Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cup holder device that is installed in a room of an automobile or the like and holds beverage containers such as cans, cups, and plastic bottles from falling down.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 7 shows two examples of a conventional cup holder device. In the cup holder device (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-20166), the main body 50 forms a concave portion 51 having a size corresponding to beverage containers (hereinafter abbreviated as containers) A and B. The rotating body 54 is assembled to the one side surface 52 a via the pivot 53. This rotating body 54 has notches 54a and 54b formed around it. When the rotating body 54 is rotated in the direction of the arrow with the pivot 53 as a fulcrum, the notch 54a or 54b enters the concave portion 51 from the opening provided on the one side surface 52a. Be placed. That is, in this structure, the containers A and B are inserted into the concave portion 51 from the upper opening, the bottom of the container is supported by the bottom receiving portion which is the lower surface of the concave portion 51, and the side surfaces of the container are cut into 54a and 54b. It restrains and supports between the opposing side surfaces 52b.
[0003]
In the cup holder device (No. 4-57445), the main body 60 forms a large concave portion 61 and has a pressing member 63 that can be freely inserted into and removed from the concave portion 61 from one side surface 62a. Yes. The pressing member 63 is urged in a direction in which it protrudes by a urging means (not shown) with respect to the case 64 and is retracted from the concave portion 61 via a push-push locking mechanism (push-lock opening mechanism) 65. Locked. That is, in this structure, the container A or B is inserted into the concave portion 61 from the upper opening, and the bottom of the container is supported by the bottom receiving portion 61 a that is the lower surface of the concave portion 61. Thereafter, when the container A or B pushes the pressing member 63 in the direction of the arrow to release the push-push locking mechanism 65, the pressing member 63 is moved into the concave portion 61 by the urging force of the urging means as shown in FIG. It protrudes and is restrained and supported between its tip and the opposite side surface 62b.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above conventional structure is set to be relatively large so that the concave portions 51 and 61 can be inserted even in the containers A and B having different outer diameters, and the side surfaces of the containers are supported by the rotating body 54 and the pressing member 63 so as not to fall down. It is possible. However, in each structure, although it can hold | maintain similarly even if it is a 250-350 milliliter can and a cup among various drink containers, it has the following problems. That is, some beverage containers brought into the passenger compartment are extremely small such as cans and cups having a height dimension of 250 milliliters or less, and extremely large such as PET bottles (500 to 900 milliliters). FIG.6 (b) has shown typically the state which put the 250 ml can (container D) and the plastic bottle (container E) in the concave-shaped part 51 (61). In this example, the container D is difficult to take out because the upper portion protruding from the concave portion 51 (61) is small. The upper part of the container E protrudes greatly from the concave part 51 (61) and lacks stable holding. As described above, in the conventional structure, since the depth of the concave portion 51 (61) is constant, if the container height dimension is smaller or larger than the average, the usability deteriorates. Further, the cup holder device is often provided close to the operation portion 41 such as a change lever in the vicinity of the center console 42 constituting the central tunnel portion 40 in the passenger compartment as in the example of FIG. In this case, if the upper part of the container E protrudes greatly, there is a possibility of hitting when operating the operation unit 41, which becomes an obstacle to operability and safety.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to easily solve the above-described problems. Specifically, even for a container having a small height or a large height, the container projecting dimension from the inside of the concave shape is optimized so that the usability, safety and stable maintenance can be maintained well.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, as in each of the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the main body is opened and closed by a lid, and a bottom receiving portion for supporting the bottom of a beverage container, In a cup holder device having a substantially concave shape having a side wall portion capable of supporting a side surface, the cup holder device is provided on the lid and protrudes across the concave shape above the bottom receiving portion which is the concave lower surface, It has the 2nd bottom receiving part which can support the bottom of a container, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

The cup holder device described above has a second bottom receiving portion, and the container can be supported at a high position by using the second bottom receiving portion as necessary. That is, when the container is placed in the concave shape, the bottom of the container is supported by the second bottom receiving portion that is higher than the bottom receiving portion that is the concave lower surface, and the side surface of the container is supported by the concave side wall portion. Therefore, in this structure, for example, as shown in FIG. 6A, the second bottom receiving portion is used when holding a 250 ml can (container D), and a concave shape is used when holding a plastic bottle (container E). When the inner bottom receiving portion is used, the upper portion protruding from the concave shape can be adjusted to the same degree regardless of the container height dimension (the height of the container). Therefore, the device of the present invention makes it easy to put in and out the upper protruding portion from the inside of the concave shape regardless of the height of the containers D, E, etc., and makes the upper protruding from the inside of the concave shape easier. It is also possible to eliminate the possibility that the portion may be held stably and the operability of the operation unit 41 may be impaired.
[0008]
The present invention as described above is more preferably embodied as in claims 2-5. That is,
First, the second bottom receiving portion is configured to be switched between a non-use position disposed along the lid body and a use position projectingly disposed in the concave shape. This makes it easy to use the second bottom receiving portion, and when the second bottom receiving portion is unnecessary, it is accommodated in a part of the lid body as in the embodiment, so that the appearance characteristics can be maintained or obstructed. There is a significance in avoiding it.
Secondly, the height of the second bottom receiving portion protruding into the concave shape can be changed. This specifies the second form, and the height of the second bottom receiving portion can be finely changed according to the height of the container, so that the usability can be further improved.
Thirdly, the side wall portion has a support portion that holds the distal end side of the second bottom receiving portion. Even if the second bottom receiving portion is simply attached to the lid as in each embodiment, this is stably held by the support portion of the side wall portion.
Fourth, the second bottom receiving portion is configured to be detachably attached to the lid. When the second bottom receiving part is detachable, this can be provided with an advantage that the cover body can be assembled by a retrofitting method or the lid body can be easily cleaned.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, two examples to which the present invention is applied will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment, FIG. 1 is an external view showing the apparatus with the lid open, FIG. 2 is a side view showing the apparatus of FIG. 1 with the lid closed, and FIG. It is AA sectional view taken on the line. 4 and 5 show the second embodiment, FIG. 4 (a) is an external view showing the apparatus with the lid open, and FIG. 4 (b) is a schematic perspective view showing the first bottom receiving portion and its mounting structure. 5 is a sectional view showing the apparatus of FIG. 4 in the same manner as in FIG. In the following description, the outline of each form is described, and then the main structure and operation of each form are referred to. In addition, since only the 2nd bottom receiving part and the location related to it are changed, the 1st form and the 2nd form attach the same numerals to the substantially same member and part, and omit duplication explanation as much as possible. To do.
[0010]
(Outline) The cup holder device of each embodiment has a body 10 having a substantially concave shape (hereinafter referred to as a concave portion 2A, 2B or 2), and a lid 10 for opening and closing the upper opening of the concave portion 2; A second bottom receiving portion (hereinafter referred to as an upper-stage bottom receiving member 20 or 30) that is attached and can protrude into the concave portion 2 is provided. Here, the main body 1 and the lid body 10 are both resin molded products, but other materials may be used. The concave portion 2 is composed of, for example, concave portions 2A and 2B into which PET bottles (containers E) having an opening area of 500 to 900 ml are individually inserted, and the depth is set to about 100 to 180 mm. The However, the concave portion 2 may be configured such that one container E is taken in and out. Further, the lid portion 10 is attached to the main body 1 through a rotating means 15 so as to be opened and closed. And the above cup holder apparatus is an example installed in front of the center console 42 in the center tunnel part 40 in a motor vehicle interior, as shown to Fig.6 (a). That is, the central tunnel portion 40 is a cavity that rises relatively high from the floor, and includes an operation portion 41 such as a shift lever and a change lever provided on the front side, and a center console 42 provided on the rear side. The main body 1 is mounted in a state of being embedded (a state of being inserted into the inside through the opening 44 provided in the central tunnel portion 40 as shown in FIG. 1). However, the main body 1 may be provided as various consoles themselves or as a part of the console. Further, the main body 1 is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, but is arranged in the vehicle body width (left and right) direction when the width dimension of the central tunnel portion 40 permits.
[0011]
(Common point of each form) The cup holder apparatus of each form forms the concave part 2 for containers which the main body 1 opened upwards, and the upper bottom receptacle attached to the cover body 10 which opens and closes the upper opening of this concave part 2 The member 20 or 30 is provided. Here, the main body 1 is formed with a flange 3 and a guard wall 3a on one side rising from the flange 3 at a part of the upper periphery of the recesses 2A and 2B, and also defines the recesses 2A and 2B. A cutout portion 4 is formed in a part of the side wall portion 5 so that the upper bottom receiving member 20 or 30 can be inserted from the lid body 10 into the concave portions 2A and 2B. The notch 4 is provided on the side wall 5 that faces when the lid 10 is in the open state. The width of the notch 4 corresponds to the width of the upper bottom receiving member 20 or 30, and the vertical dimension of the notch 4 is deeper in the second form than in the first form as shown in FIGS. . Moreover, the bulging parts 6 and 7 are provided in the opposing inner surface between the concave parts 2A and 2B so that each concave shape may be defined. The bulging portion 6 is located between the cutout portions 4, and the bulging portion 7 maintains a predetermined gap 8 with the bulging portion 6. For this reason, in the concave portions 2A and 2B of the respective forms, each concave lower surface becomes a bottom receiving portion 6 that receives the bottom of the container as in the conventional case. Each concave inner peripheral surface, that is, the side wall portion 5 that supports the side surface of the container is formed by a concave inner peripheral surface excluding the cutout portion 4 and the gap 8.
[0012]
The lid 10 has two accommodating portions 13 on the inner surface, and has an upper bottom receiving member 20 or 30 that is rotatably attached to each accommodating portion 13. Each housing portion 13 is formed by lowering the inner surface of the lid body 10 and faces the corresponding notch portion 4 of the main body 1 when the lid body 10 is open. Further, each lid 10 is rotated by about 90 degrees from the closed state of FIG. 2 covering the upper opening of the concave portion 2 with respect to the main body 1 via the rotation means 15 and from the closed state, as shown in FIGS. As described above, the upper opening of the concave portion 2 is switched to the fully open state. In the open state, the lid body 10 is disposed along the side portion on the cutout portion 4 side of the side portion of the main body 1. Although details of the opening / closing mechanism of the lid 10 are omitted, it is almost the same as Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-20177 developed by the present applicant. That is, the lid 10 is rotatably connected to the corresponding side portion of the main body 1 via the pivot shaft 12 with support pieces 11 projecting on both sides, and is locked in a closed state by a locking means (not shown). It has become. Between the support piece 11 and the main body 1, there is provided a biasing spring S that constantly biases the lid body 10 in the open state. Then, the lid body 10 is rotated to the open state by the biasing spring S when the lock means is unlocked by pushing the lid body 10. When the lid body 10 is turned to the closed state against the urging force of the urging spring S, the lid body 10 maintains the state via the locking means. Reference numeral 16 denotes a braking damper with a gear 16a. The damper 16 brakes the rotational speed of the lid 10 when a gear 11 a provided on the free end side of the support piece 11 meshes with the gear 16 a. Reference numeral 18 denotes a leaf spring for attachment, and a base end is fixed to an attachment portion 17 provided in the main body 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the main body 1 is inserted into an opening 44 provided in an installation portion such as the tunnel portion 40 and is prevented from coming off at the distal end side of the leaf spring 18. Such an opening / closing mechanism of the lid 10 and the mounting structure itself of the main body 1 may be other known ones such as Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-65687.
[0013]
(Essential part of the first form) In the concave parts 2A and 2B of the first form, a support part 9 is provided in a portion of the curved side wall part 5 facing the notch part 4 as shown in FIG. . The support portion 9 is formed in a plane from the upper end of the concave portions 2A and 12B to substantially the same depth as the corresponding notch portion 4, and holds the distal end side of the upper bottom receiving member 20 on the end surface 9a. It is a configuration. The accommodating portion 13 of the lid body 10 is provided with a shaft hole 14a on the lower side and an engaging hole 14b on the upper side, which are located on the inner facing end face and in the opened state of the lid body 10. On the other hand, the upper bottom receiving member 20 is formed in a long and narrow piece formed by resin molding, and is substantially flush when placed in the accommodating portion 13 of the lid 10. On both sides, there is a shaft portion 21 provided on the base end side and fitted in the shaft hole 14a, and a small protrusion 22 provided on the distal end side and fitted in the locking hole 14b.
[0014]
(Operation) The upper bottom receiving member 20 described above is attached to the lid body 10 so as to be rotatable by approximately 90 degrees by fitting the shaft portions 21 on both sides into the corresponding shaft holes 14 a of the housing portion 13. . When the upper bottom receiving member 20 is arranged in the accommodating portion 13 as in the front side of FIG. 1, the small protrusion 22 is fitted into the corresponding locking hole 14b and held in that state. In this non-use position, as illustrated in FIG. 3, when a 500 to 900 ml PET bottle (container E) is inserted from the top opening, the bottom of the container is supported on the bottom receiving portion 6, and The side surface of the container is supported by the side wall 5. This support structure is the same as the conventional one. However, in the present invention, since the concave portions 2A and 2B are deeper than before in order to utilize the upper bottom receiving members 20 and 30, the upper protruding portion of the container E is suppressed. When the upper bottom receiving member 20 is pulled out from the non-use position against the fitting force between the small protrusion 22 and the locking hole 14b, the entire upper bottom receiving member 20 is rotated forward with the shaft portion 21 as a fulcrum, and the corresponding notch The portion 4 enters the recessed portion 2A or 2B, and the tip is locked on the end surface 9a of the support portion 9. In this use position, the upper stage bottom receiving member 20 is held on the end surface of the cutout portion 4 on the base end side, and held on the end surface 9a on the upper end side, and crosses the recessed portions 2A and 2B substantially horizontally. Therefore, as illustrated in FIG. 3, when the relatively small containers A and D are inserted from the upper openings of the concave portions 2A and 2B, the bottoms of the containers are supported on the upper bottom receiving member 20, and the containers Are supported by the side wall portion 5 above the upper stage bottom receiving member 20. In addition, the upper stage bottom receiving member 20 forms a gap with the concave portion 2 at the use position, and is rotated to the non-use position by lifting the gap from the gap with a finger or the like. However, the upper bottom receiving member 20 may be provided with a through hole for picking as indicated by reference numeral 23 in FIG. 3 and switched from the use position to the non-use position using the through hole 23.
[0015]
(Essential part of the second form) In the concave parts 2A and 2B of the second form, a support part 19 is provided at a location facing the notch part 4 as shown in FIG. The support portion 19 is composed of three locking portions 19a provided on the lower side of the concave portions 2A and 2B. The upper locking portion 19a is positioned above the middle of the concave and convex portion 2, the middle locking portion 19a is positioned approximately in the middle of the concave and convex portion 2, and the lower locking portion 19a is the end surface of the cutout portion 4. It is located slightly above 4a. In the accommodating portion 13 of the lid body 10, three engagement holes 14 c corresponding to the respective locking portions 19 a are provided on the inner opposing end surfaces in the opened state of the lid body 10. On the other hand, the upper bottom receiving member 30 is formed in an elongated substantially U shape with a rigid wire as shown in FIG. The length from the tip 30a to both ends 30b is a dimension that reaches the locking portion 19a from the housing portion 13 in the opened state of the lid body 10. Both ends 30b are bent outward at substantially right angles. The gap between the two pieces 30c is formed so as to increase from the tip 30a to both ends 30b.
[0016]
(Operation) The upper bottom receiving member 30 described above engages both ends 30b with the corresponding engagement holes 14c of the accommodating portion 13 with the two pieces 30c approaching each other in the direction of the arrow as shown in FIG. Thereby, it attaches so that rotation with respect to the cover body 10 is possible. Further, the upper bottom receiving member 30 is removed from the lid body 10 when the engagement hole 14c for engaging both ends 30b is changed or the lid body 10 is cleaned. In that case, when both pieces 30c are pushed in the direction of the arrow so as to approach each other, both ends 30b are disengaged from the engagement hole 14c. When the upper bottom receiving member 30 is disposed in the accommodating portion 13 as in the front side of FIG. 4, both ends of the accommodating portion 13 are applied by the urging forces of the two piece portions 30 c that are expressed when pushed in the direction of the arrow. It is pressed against the surface and held in its non-use position. In this non-use position, as in the example of FIG. 3, when a 500 to 900 ml PET bottle (container E) is inserted from the top opening, the bottom of the container is supported on the bottom receiving portion 6, and the container Are supported by the side wall 5. This is the same as the first embodiment. When the upper bottom receiving member 30 is pulled out from the non-use position against the urging force, the entire upper bottom receiving member 30 is rotated forward with the both ends 30b as fulcrums and from the corresponding cutout portions 4 into the recessed portions 2A or 2B. The tip 30a hits the upper locking portion 19a. The upper bottom receiving member 30 may not be horizontal due to the height of the locking portion 19a with which the tip 30a hits. At that time, the tip 30b is pushed downward to elastically pass through the locking portion 19a. It latches in the latching | locking part 19a under it. In addition, when changing the height of the upper stage bottom receiving member 30, after temporarily removing from the accommodating part 30 as mentioned above, both ends 30b are engaged with different engagement holes 14c. In the use position, both ends 30b of the upper stage bottom receiving member 30 are held in the engagement holes 14c, and the tip 30a is held in the locking portion 19a so as to cross the concave portions 2A and 2B substantially horizontally. Therefore, when the relatively small containers A and D are inserted from the upper openings of the concave portions 2A and 2B, as in the case of FIG. 3, the bottoms of the containers are supported on the upper bottom receiving member 30, and the containers The side surface is supported by the side wall portion 5 above the upper stage bottom receiving member 30. The upper bottom receiving member 30 is rotated from the use position to the non-use position by lifting it with a finger or the like.
[0017]
Therefore, in each embodiment, as can be seen from the example of FIG. 6A, even in the containers D and E having different height dimensions, the bottom receiving portion 6 in the recessed portion 2 is used or the upper bottom receiving members 20 and 30 are used. By selecting whether or not to perform, the upper part of the container protruding from the upper opening of the concave part 2 can be made the same level. In other words, the container D with a small height switches the upper bottom receiving member 20 or 30 to the use position and supports the bottom of the container on the upper bottom receiving member 20 or 30 as shown in FIG. Compared to the conventional example, the upper part of the container protruding from the upper opening of the recessed part 2 is made larger and easier to grip. In the second embodiment, since the height of the upper bottom receiving member 30 can be changed according to the height of the container, a more optimal holding state can be obtained. On the other hand, the container E having a large height switches the upper bottom receiving member 20 or 30 to the non-use position, supports the bottom of the container on the normal bottom receiving part 6, and protrudes from the upper opening of the recessed part 2. The upper part of the container can be suppressed and stably held. Thereby, in each form, the possibility that it becomes an obstacle to operation of the above-mentioned operation part 41 can also be eliminated. Since the upper bottom receiving members 20 and 30 are assembled to the lid body 10, they do not get in the way.
[0018]
In addition, this invention is not limited to an above-described form, A various deformation | transformation is possible in the range which comprises the requirements specified by a claim. For example, the shape of the upper bottom receiving members 20 and 30 and the support portions 9 and 19 may be changed, or the switching structure between the use position and the non-use position of the upper bottom receiving members 20 and 30 may be changed. . Moreover, the upper stage bottom receiving members 20 and 30 may be configured with a plurality of different heights depending on the use position, and may be arranged so as to protrude into the concave portion 2 by selecting what is suitable for the container.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the cup holder device of the present invention has the second bottom receiving member that is provided on the lid and protrudes upward from the bottom receiving portion that is the concave bottom surface. In the case of a container, a second bottom receiving member is used to secure the upper protruding portion from the inside of the concave shape to make it easier to grasp, or in the case of a large container, the upper protruding portion is used using the bottom receiving portion in the concave shape. It can hold the part stably. That is, the present invention can improve the usability, safety, and stable holding by optimizing the container protruding dimension from the inside of the concave shape even if the height is small or large.
