤等を用いる必要がなく、１枚の収納容器用台紙を折り曲げるだけで、本発明の収納容器を作製することができる。

つぎに、本発明を詳しく説明する。

本発明の収納容器用台紙には、蓋板部に再剥離可能な粘着剤層が設けられている。このような粘着剤層は、例えば、蓋板部に再剥離性を持つホットメルト接着剤を塗布し付着させることにより、形成することができる。

また、本発明の収納容器用台紙には、載置板部の外周縁部の相対向する１組の縁部に一対の押え板部がそれぞれ折り曲げ自在に設けられている。上記両押え板部は、内側に折り曲げた状態でシート状体を包装することができ、かつ、シート状体を取り出し口から取り出す際にその作業に支障がない大きさ，形状とする。また、上記取り出し口は、シート状体を取り出し口から取り出す際に蓋板部の粘着剤層に粘着したシート状体が蓋板部の粘着剤層から離脱せず、かつ、蓋板部の粘着剤層に粘着していない他のシート状体と離脱しやすい大きさ，形状であれば、その大きさ，形状に限定されるものではない。

本発明の収納容器は、本発明の収納容器用台紙を用いることにより、接着剤等を使用することなく作製でき、接着剤等のコストおよび接着作業工程を含まない利点があるが、接着剤等を使用しないものに限定するものではなく、接着剤等を使用して収納容器の付着強度を高めたもの等、各種の構造，形状にすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態を図面にもとづいて説明する。

図１は本発明の収納容器用台紙を用いて得られる収納容器１の一実施の形態を示している。この収納容器１は、図３〜図５に示す台紙（収納容器用台紙）３を折り曲げて作製したものであり、図１および図２に示す使用状態にすることも、図１２に示す閉蓋状態にすることもできる。これらの図において、１は紙製の収納容器であり、上面に紙取り出し口２ａが形成された収納部２と、この収納部２から折り曲げ自在に延設される蓋板部３とからなる。上記収納部２には、その内部に、図２に示すように、あぶらとり紙４の積層体４ａ（矩形状のあぶらとり紙４を多数枚積み重ねてなる積層体４ａ）が収納されている。また、上記蓋板部３には、その上面の所定位置（後述する突片１５に対応する位置）に、再剥離性を持つホットメルト接着剤からなる粘着剤層５が形成されている。

上記台紙１０は、１枚の平板状紙体からなり、その中央部に配設される長方形状の載置板部１１と、この載置板部１１の相対向する一組の外周縁部（この実施の形態では、短辺部分）から第１および第２の折り曲げ線２１，２２を介して折り曲げ自在に延設される一対の押え板部１２，１３と、上記載置板部１１の相対向する他の一組の外周縁部（この実施の形態では、長辺部分）の一方から第３の折り曲げ線２３を介して折り曲げ自在に延設される固定板部１４と、上記他の一組の外周縁部の他方から第４の折り曲げ線２４を介して折り曲げ自在に延設される蓋板部３とを備えている。

上記両押え板部１２，１３は、その中央部から蓋板部３側にかけて大きな切り欠き部１２ａ，１３ａを有しており、上記両押え板部１２，１３を内側に折り曲げたときに、上記両切り欠き部１２ａ，１３ａで紙取り出し口２ａが形成されるようにしている。また、上記固定板部１４には、上記蓋板部３に相対向する外周縁部分から第５の折り曲げ線２５を介して突片１５が折り曲げ自在に延設されている。この突片１５には、その裏面に、ニスを塗布してなる剥離層（図示せず）が形成されている。そして、上記両押え板部１２，１３および固定板部１４を内側に折り曲げると、上記載置板部１１，両押え板部１２，１３および固定板部１４で収納部２が形成されるようにしている。図３において、３ａは上記蓋板部３の外周縁部分から突設された摘まみ板部である。

上記台紙１０を用い、例えば、つぎのようにして折り曲げ、閉蓋状態の収納容器１（図１２参照）を作製することができる。すなわち、まず、第１および第２の折り曲げ線２１，２２に沿って両押え板部１２，１３を内側に折り曲げる（図５の矢印参照）。このとき、内側に折り曲げられた両押え板部１２，１３の両切り欠き部１２ａ，１３ａで載置板部１１の上側に紙取り出し口２ａが形成される（図６参照）。つぎに、第３の折り曲げ線２３に沿って固定板部１４を内側に折り曲げる（図４の矢印Ａ参照）。この状態では、固定板部１４の突片１５が紙取り出し口２ａ内に位置している（図７参照）。つぎに、図８に示すように、上記両押え板部１２，１３と載置板部１１との間に形成される隙間に、あぶらとり紙４の積層体４ａを収納する（図９および図１０参照）。その状態で、蓋板部３を内側に折り曲げ（図４の矢印Ｂ参照）、蓋板部３の粘着剤層５を固定板部１４の突片１５に粘着させる（図１１および図１２参照）。これにより、閉蓋状態の収納容器１を作製することができる。この状態では、蓋板部３の粘着剤層５が固定板部１４の突片１５に粘着され、蓋板部３で紙取り出し口２ａが蓋されている。また、載置板部１１と、両押え板部１２，１３と、両押え板部１２，１３を上側から押圧，固定する固定板部１４とで収納部２が開封しないようにしている。

つぎに、閉蓋状態の収納容器１を使用状態にする（図１および図２参照）場合には、蓋板部３を固定板部１４の突片１５から離したのち、この突片１５を第５の折り曲げ線２５に沿って下側に折り曲げて両押え板部１２，１３の裏側に回り込ませることを行う（図２および図１３参照）。これにより、固定板部１４と、突片１５と、この突片１５の開き止め作用をする載置板部１１もしくはあぶらとり紙４の積層体４ａとで両押え板部１２，１３を係止することができ、収納部２が開封しなくなる。この状態で、蓋板部３を内側に折り曲げる（閉蓋動作する）と、蓋板部３の粘着剤層５が上記積層体４ａの最上層のあぶらとり紙４に当接して粘着する（図１４参照）。そののち、蓋板部３を外側に折り曲げて（開蓋動作して）上記最上層のあぶらとり紙４を１枚だけ持ち上げ紙取り出し口２ａから取り出す（図１５参照）。なお、あぶらとり紙４を複数枚取り出す場合には、上記の動作を繰り返せばよい。そして、あぶらとり紙４を取り出したのち、収納容器１を閉蓋状態にしておくと、その状態で携帯等することができ、また、つぎの使用に備えることができる。

上記のように、この実施の形態では、蓋板部３に設けた粘着剤層５の粘着力を利用し、あぶらとり紙４を１枚ずつ確実に取り出すことができる。しかも、上記粘着剤層５の粘着力を利用し閉蓋しているため、自然開封しなくなる。さらに、閉蓋時には、蓋板部３を内側に折り曲げて上記粘着剤層５を突片１５に粘着させるだけでよく、閉蓋操作が簡単になるうえ、この操作時に突片１５が破損等することがなくなる。

図１６は上記実施の形態で用いた台紙１０の変形例を示している。この台紙１０も、上記実施の形態で用いた台紙１０と同様形状をしており、同様の部分には同じ符号を付している。また、この変形例の台紙１０を用いて作製される収納容器（図示せず）も、上記実施の形態と同様の作用・効果を奏する。

なお、上記実施の形態では、収納容器１にあぶらとり紙４を収納しているが、これに限定するものではなく、ティッシュペーパー等の各種の化粧用紙を収納することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明の収納容器用台紙は、シート状体を載置する平板状の載置板部を備えており、この載置板部の外周縁部の相対向する１組の縁部に一対の押え板部がそれぞれ折り曲げ自在に設けられているとともに、相対向する他の１組の縁部にそれぞれ蓋板部と固定板部が折り曲げ自在に設けられている。また、上記一対の押え板部には、上記両押え板部を折り曲げた状態でシート状体の取り出し口用の開口となる切り欠き部が形成されており、上記両押え板部を折り曲げて作られる開口内に位置するように上記固定板部の外周縁部に突片が折り曲げ自在に設けられているとともに、上記突片に対応する上記蓋板部の部分に再剥離可能な粘着剤層が設けられている。そして、上記両押え板部を内側に折り曲げるとともに、上記蓋板部と固定板部とを内側に折り曲げることにより、上記収納容器が形成されるようにしている。したがって、本発明の収納容器用台紙によれば、以下の優れた効果を奏する収納容器を作製することができる。
