【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a saturated steam generator, and more particularly to a saturated steam generator that generates saturated steam using superheated steam as a heating source.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In hospitals, etc., for sterilization of objects to be sterilized such as therapeutic bandages, scalpels, forceps, and surgical gowns, the sterilization chamber containing the objects to be sterilized is usually pressurized with saturated steam to a predetermined pressure and temperature. A steam sterilization method is used in which is maintained for a certain period of time.
Among steam sterilizers used in such steam sterilization methods, large steam sterilizers that can sterilize a large amount of materials to be sterilized are usually supplied with saturated steam from a large boiler provided in a hospital or the like. The

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the saturated steam generator having the structure described above, the water passing through the heat storage tank absorbs heat most from the heat storage section on the inlet side of the heat transfer tube. For this reason, the temperature of the heat storage part at this position is most likely to decrease.
Therefore, during the saturated steam generation process, there has been a problem that the introduction side of the heat transfer tube of the heat storage tank is intensively reheated to maintain the entire heat storage tank at a constant temperature.
[0007]
In addition, the water quality of the treated water is not considered at all in the operation of the saturated steam generator, and there is a possibility that a countermeasure when the water quality deteriorates is required .
[0008]
Therefore, the present invention is made to solve the above problems, it is an object of the inlet side of the heat transfer tube of the heat storage unit to provide a re-heatable saturated steam generating equipment to a sufficient temperature is there.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has the following configuration in order to solve the above problems.
That is, according to the saturated steam generator according to the present invention, a heat storage tank and a saturated steam generation tank are provided, and water in the saturated steam generation tank is heated by superheated steam obtained by overheating in the heat storage tank. A saturated steam generator for generating saturated steam, and heats the solid heat storage material and the liquid heat storage material in a heat storage section formed by filling the solid heat storage material and the liquid heat storage material provided in the heat storage tank. A heater and a heat transfer pipe that superheats water passing through the interior to form superheated steam are provided, and the heater is configured to have a higher temperature than the superheated steam discharge side on which the water inlet side of the heat transfer pipe is heated. Further, the solid heat storage material and the liquid heat storage material are provided so as to be capable of being heated.
By adopting this configuration, it is possible to sufficiently reheat the inlet side of the heat transfer tube, in which the temperature is significantly lower than the other parts, and to make the temperature in the heat storage tank uniform.
[0010]
A plurality of the heaters are provided so that at least the solid heat storage material and the liquid heat storage material on the water inlet side and the superheated steam outlet side of the heat transfer tube can be heated by separate heaters. Therefore, the reheating on the inlet side of the heat transfer tube can be performed efficiently.
Further, of the plurality of heaters, one heater disposed on the water inlet side of the heat transfer tube is higher in temperature than the other heaters disposed on the superheated steam discharge port side. It is possible to sufficiently reheat the inlet side of the heat transfer tube.

In addition, a storage tank that temporarily stores the water is provided in the middle of the water supply pipe that supplies water that generates saturated steam in contact with the superheated steam supplied from the heat transfer pipe to the saturated steam generation tank. the saturated steam generation tank and / or reservoir by the water quality measuring means is provided for measuring the water quality, by managing the water quality to generate saturated steam, can provide a clean saturated steam.
[0012]
Further, by the quality measuring means, when the water quality of water to the saturated steam has been determined that drops, since having a control to that control means to stop the operation of the saturated steam generation, and more It is possible to improve the quality of saturated steam without fail and provide only clean saturated steam.
Furthermore, if the overflow pipe for returning the overflowed water in the saturated steam generation tank to the storage tank is provided, the overflowed water can be prevented from being discarded, and the water is wasted. In this way, the running cost can be reduced.
The saturated steam generation tank is provided with a steam supply pipe for discharging saturated steam generated in the saturated steam generation tank, and drain condensed in the steam supply pipe is discharged from the steam supply pipe and returned to the storage tank. If the drain pipe for this purpose is provided, the drain in the steam supply pipe is reused without being discarded, so that the running cost can be reduced without wasting water .
