Description

The present invention relates to a rapid dehydrating and solidifying agent for treating a high water content concentrated sludge that rapidly dewaters and solidifies, for example, high water content concentrated sludge.
That is, the concentrated sludge having a high water content is subjected to moisture absorption and dehydration separation, and separated as a very stable solid that does not re-elute solids and metals (including heavy metals) contained in the concentrated sludge. . That is, the water in the concentrated sludge is rapidly separated and the solid matter is made into an extremely stable and hydrophobic dehydrated sludge. Further, the dehydrated sludge is dissolved again in water and does not collapse, It relates to a concentrated sludge dehydrating agent that has a function of modifying to a mud similar to that of a sludge, and relates to a novel rapid dehydrating solidifying agent.

As a conventional treatment method for dewatering concentrated sludge, a method of fixing moisture by hydration reaction by adding a large amount of cement-based or lime-based one is generally employed.
In general, when the object to be treated is composed of an inorganic component, a cement-based one is selected, and when it is composed of an organic component, a lime-based one is selected.
Cement-based or lime-based moisture treatment is a self-curing reaction based on simple moisture absorption, so the amount of addition is determined by the moisture content in the treatment object, but usually requires about 30%.
Furthermore, the processing object processed by the cement system or the lime system has a common problem. That is, the pH value of the solid after the treatment becomes 10 or more, which causes a problem of alkali spillage.
Another conventional treatment method for dewatering concentrated sludge is to use a dehydrator, but because the concentration of sludge is high, a large amount of flocculant (inorganic or organic) needs to be added. Or problems such as difficulty in dehydration.
