本発明は、冷凍装置を用いた除湿機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の除湿機において水受皿に溜まった水を、排水タンクの装着により排水タンクに排水させるものの一例として特開平9−89295号公報に記載されたものが知られている。

以下、その構成について図20〜図22を参照しながら説明する。

図に示すように、除湿機本体101の内部に除湿手段として圧縮機102、凝縮器103、蒸発器104、送風機105を設け、蒸発器104から滴下した水を受ける水受皿106および排水タンク107を有している。

水受皿106内にドレン口108を設け、排水タンク107の出し入れと連動するレバー109にドレン口108と対向する球状の突起110を設け、排水タンク107が出されたときにドレン口108を閉止する弾力性を有した栓111をドレン口108と球状の突起110の間に配置している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来の除湿機では、前者においては排水タンク107を除湿機本体101より取り出したときに、水受皿106に設けたドレン口108を弾力性を有した栓111を介して密閉し、ドレン口108から床面に向かい水滴が落下しないようにするものであって、排水タンク107の装着時に栓111が開放し水受皿106および、ドレン口108内に溜まった水がいきおいよく飛び出し栓111に衝突後、排水タンク107外に飛散して床面をぬらす恐れがあるという課題があり、排水タンク107の装着時に水受皿106およびドレン口108に溜まっていた水が排水タンク107外に飛散して床面等をぬらすのを防止することが要求されている。

また、後者においては、排水タンク201内にフロート本体204を所定位置で受け止めておく受板206を設けているため排水タンク201内面に付着した水あか等の汚れを取るとき、受板206が邪魔になり掃除が困難であるとともに、フロート本体204と受板206との接触音が高いという課題があり、掃除が容易で接触音等の騒音を少なくすることが要求されている。

本発明は、上記課題を解決するもので、排水タンクの装着時に水受皿等に溜まった水が床面等に飛散するのを防止することができ、また、フロートの設けられる排水タンクの清掃が容易で騒音の小さい除湿機を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の除湿機は上記目的を達成するために、内部に除湿手段および水受皿を有した本体と、この本体に取り出し自在に設けられる排水タンクと、この排水タンクに前記水受皿からの排水を案内する排水パイプと、この排水パイプの端部を閉鎖する形状で前記排水タンクを前記本体に装着時には前記排水パイプの端部が開口されるシール部を設けたレバーとを備え、前記シール部に、シール部に近傍する本体の内壁側に対向して水の飛散するのを受け止める水受壁部を設け、シール部に設けられる水受壁部の排水タンクに対向する下面側を切欠いたものである。

本発明によれば、排水タンクの装着時に水受皿に溜まった水が床面等に飛散するのを防止することができる除湿機が得られる。

本発明は、内部に除湿手段および水受皿を有した本体と、この本体に取り出し自在に設けられる排水タンクと、この排水タンクに前記水受皿からの排水を案内する排水パイプと、この排水パイプの端部を閉鎖する形状で前記排水タンクを前記本体に装着時には前記排水パイプの端部が開口されるシール部を設けたレバーとを備え、前記シール部に、シール部に近傍する本体の内壁側に対向して水の飛散するのを受け止める水受壁部を設け、シール部に設けられる水受壁部の排水タンクに対向する下面側を切欠いたものであり、排水タンクを本体に装着時において、水受皿および排水パイプに溜まっていた水が排水パイプの端部が開口され、いきおいよくシール部に衝突しても、シール部に設けた水受壁部により本体の内壁側に向かい水が飛散するのが受け止められ、排水タンク内に排水されることとなり、水が床面等に飛散して床面を汚染することが防止され、シール部に設けられる水受壁部の排水タンクに対向する下面側を切り欠いたので、シール部に衝突した水は、水受壁部を乗り越える前に切り欠き部分へ水を導き確実に排水タンクに排水することができるという作用を有する。

前提例1)
図1〜図5に示すように、本体8は吸込口1と吹出口2を設け、内部に除湿手段として圧縮機3、凝縮器4、蒸発器5、送風機6を設け、蒸発器5から滴下した水を受ける水受皿7を有している。水受皿7の下方には排水タンクを配置し運搬時等に内部の水がこぼれないように小さな排水口9を設けた略じょうご状のタンクキャップ10を上部に嵌合している。排水タンク11の前部には内部の水位が見られる透視窓12を有したタンクカバー13を設けて排水タンク11を形成し、本体8に設けた排水タンク装着口14より排水タンク11をスライドして着脱できるようにしている。

また、水受皿7には、水受皿7で受けられた水を排水タンク11に案内して排水する排水パイプ15を略L字状に形成し、上端部を水受皿7に連通している。レバー18は水平状態の排水パイプ15の端部15aを開口し、この端部15aに対向して端部15aの開口をばね16のばね圧で常に閉鎖する形状のゴム等からなるシール部17を有し、本体8側に可動自在に設けられている。シール部17には、シール部17に近傍する本体8の内壁8a側に対向して水の飛散するのを受け止める水受壁部19を略180°の範囲を円弧状に囲み形成する。排水タンク11を本体8内に装着したときに、レバー18に係合してレバー18を可動するレバー可動部20を排水タンク11側に設け、レバー18の可動によりレバー18と一体的に設けたシール部17を移動し、排水パイプ15の端部15aを開口するように設け構成する。

上記構成において、排水タンク11が本体8内に装着された状態で除湿機を運転するときには、排水タンク11側に設けたレバー可動部20によりレバー18が可動し、シール部17は排水パイプ15の端部15aより離れ、端部15aは開口した状態となる。送風機6により室内の多湿空気が吸込口1より本体8内に吸い込まれ、多湿空気中の水分が蒸発器5に結露され、除湿空気は吹出口2より室内に放散されて除湿される。

蒸発器5に結露された水分は水滴となって水受皿7に滴下し排水パイプ15を通り端部15aの開口より排水タンク11に設けたタンクキャップ10の排水口9に排水される。排水タンク11内に溜まった水が所定水位になるとフロート手段(図示せず)により運転が停止され、排水タンク11内に水が溜まったことが知らされ、排水タンク11を本体8より取り出して排水タンク11内の水を排出する。

このときには、排水タンク11を取り出すことにより、排水タンク11側に設けたレバー可動部20によるレバー18に対する係合が解除され、レバー18を介してシール部17がばね16のばね圧により移動し、シール部17により排水パイプ15の端部15aの開口が閉鎖されることとなり、排水パイプ15の端部15aより水が滴下することがなくなる。

しかしながら、運転停止後の一定時間は、蒸発器5に結露された水は水滴となって水受皿7に滴下し、排水パイプ15内および水受皿5に水滴が溜まっている。

排水タンク11内の水を排出したり掃除したのち、排水タンク11を本体8の排水タンク装着口14より本体8内に装着すると、排水タンク11側に設けたレバー可動部20によりレバー18が可動し、レバー18を介してシール部17が排水パイプ15の端部15aより離れ、端部15aが開口し、排水パイプ15および水受皿7に溜まった水が一度に排水パイプ15の端部15aの開口より流出し、水はシール部17に衝突したのち排水タンク11に排水される。

このとき、シール部17に衝突した水が本体8の内壁8a側に向かい飛散しようとするものもあるが、シール部17に設けた水受壁部19により受け止められ排水タンク11に排水されることとなる。

このように本発明の実施例1の除湿機によれば、内部に除湿手段としての圧縮機3、凝縮器4、蒸発器5、送風機6と、蒸発器5から滴下する水を受ける水受皿7を有した本体と、この本体8に取り出し自在に設けられる排水タンク11と、この排水タンク11に水受皿7の水を排水するように設けられる排水パイプ15と、この排水パイプ15の端部15aを閉鎖する形状で、排水タンク11を本体8に装着時には排水パイプ15の端部15aが開口されるシール部17を設けたレバー18とを備え、前記シール部17に、シール部17に近傍する本体8の内壁8a側に対向して水の飛散するのを受け止める水受壁部19を設けたので、排水タンク11の装着時に水受皿7等に溜まった水が床面等に飛散するのを防止することができる。

このように本発明の実施例2の除湿機によれば、シール部17Aに設けられる水受壁部19Aの下面側に切り欠き部21を設けたので、排水パイプ15より排水された水がシール部17Aに衝突したときの水は、水受壁部19Aを乗り越える前に切り欠き部21へ水を導き、確実に水を排水タンクに導くことが可能となる。

図8〜図12に示すように、排水タンク11Aのタンクカバー13寄りの外壁部に凹溝22を設け、凹溝22の上方部近傍に内方に向かう突起23aを有した軸受23を排水タンク11A内に連通して設けている。軸受23に嵌挿する形状で軸受23に設けた突起23aに係合して一定範囲のみ回動できる係合部24aを軸部24に形成し、この軸部24をフロート支持部25aの端部に設けている。

フロート支持部25aはスラスト方向に弾性力が生じるようにU字状部を形成している。フロート支持部25aにはフロート25および、本体8Aに設けた機器の主回路をオン・オフするリードスイッチ26Aを作動する磁石27Aと、排水タンク11A内の満水時における所定水位まで水が溜まったことを知らせる表示装置(図示せず)をオン・オフするリードスイッチ26Bを作動する磁石27Bを設け構成する。

上記構成において、フロート25は、排水タンク11Aに設けた軸受23にフロート支持部25aの弾性力を介して軸部24を装着し、軸受23の突起23aに軸部24の係合部24aが係合してフロート25が軸受23と軸部24よりなる軸線上よりフロート25が可動する側において支持されるように軸受23に対する軸部24の回動範囲を規制して設ける。このときには、磁石27Aがリードスイッチ26Aをオンして運転状態となる。

そして、運転が続行して排水タンク11A内に水が溜まっていくと、フロート25は水により押し上げられる。このとき、フロート25は可動側となる一方向に軸部24を支点に可動して上昇し、排水タンク11A内の水位が所定水位に到達すると、フロート25側に設けた磁石27Aがリードスイッチ26Aより離れ、リードスイッチ26Aはオフとなり、除湿機の運転が停止されるとともに、磁石27Bがリードスイッチ26Bに近接してリードスイッチ26Bをオンして排水タンク11A内の水が満水になったことを表示装置により表示して知らしめる。

また、排水タンク11Aを本体8Aより取り出したときには、磁石27Aと磁石27Bの何れもがリードスイッチ26Aおよびリードスイッチ26Bより離れることとなり、除湿機の運転は停止状態となり、表示装置による表示もなくなる。

そして、本体8Aより取り出した排水タンク11Aを清掃するときには、排水タンク11A内に従来のような受板がないので清掃がし易くなる。

このように本発明の実施例3の除湿機によれば、排水タンク11Aの外壁部に設けた凹溝22内に設けられる軸受23と、この軸受23に弾性力を介して装着され、回動自在に設けられる軸部24を設けたフロート25とを備え、軸受23に突起23aを設け、軸部24には軸受23の突起23aに係合する係合部24aを設け、軸受23に対する軸部24の回動範囲を規制してフロート25を所定位置にセットできる構成としたので、排水タンク11A内部にフロート位置固定用の受板を設ける必要がなく、排水タンク11Aの手入れが容易となる。また、軸受23の突起23aと軸部24の係合部24aとの接触によりフロート25の回動範囲を決めているので、表面積の大きな平板状の受板にフロート25が当接するときのガタガタという騒音を防止することができる。

図13〜図17に示すように、本体8Bを左右に2分割して左側ケース28Aと右側ケース28Bを形成し、左側ケース28Aと右側ケース28Bの接合部分29にねじ30で左側ケース28Aと右側ケース28Bを接合する接合片31を各ケースに設けている。ねじ30が設けられる本体8Bの前面側となる左側ケース28Aの接合部分29より少し離れた位置にリブ28aを設け、右側ケース28Bにも接合部分29より離れた位置にリブ28bを設けている。接合部分29の上方部には、ねじ30を覆うとともに、リブ28Aとリブ28Bの外側に係合する縁部32を有した断面逆L字形状の飾り板33を取り付けている。飾り板33の上端部に設けた引掛片34を嵌入する引掛孔35を接合部分の上方部に設けるとともに、飾り板33の下方部には爪36を設け、爪36の係合される爪孔37を排水タンク装着口14の近傍の接合部分29に設け構成する。

上記構成において、左側ケース28Aと右側ケース28Bは接合部分29において、両者に設けた接合片31をねじ30で接合することにより本体8Bが形成される。さらに接合部分29に飾り板33を取り付けることにより、飾り板33の縁部32が左側ケース28Aと右側ケース28Bに設けた2種類のリブ28aと28bに係合し、左側ケース28Aと右側ケース28Bがより確実に接合され、左側ケース28Aと右側ケース28Bが隙間を生じることなく強固に接合されることとなる。

上記構成において、排水タンク11Bは本体8Cに取り出し自在に設けるため、排水タンク11Bと排水タンク装着口14Aとの間には隙間を設けているが、この隙間のために排水タンク11Bが排水タンク装着口14Aに装着したときに、排水タンク11Bが排水タンク装着口14Aの左側寄りまたは右側寄りに装着されることとなり本体8Cとの間にずれが生じ体裁も悪く、また、排水タンク11Bが装着された位置で保持されないため、排水タンク11Bががたついたり、振動等により位置がずれるという可能性がある。しかし排水タンク11Bの上部開口を覆うタンクキャップ10Aを軟質性樹脂により形成し、排水タンク11Bが排水タンク装着口14Aより装着されセットされた時点で排水タンク11Bに設けたタンクキャップ10Aの凸部38が排水タンク装着口14Aの内面に弾性係合して排水タンク11Bの左右のずれ、および前後のずれのないように位置決めされる。したがって本体8Cに対する排水タンク11Bの位置のずれによる体裁の悪さを解消するとともに、排水タンク11Bをがたつくことなく確実に保持することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上の実施例から明らかなように、本発明によれば内部に除湿手段および水受皿を有した本体と、この本体に取り出し自在に設けられる排水タンクと、この排水タンクに前記水受皿の水を排水するように設けられる排水パイプと、この排水パイプの端部を閉鎖する形状で、前記排水タンクを前記本体に装着時には前記排水パイプの端部が開口されるシール部を設けたレバーとを備え、前記シール部に、シール部に近傍する本体の内壁側に対向して水の飛散するのを受け止める水受壁部を設け、シール部に設けられる水受壁部の排水タンクに対向する下面側を切欠いたので、排水タンクの装着時に水受皿に溜まった水が排水タンク外に飛散し床面等を汚染するのを防止することができ、シール部に設けられる水受壁部の排水タンクに対向する下面側を切り欠いたので、シール部に衝突した水は、水受壁部を乗り越える前に切り欠き部分へ水を導き確実に排水タンクに排水することができる除湿機を提供できる。
