Description

The present invention relates to a packing apparatus for packing, transporting, delivering, and storing articles such as image forming apparatuses.

特開2002−264815号公報JP 2002-264815 A 特開2000−264337号公報JP 2000-264337 A

Conventionally, a packaging material such as cardboard has been used for packing, transporting and delivering various articles and products. Such a conventional packing material has been stored by the user after being unpacked by the user, or has been treated as a waste when unnecessary.

In recent years, in order to save resources, the packaging materials for various articles and products are also required to be reused. However, conventional packaging materials such as corrugated cardboard have low durability and are not suitable for repeated use for transportation or storage of products.

There are also reusable packaging materials such as resin and metal. However, conventional packaging materials including cardboard must be prepared according to different shapes and sizes for each model, and design and management are possible. It is cumbersome and causes cost increase.

Therefore, it is conceivable to carry and deliver various products by mounting them on a cart with casters as described in Patent Document 1. A cart with casters can be reused, and it is possible to install devices and products of different shapes and sizes. There was a problem that there was a risk of injury or damage.

On the other hand, the applicant of the present application has first proposed an article transportation and storage device that can place and position articles of various sizes on a pallet of an appropriate size, and can transport and store articles in a stable state. (Patent Document 2). In the article transporting and storing device, a member for positioning the lower part of the article placed on the pallet or a member that presses against the side of the product prevents the deviation of the article with respect to horizontal vibration. It is like that.

However, if large vertical vibrations are applied to the article transport storage device (packing device) during transportation, the article may ride on the positioning part on the pallet, and the article may be transported in an inclined state. is there. Then, the center of gravity position of the article transporting and storing apparatus is shifted, so that the stability is lowered and a problem may be caused during transportation. In particular, the stability is not good when the article transporting and storing devices whose center of gravity is shifted are stacked on the upper stage.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems in conventional packaging devices and to provide a circulation type packaging device that can pack various products and articles and can stabilize the products and articles during transportation and storage. Moreover, it is preferable that the buffer member is a first buffer member and a second buffer member is disposed on the other side of the article .
Further, it is preferable that the first and second buffer members are disposed at both ends of the article.

Moreover, it is preferable that the article is an image forming apparatus and the protruding portion is a double-sided unit.
Further, it is preferable that the upper portion of the cushioning member is formed in a box shape, and accessories of the article are packed inside the box-shaped upper portion .

The accessory is preferably a toner bottle.

Further, it is preferable that the buffer member has a buffer characteristic against vibration in the vertical direction.
In addition, it is preferable that a positioning member disposed on the mounting table for positioning the article is provided, and the buffer member regulates an amount of movement of the article in a vertical direction less than a height of the positioning member.
The buffer member is preferably made of cardboard.

According to the packing device of the present invention, since the box-shaped cushioning member that is interposed between the article and the top plate-like member and suppresses the movement of the article over a predetermined amount is provided, the article packed with the cushioning member having a simple configuration can be provided. Goods can be stabilized during pressing, transportation and storage. Moreover, when the article jumps due to vibration during transportation or the like, it is possible to protect the upper surface of the article body by first receiving the protruding portion with the base portion.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which products are packed by a packing rack which is an example of a packing apparatus to which the present invention can be applied. FIG. 2 is an exploded view schematically showing the configuration of the packaging rack.

A packing rack 1 shown in these drawings includes a pallet 2 that is a mounting table on which the product 100 is placed, four support members 3 that are fitted to four corners of the pallet 2, and upper portions of the support members 3. It has a top plate (upper lid) 4 to be mounted. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the face plate 7 which protects the side surface of the mounted product can also be attached between the columns 3 and 3.

The pallet 2 is formed of resin in this example, and is provided with fork insertion holes 2a and 2a for inserting a fork of a forklift. Further, the pallet upper surface has a recess 2b formed by recessing the inner side downward with the outer peripheral portion remaining, and the cushioning material 5 is disposed in the recess 2b. A receiving plate 6 is inserted from above the cushioning material 5. When the receiving plate 6 is attached, there is no step between the upper surface of the receiving plate 6 and the upper surface of the pallet (upper surface of the outer peripheral portion). Accordingly, the height of the upper surface of the outer peripheral portion of the pallet and the height of the upper surface of the receiving plate 6 become flat, so that when a product having casters is mounted, the product can be easily moved and workability is improved. In addition, the fitting part 2c for mounting | wearing with the support | pillar 3 is provided in the four corners of a pallet outer peripheral part.

In this example, the cushioning material 5 disposed in the recess 2b of the pallet 2 uses a foamed material. The cushioning material 5 has a low foaming ratio (low foaming cushioning material) and a high foaming ratio (high foaming cushioning material). Use types. A low foam cushioning material is disposed in a portion where a load is applied by a foot portion (a caster or the like) of an article to be mounted, and a high foam cushioning material is disposed in the other portion. Thereby, the load applied to the receiving plate 6 corresponding to the article foot portion is absorbed by the low cushioning material against the vertical vibration during transportation, and the load applied to the receiving plate 6 corresponding to the space between the product foot portions. Is absorbed by the highly foamed cushioning material due to the bending of the receiving plate 6, so that the impact transmitted to the mounted product can be mitigated.

The strut 3 has a first member (upper strut) 3a and a second member (lower strut) 3b, both of which have a substantially L-shaped cross section, and the length can be adjusted by overlapping the upper strut 3a and the lower strut 3b. It is configured. That is, the upper support column 3a and the lower support column 3b are provided with a plurality of engagement holes (not shown). The engagement holes are aligned so that the support column 3 has a predetermined height (length). Adjustment is performed by mounting a locking member (not shown) in the hole. Each support column 3 is fitted into a fitting portion 2c provided at a corner portion on the top surface of the pallet 2 and stands on the pallet.

The top plate 4 is mounted on the four support columns 3 and is provided so as to cover the upper part of the product placed on the receiving plate 6. The top plate 4 and each support column 3 are detachable. As shown in FIG. 4, the center part 4a of the top plate is provided so as to protrude upward from the peripheral part 4b, and the central part 4a and the peripheral part 4b are connected by the oblique side part 4c. Due to the shape in which the central portion 4a of the top plate protrudes upward from the peripheral portion 4b, the strength is improved as compared with the case where the top plate has a simple flat shape. In this example, the pallet 2 is stacked on the top plate 4 so that the packing device 1 can be stacked, and the leg portion 2d of the pallet 2 is provided so as to be laid on the peripheral portion 4b of the top plate 4. It has been. FIG. 5 shows a state where the packing apparatuses 1 are stacked and stacked. Here, as described with reference to FIG. 3, the face plate 7 is inserted between the support columns 3 and 3 and held by the stopper 7a. When the packaging devices 1 are stacked, the pallet 2 of the upper packaging device 1 is placed on the top plate 4 of the lower packaging device 1, and the pallet 2 is fitted and positioned on the top plate 4. The packing device is not misaligned. Further, the forklift fork can be inserted into the fork insertion hole 2a (see FIG. 2) of the pallet 2 of the upper packaging device, and the upper packaging device 1 can be lowered.

When packing the product, as shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable to cover the product 100 with a cover 8 to prevent dust from adhering to the product. As shown in FIG. 6, the cover 8 in this example is made of a transparent plastic film having an opening (8 a) on one side so that products and articles can be confirmed from the outside.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, in the packing device 1 of this example, spacers 14 are appropriately attached to the support columns 3 to block the gaps between the support columns 3 and the mounted products so as to prevent the products from shaking and moving. It is configured. The spacer 14 can be mounted on either the upper column 3a or the lower column 3b.

FIG. 7 shows a state in which the spacer 14 attached to the column 3 (here, the lower column 3b) is viewed from the back side of the column. FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram showing a state where the spacer mounting portion is viewed from above. As shown in these drawings, the spacer 14 includes a base 15 and a pad 16.

Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 9, a plurality of positioning members 25 and 26 are disposed on the upper surface of the pallet 2. In this example, there are two positioning members 25 provided on the peripheral part of one side of the pallet 2 (outer part of the receiving plate 6) and four detachable positioning members 26 arranged on the receiving plate 6. In this example, the positioning member 25 is fixed or integrally formed with the pallet, but may be detachable. On the other hand, the detachable positioning member 26 is mounted in a mounting hole 27 (FIG. 10) provided on the upper surface of the receiving plate 6. The mounting hole 27 is configured so that the detachable positioning member 26 can be mounted at a position corresponding to the product to be mounted.

A positioning and fixing method when a product is mounted on the pallet 2 of this example will be described. First, the pallet 2 without the detachable positioning member 26 is prepared, and the product is placed on the receiving plate 6 of the pallet. The lower part of one side surface of the product 100 is pressed against positioning members 25 and 25 fixed to the peripheral portion of the pallet 2, and positioning is performed on one side (one side surface) of the product. Next, as schematically shown in FIG. 10, in order to hold down the inner side of the product 100 and the side surfaces opposite to the positioning member 25, the mounting holes 27B and 27B and the mounting holes 27C and 27D are attached to appropriate small holes. A type positioning member 26 is mounted. Then, the lower side surface of the product 100 is pressed by the side surface of the detachable positioning member 26, and the three side surfaces of the product 100 are positioned and fixed by the two positioning members 25 and the four detachable positioning members 26. As shown in FIG. 1, the front surface of the product 100 is pressed and fixed by a spacer 14 attached to a column 3 erected on the pallet 2.

FIG. 11 shows a state in which the packaging device with the product positioned and mounted as seen from above is viewed from above. In this figure, the top plate 4 is removed (omitted). In the illustrated example, not only the front side (front surface) but also the back side (rear surface) of the product 100 holds the product mounted with the spacers 14 attached to the support column 3. In the illustrated example, the product 100 is a copying apparatus as an image forming apparatus, reference numeral 101 is a scanner unit, reference numeral 102 is a contact glass provided on the upper surface of the scanner unit, and reference numeral 103 is a slit for an ADF (automatic document feeder). Glass, reference numeral 104 is an operation panel provided in front of the scanner unit, reference numeral 105 is a part of the in-body discharge tray, and reference numeral 110 is a duplex unit attached to the side surface of the copying machine main body. Here, the pressure plate or ADF arranged on the contact glass is shown as an example of packaging separately. Further, on the side opposite to the duplex unit 110, a pad 17 is inserted between and supported by the columns 3 and 3.

Next, a configuration for stabilizing a product mounted against vibration in the vertical direction, which is the gist of the present invention, will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, in the packing apparatus 1 of this example, the first is disposed between the product 100 placed on the pallet 2 and the top plate 4 (not shown in FIGS. 12 and 13). The first buffer member 20 and the second buffer member 30 are provided. Both the buffer members 20 and 30 are configured in a box shape by folding cardboard as an example. Further, the lower surfaces of both the buffer members 20 and 30 are formed in a shape along the upper surface of the product 100 to be mounted. The first and second buffer members 20 and 30 are disposed on both sides of the product 100 to be mounted, in this example, at both ends of the product 100.

As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the first buffer member 20 includes a base portion 21 (long side box), an inclined portion 22, and an upper side portion 23 (short side box). The base portion 21 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and the length from one end surface to the other end surface in the longitudinal direction is set to be approximately equal to the distance between the support columns 3 and 3 in the packaging device 1. The inclined portion 22 is formed so as to follow the rear surface shape (the oblique side portion 4c (FIG. 4)) of the top plate 4 positioned above, and does not buffer the top plate 4 when the first buffer member 20 is set. It is configured. The upper part 23 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and is provided so as to protrude from the side surface of the inclined part 22. A space having a height H <b> 1 is formed below the upper part 23. The positional relationship between the base portion 21 and the upper portion 23 is provided so as to be shifted in the horizontal direction and to be in a vertical positional relationship.

The first buffer member 20 of the present example is provided so that toner bottles used in the product 100 that is an image forming apparatus can be accommodated, two in the upper and lower portions in the base portion 21 and one in the upper portion 23. A toner bottle can be stored and packed. The size of each color toner bottle used in the product 100 which is a color copying apparatus is the same, and the length of the toner bottle is almost the same as the length of the upper portion 23. Therefore, when the toner bottle is stored in the base portion 21, a space (length in the longitudinal direction) is left, but in this example, a partition (not shown) is provided at both end positions of the inclined portion 22 in the base portion 21. Thus, consideration is given so that the toner bottle is not damaged by vibration in the longitudinal direction of the first buffer member 20. In addition, instead of providing a partition, an appropriate cushioning material or the like may be packed in both side protruding portions (portions protruding from both sides of the inclined portion 22) to absorb vibration.

Further, the base portion 21 and the upper portion 23 are provided with notches 21a and 23a as holes , respectively, so that the color of the toner bottle accommodated therein can be confirmed. These notches 21a and 23a are preferably provided in portions corresponding to the positions of the seals displaying the product names, color symbols, etc. of the toner bottles. Accordingly, the color of the packed toner bottle can be confirmed without opening the first buffer member 20 in which the toner bottle is accommodated, and workability is improved.

As shown in FIG. 16, the second buffer member 30 includes a box-shaped portion 32 and a plate-shaped portion 31 connected to the box-shaped portion. The second buffer member 30 is also provided so that one toner bottle can be stored in the box-shaped portion 32, and the color of the toner bottle packed by the notch 32a can be recognized. The notch 32a is also preferably provided in a portion corresponding to the position of the seal displaying the product name, color symbol, etc. of the toner bottle.

A method for placing the first and second buffer members 20 and 30 on the product 100 will be described.
First, except for the top plate 4, the product 100 is mounted on the packing device 1 and packed.

Next, the end surface 21b (FIG. 15) on one side of the base portion 21 of the first buffer member 20 is set between the front and rear columns 3, 3 from above as shown in FIG. To do. At this time, the base portion 21 is placed so that the lower surface of the base portion 21 is in contact with the upper surface of the lower column 3b (see FIG. 11) of the column 3. When the first buffer member 20 is set between the columns 3 and 3, both end surfaces of the base portion 21 abut against the inner side surface of the columns 3 and 3, and the first buffer member 20 is fitted between the columns 3 and 3. Further, the second buffer member 30 is set by inserting the plate-like portion 31 into the gap between the side end of the product 100 (in this case, the left end portion of the scanner unit 101) and the pad 17.

The positional relationship between each buffer member 20, 30 and the product 100 when the first and second buffer members 20, 30 are set in the packaging device is as shown in FIGS.

When the illustrated product 100 is mounted, the top portion of the lower support 3b is located above the upper surface of the double-sided unit 110, and therefore, between the lower surface of the base portion 21 of the first buffer member 20 and the upper surface of the double-sided unit 110. As shown in FIG. 19 , a gap S1 (about 20 mm) that is a longitudinal interval is formed. Further , a gap S <b> 2 (about 40 mm) that is a vertical interval is also formed between the lower surface of the upper portion 23 of the first buffer member 20 and the upper surface of the scanner unit 101 as shown in FIG. 19. As is clear from FIGS. 17 and 18, the top end portion of the upper side portion 23 is disposed so as to overlap a part of the right end portion of the contact glass 102. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 19, the corner formed by the base portion 21 and the upper portion 23 of the first buffer member 20 is disposed along the corner portion (of the scanner portion 101) of the product 100.

Furthermore, between the upper part 23 and the inclined part 22 of the 1st buffer member 20, and the back surface of the top plate 4, as shown in FIG. 19, the amount which took into account the amount of jumping of the product 100 due to vertical vibration A space is formed. In addition, in FIG. 19, the support | pillar 3 which supports the top plate 4 is abbreviate | omitting illustration. On the other hand, the second buffer member 30 has the box-shaped portion 32 placed on the scanner portion 101. Further, a space corresponding to the amount of jumping of the product 100 is also formed between the box-shaped portion 32 and the back surface of the top plate 4.

With such an arrangement of the first buffer member 20, when the product 100 jumps upward due to vibration during transportation, if the jump amount is within 20 mm, the lower surface of the base portion 21 of the first buffer member 20 and the upper surface of the duplex unit 110 In the case of a jump amount of 20 to 40 mm by moving up and down the gap (about 20 mm), the product 100 jumps together while lifting the first buffer member 20. At this time, there is a difference of 20 mm between the gap S2 and the gap S1 (S2> S1), thereby preventing the contact glass 102 from being impacted when the product 100 and the first buffer member 20 jump together. is doing.

On the other hand, the second buffer member 30 has the box-shaped portion 32 placed on the scanner portion 101. A space is formed between the box-shaped portion 32 and the back surface of the top plate 4 in consideration of the jumping amount of the product 100. Then, the second buffer member 30 jumps together with the product 100 regardless of the jump amount.

As described above, in the packing device 1 of the present example, the first and second buffer members 20 and 30 are arranged, so that even when large vertical vibrations are applied during transportation and transportation, Due to the action (the shock-absorbing members 20 and 30 in this example are cardboard box-shaped and flex to exhibit a shock-absorbing action), the amount of jumping of the mounted product can be suppressed, and the product mounted against vertical vibrations Can be stabilized. Further, since the product is received by the horizontal lower surfaces of the first and second buffer members 20 and 30 when the product jumps, the product can be prevented from being inclined.

In addition, the size of the gap between the upper surface of the upper portion 23 of the first buffer member 20 and the back surface of the top plate 4 is set lower than the height of the positioning members 25 and 26 provided on the pallet 2 so that it can be transported. If the amount of vertical movement of the product due to this vibration is restricted to be less than the height of the positioning members 25 and 26, it is possible to reliably prevent the product from riding on the positioning members 25 and 26.

FIG. 20 shows another example of the first buffer member.
The first buffer member 20B shown in this figure includes a toner bottle storage portion 28 (packing portion) and a base portion 29 (support portion) into which the toner bottle storage portion 28 is fitted. The toner bottle housing portion 28 is shown in FIG. 21, and the base portion 29 is shown in FIG. The size of the base portion 29 in the longitudinal direction is substantially equal to the distance between the columns 3 and 3. When the first buffer member 20B is set between the columns 3 and 3, both end surfaces of the base portion 29 abut against the inner side surfaces of the columns 3 and 3, and the first buffer member 20B is fitted between the columns 3 and 3.

The toner bottle storage portion 28 includes a lower portion 28a that can store two toner bottles used in the product 100, an inclined portion 28b, and an upper portion 28c that can store one toner bottle. Further, notches 28d and e are provided in the lower portion 28a and the upper portion 28c so that the color of the stored toner bottle can be confirmed. The positions of the notches 28d and e are preferably provided in a portion corresponding to the position of the seal displaying the product name, color symbol, and the like of the toner bottle, as in the first buffer member 20.

The base portion 29 has an empty box shape with an open top surface, and is divided into three partitions by two partitions 29b and 29b, and the lower portion 28a of the toner bottle housing portion 28 is fitted into the central wide portion 29a as shown in FIG. The first buffer member 20B is configured. In this example, the toner bottle housing portion 28 is formed by folding cardboard into a box shape, and the base portion 29 is made of plastic cardboard. The toner bottle housing portion 28 may be made of the same plastic cardboard as the base portion 29.

The first buffer member 20B of the present example has a configuration in which the toner bottle housing portion 28 and the base portion 29 are separated, so that a different model can be obtained by simply replacing the toner bottle housing portion 28 that is the upper portion according to the product to be mounted. Is possible. Further, the existing base 29 can be used in common for different products, and versatility can be improved.

By the way, in the recyclable recyclable packing apparatus, it is necessary to collect the packing apparatus after delivering the product / article to the user. At this time, in the packing apparatus 1 of this embodiment, the pallet 2 and the top plate 4 can be stacked after unpacking, and each column 3 can be contracted (the upper column 3a and the lower column 3b are stacked) to be collected in a compact manner. . Further, the face plate 7, the pad 17, the spacer 14, the positioning members 25, 26, and the first and second buffer members 20 (20 </ b> B), 30, etc. are packed by the cover 8 that covers the product 100. It can be reliably recovered without losing. In addition, used toner bottles that are no longer needed by the user can be stored and collected in the first and second buffer members 20 (20B) and 30.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated by the example of illustration, this invention is not limited to this.
For example, a pad 16 shown in FIG. 7 (buffer member) is integrally or detachably attached to the upper surfaces of the first and second buffer members 20 (20B) and 30, and the other end of the pad 16 is attached to the top plate. You may provide so that it may contact or adjoin to the back surface of 4.

Alternatively, the upper surfaces of the first and second buffer members 20 (20B) and 30 are detachably provided on the back surface of the top plate 4, and the first and second buffer members 20 (20B) and 30 attached to the top plate 4 are provided. A pad 16 (buffer member) shown in FIG. 7 may be disposed between the lower surface and the mounted product.

In addition, the height of the first and second buffer members 20 (20B) and 30 is expanded (enlarged) so that the upper surface of the first buffer member 20 (20B) is in contact with the back surface of the top plate 4, and the buffer member is easily crushed in the vertical direction. The buffering property may be increased. The buffer member may be easily crushed in the vertical direction, and another buffer material may be disposed below the buffer member.

In the above embodiment, the toner bottle is described as being stored in the first and second buffer members 20 (20B) and 30, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the cables, operation manuals, other consumables and options are not limited thereto. Goods etc. may be stored and packed.

In the illustrated embodiment, the first and second buffer members 20 (20B) and 30 are arranged on both sides of the product as separate components. However, the first and second buffer members 20 (20B) and 30 are connected to each other. Also good. In this case, the lower surface of the connecting portion may form a predetermined space (a degree that does not interfere even if the product jumps) with the contact glass 102.

Further, in FIG. 11 and the subsequent drawings, an example in which the pressure plate or ADF disposed on the contact glass of the product 100 which is a copying machine as an image forming apparatus is separately packaged has been described. The same effect can be obtained by applying the present invention to a type equipped with a simple ADF or a type equipped with a pressure plate. The image forming apparatus is not limited to a copying machine, but may be a printer, a facsimile, or a multifunction machine having a plurality of functions.

In addition, products to be mounted and packed in the packing device are not limited to image forming apparatuses, and various products such as electronic devices, furniture, and office supplies can be packed. Even for these products, the amount of jumping of the mounted product can be suppressed, and the mounted product can be stabilized against vertical vibration.
