【発明の属する技術分野】
本願発明は、包装材に関し、詳しくは、着脱可能にグリル皿上に配設される焼網を備えたグリル部が、調理器本体の正面側に配設された構造を有する調理器の包装構造及び該調理器を包装する際に、焼網を保持、固定するために用いられる包装用固定材に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
ガス調理器は、魚や肉などの被調理材料を調理する（グリルする）際に用いられるグリル部を備えたものが多い。そして、グリル部は、通常、グリル皿と、その上に載置される魚や肉などの被調理材料を偏りなく均一に調理できるようにするための焼網を備えている。

そして、このグリル皿及び焼網は、調理された魚や肉などの被調理材料の取り出しや、調理が済んだ後の洗浄を容易に行うことができるように、手前に引き出したり、外部に取り出したりすることができるように構成されており、さらに、焼網は、グリル皿から取り外して、別々に取り扱うことができるように構成されている。

このようなグリル部を備えたガス調理器においては、焼網が固定されていないと、搬送中に焼網がグリル部内で転動し、ガラス部分を備えた扉部を損傷したり、内部に配設されたバーナを傷付けたりする場合がある。

そこで、従来は、図６に示すように、焼網５１の複数箇所を粘着テープ５２で、グリル皿５３に固定するとともに、グリル部５４内に、内部空間の形状に対応した段ボール箱や発泡スチロールなどのパッド５５を詰めて、焼網５１がグリル部５４内で動かないように保持、固定して搬送するようにしている。

なお、この例にかかるガス調理器では、グリル皿５３が、扉部５６と一体に形成されており、グリル皿５３と扉部５６は、矢印Ｘで示す方向に往復動（出し入れ）可能に構成されており、扉部５６をガス調理器のフロント部５７に固定することにより、グリル皿５３がグリル部５４内に保持、固定されるように構成されている。

しかし、上記のような包装構造によれば、箱状に加工し、あるいは成形した段ボール箱や発泡スチロールなどの立体形状のパッドが必要となり、コストの上昇を招くという問題点がある。
また、焼網５１の複数箇所を、粘着テープ５２によりグリル皿５３に固定することが必要で、複雑な構造部に粘着テープ５２を貼り付けなければならず、粘着テープ５２を貼り付けるのに手間がかかるという問題点がある。また、扉部５６の近傍には、加工時に使用した油分などが付着している場合があり、粘着テープ５２を確実に貼り付けることが困難で、包装信頼性が不十分になるという問題点がある。

本願発明は、上記問題点を解決するものであり、立体形状に加工、成形したパッドを必要とせず、しかも、焼網の多数箇所を粘着テープで貼り付けて固定することが不要で、容易かつ確実に、焼網を保持、固定することが可能な包装構造及び該包装構造に用いられる包装用固定材を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本願発明（請求項１）の包装構造は、
グリル皿と、グリル皿上に着脱可能に配置される、主要部が、奥行き方向と略直交するように、所定の間隔をおいて略平行に配設された複数の金属線材からなる焼網と、被調理材料を出し入れするための扉部であって、グリル皿と連結され、奥側及び手前側に移動させることにより、グリル皿及びグリル皿上に配置された焼網の出し入れが行われる扉部とを備えたグリル部が、調理器本体の正面側に配設された構造を有する調理器の包装構造であって、
主要部が、調理器の正面と略平行で、グリル部の扉部近傍に位置するように配設される垂直部と、該垂直部と一体に形成され、垂直部の下端からグリル部の奥側に向かうように折り曲げられて配設される水平部とを備えた包装用固定材を用い、
包装用固定材の水平部を、焼網の主要部を構成する、略平行に配設された金属線材のうちの互いに隣り合ういずれか一対の金属線材の間に形成される隙間に挿入し、該挿入した水平部の上面を前記一対の金属線材の奥側の金属線材の下部外周面に当接させ、下面を手前側の金属線材の上部外周面と当接させ、かつ、垂直部の上端部の少なくとも一部を、調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接させることにより、包装用固定材の水平部及び垂直部を所定の位置に保持するとともに、包装用固定材と係合する焼網をグリル部内の所定の位置に、所定の姿勢で保持、固定すること
を特徴としている。

本願発明（請求項１）の包装構造は、主要部が、調理器の正面と略平行で、グリル部の扉部近傍に位置するように配設される垂直部と、該垂直部と一体に形成され、垂直部の下端からグリル部の奥側に向かうように折り曲げられて配設される水平部とを備えた包装用固定材を用い、水平部を、焼網の主要部を構成する、略平行に配設された金属線材のうちの互いに隣り合ういずれか一対の金属線材の間に形成される隙間に挿入し、その上面を一対の金属線材の奥側の金属線材の下部外周面に当接させ、下面を手前側の金属線材の上部外周面と当接させるとともに、垂直部の上端部を、調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接させるようにしているので、包装用固定材の水平部及び垂直部を所定の位置に保持するとともに、包装用固定材と係合する焼網をグリル部内の所定の位置に、所定の姿勢で保持、固定することが可能になる。
その結果、簡単な包装構造により、焼網を確実に、所定の位置に保持、固定することが可能になり、低コストで信頼性の高い包装を実現することが可能になる。

なお、本願発明において、「垂直部の上端部の少なくとも一部が、調理器を構成する構造材の一部と当接する」とは、包装用固定材の垂直部の上端部の少なくとも一部が、グリル内壁の一部、あるいはグリル部用の開口部が形成された調理器本体のフロントパネル部やその近傍部分などと接することを意味する概念であり、包装用固定材の垂直部が当接する部位の具体的な位置やその名称などに特別の制約はない。

また、本願発明において、扉部とグリル皿と連結されているとは、扉部とグリル皿とが一体に形成されている場合や、別部材からなる扉部とグリル皿とが一体化されている場合、あるいは別部材からなる扉部とグリル皿とが係脱可能に接続されている場合などを含む広い概念である。

また、請求項の２の包装構造は、前記包装用固定材として、垂直部の左右両端部の少なくとも一方を手前側に折り曲げることにより形成された曲折部を備えた包装用固定材を用い、該曲折部をグリル部から外側に突出させて、該突出した曲折部の上端部を、調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接させるようにしたことを特徴としている。

包装用固定材を構成する垂直部の左右両端部の少なくとも一方に形成された曲折部をグリル部から外側に突出させ、突出した曲折部の上端部を、調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接させることにより、包装用固定材の垂直部を所定の姿勢で、容易かつ確実に保持、固定することが可能になるとともに、調理器を包装する際に、突出した曲折部を把持した状態で（例えば、手前側に引っ張りながら）、扉部を閉じることにより、包装用固定材を確実に所定の位置にセットすることが可能になり、包装の容易性及び包装信頼性を向上させることが可能になる。

また、請求項３の包装構造は、前記包装用固定材の水平部を、いずれか一対の金属線材の間に形成される隙間うちの、グリル部の扉部側から奥側に向かって、１番目から５番目までの隙間のいずれか一つに挿入することを特徴としている。

いずれか一対の金属線材の間に形成される隙間うちの、グリル部の扉部側から奥側に向かって、１番目から５番目までの隙間のいずれか一つに挿入するようにした場合、水平部により、焼網を十分に保持して、信頼性の高い包装を行うことが可能になる。なお、水平部を挿入する金属線材の隙間を、グリル部の扉部側から奥側に向かって１番目から５番目までとしたのは、６番目以降になると、垂直部との距離が大きくなり、水平部による焼網の保持力が低下することによる。

また、請求項４の包装構造は、前記包装用固定材として、段ボール紙を折り曲げ加工することにより形成されたものが用いられていることを特徴としている。

本願発明の包装構造によれば、段ボール紙を折り曲げ加工することにより形成された包装用固定材を用いた場合にも、焼網を確実に保持、固定して、十分な信頼性を備えた包装を行うことが可能になるとともに、使用後に包装用固定材が廃棄され、焼却処理される場合にも有害ガスなどの発生がなく、環境への負担を低減することが可能になる。

また、請求項５の包装構造は、前記調理器がガスを燃料とするガス調理器又は電気・電磁調理器であることを特徴としている。

ガスを燃料とするガス調理器や電気・電磁調理器は、通常、グリル部を備えており、かかるガス調理器や電気・電磁調理器に本願発明を適用することにより、焼網を確実に保持固定して、ガス調理器や電気・電磁調理器を効率よく、かつ、確実に包装することが可能になり有意義である。

また、本願発明（請求項６）の包装用固定材は、
グリル皿と、グリル皿上に着脱可能に配置される、主要部が、奥行き方向と略直交するように、所定の間隔をおいて略平行に配設された複数の金属線材からなる焼網と、被調理材料を出し入れするための扉部であって、グリル皿と連結され、奥側及び手前側に移動させることにより、グリル皿及びグリル皿上に配置された焼網の出し入れが行われる扉部とを備えたグリル部が、調理器本体の正面側に配設された構造を有する調理器を包装する際に用いられる包装用固定材であって、
主要部が、調理器の正面と略平行で、グリル部の扉部近傍に位置するように配設される垂直部と、該垂直部と一体に形成され、垂直部の下端からグリル部の奥側に向かうように折り曲げられて配設される水平部とを備え、
水平部が、焼網の主要部を構成する、略平行に配設された金属線材のうちの互いに隣り合ういずれかの一対の金属線材の間に形成される隙間に挿入されるとともに、該挿入された水平部の上面が前記一対の金属線材のうちの奥側の金属線材の下部外周面と当接し、下面が手前側の金属線材の上部外周面と当接し、かつ、垂直部の上端部の少なくとも一部が、調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接することにより、水平部及び垂直部が所定の位置に保持されるとともに、包装用固定材と係合する焼網が、グリル部内の所定の位置に、所定の姿勢で保持、固定されるように構成されていること
を特徴としている。

上述のように構成された包装用固定材を用いることにより、本願発明の包装構造を確実に実施して、信頼性の高い包装を行うことが可能になる。

また、請求項７の包装用固定材は、前記垂直部の左右両端部の少なくとも一方を、前記水平部とは逆の手前側に折り曲げることにより形成された曲折部を備えており、該曲折部がグリル部から外側に突出し、該曲折部の上端部が調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接するように構成されていることを特徴としている。

垂直部の左右両端部の少なくとも一方を、水平部とは逆の手前側に折り曲げることにより曲折部を形成した包装用固定材を用い、曲折部をグリル部から外側に突出させ、曲折部の上端部を、調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接させるようにした場合、垂直部を所定の姿勢で、容易かつ確実に保持、固定することが可能になるとともに、調理器を包装する際に、突出した曲折部を把持した状態で（例えば、手前側に引っ張りながら）、扉部を閉じることにより、包装用固定材を確実に所定の位置にセットすることが可能になり、包装の容易性及び包装信頼性を向上させることが可能になる。

また、請求項８の包装用固定材は、段ボール紙を折り曲げ加工することにより形成されたものであることを特徴としている。

段ボール紙を折り曲げ加工した包装用固定材を用いた場合にも、本願発明の包装構造によれば、焼網を確実に保持、固定して、十分な信頼性を備えた包装を行うことが可能になるとともに、使用後に包装用固定材が廃棄され、焼却処理される場合にも有害ガスなどの発生がなく、環境への負担を低減することが可能になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本願発明の実施の形態を示して、その特徴とするところをさらに詳しく説明する。
図１は本願発明の一実施形態にかかる包装用固定材を用いてビルトイン型ガスコンロを包装する際の包装構造を示す分解斜視図、図２は本願発明の一実施形態にかかる包装用固定材を示す図であって、(ａ)は斜視図、(ｂ)は展開平面図、図３は本願発明の一実施形態にかかる包装用固定材をグリル部の焼網に係合させた状態（すなわち包装用固定材の使用状態）を示す斜視図、図４は本願発明の一実施形態にかかる包装用固定材の使用状態を示す、グリル部の断面図である。

［被包装物］
この実施形態における被包装物は、図１に示すような、ビルトイン型ガスコンロ（ガス調理器）１であり、ガスコンロ本体２、ガスコンロ本体２の上面側を覆うように配設して使用されるトッププレート３を備えている。なお、トッププレート３は、バーナー（図示せず）からの燃焼ガスを排出するための３つの排出口（貫通穴）４を備えた、主要部が略平坦な構造を有するプレート状部材である。

そして、このビルトイン型ガスコンロ１は、焼網５、グリル扉６などを有するグリル部７を備えている。
グリル部７は、図３，図４などに示すように、グリル皿６ａと、グリル皿６ａ上に着脱可能に配置される、主要部が、複数の金属線材（この実施形態では丸棒状の金属線材）５ａを奥行き方向（図３の矢印Ｘの方向）と略直交するように、所定の間隔をおいて略平行に配設した構造を有する焼網５と、グリル部７を開閉するとともに、被調理材料を出し入れするための扉部６とを備えている。
なお、焼網５には、金属線材５ａからなる主要部が所定の高さに保持されるように、手前側と奥側の端部に脚部５ｃ，５ｄが取り付けられており、この脚部５ｃ，５ｄを介して、焼網５がグリル皿６ａ上に載置されるように構成されている。

扉部６は、グリル皿６ａと一体に形成されおり、奥側及び手前側に移動させることにより、グリル皿６ａ及びグリル皿６ａ上に載置された焼網５が略水平方向に、奥行き方向（矢印Ｘの方向）に沿って往復動するように構成されている。なお、焼網５、グリル皿６ａなどのグリル部を構成する部材は、図４に示すように、ガスコンロ本体２の正面に形成された開口部７ａの内側の、グリル内壁７ｂに囲まれた空間に収容されるように構成されている。
また、扉部６は、内部が見えるようにガラスプレートをはめ込んだ窓部６ｂを備えており、この窓部６ｂは、扉部６を手前側に引いたときには、使用者がやけどをしないように下方に降下し、扉部６を奥側に押し込んだときには、グリル部７が閉じられるように上昇するように構成されている。

さらに、このビルトイン型ガスコンロ１は、特に図示しないが、使用時にガスコンロ本体２やトッププレート３などに取り付けて用いられる付属部品（例えば、五徳，排気カバー、バーナキャップ、電池など）を備えている。

［包装材及び包装用固定材］
この実施形態において、ガスコンロ本体２や、付属品などを包装するための包装材としては、ガスコンロ本体２の両端側と係合する係合凹部１１と、トッププレート３を略水平に支持するトッププレート支持部１８とを備え、ガスコンロ本体２の両端側と係合してガスコンロ本体２を保護するとともに、トッププレート３を略水平に支持する一対の端面側パッド１３ａ，１３ｂと、長手方向に直交する方向の断面形状が略Ｌ字状である一対の保護部材（Ｌ字状アングル部材）１４ａ，１４ｂと、五徳，排気カバー、バーナキャップ、電池などの付属部品を収納する凹部１５を有し、これらの付属部品を保持するとともに、トッププレート３の上方に配置されて被包装物（ビルトイン型ガスコンロ）１の上面側を保護する天パッド１６と、グリル扉６が開かないように保持するとともに、グリル扉６を外部の衝撃から保護するための前パッド１７とを備えた包装材が用いられている。

なお、一対の保護部材（Ｌ字状アングル部材）１４ａ，１４ｂのうち、一方のＬ字状アングル部材１４ａは、略Ｌ字状の内側面が、端面側パッド１３ａ，１３ｂの上面２３と前面３３に接するように、一方の端面側パッド１３ａから他方の端面側パッド１３ｂに架け渡して配設されており、他方のＬ字状アングル部材１４ｂは、略Ｌ字状の内側面が、端面側パッド１３ａ，１３ｂの上面２３と後面４３に接するように、一方の端面側パッド１３ａから他方の端面側パッド１３ｂに架け渡して配設されており、各Ｌ字状アングル部材１４ａ，１４ｂは、包装材により包装された状態の包装構造体Ａ（図５）の上面側の、長手方向稜線部を保護する機能を果たすように構成されている。

そして、この実施形態においては、グリル部７の焼網５を保持、固定するための包装用固定材として、図２(ａ)，(ｂ)，図３などに示すように、主要部が、ビルトイン型ガスコンロ１の正面１ａと略平行で、グリル部７の扉部６の近傍に位置するように配設される垂直部３０ａと、該垂直部３０ａと一体に形成され、垂直部３０ａの下端からグリル部７の奥側に向かうように折り曲げられて配設される水平部３０ｂと、垂直部３０ａの両端部を手前側に折り曲げることにより形成された一対の曲折部３０ｃ，３０ｄを備えた包装用固定材３０が用いられている。
なお、この包装用固定材３０は、図２(ｂ)に示すような平面形状を有する段ボール紙を点線に沿って折り曲げ加工することにより形成されている。

［包装構造］
次に、上述の包装材を用いてビルトイン型ガスコンロ１を包装する場合の包装構造について説明する。
まず、図３，図４に示すように、包装用固定材３０の水平部３０ｂを、焼網５の主要部を構成する、略平行に配設された金属線材５ａのうちの互いに隣り合ういずれかの一対の金属線材５ａの間に形成される隙間（この実施形態では、金属線材５ａ１，５ａ２間に形成される、扉部６側から２番目の隙間）Ｓに挿入し、挿入した水平部３０ｂの上面を奥側の金属線材５ａ２の下部外周面に当接させ、下面を手前側の金属線材５ａ１の上部外周面と当接させる。

そして、包装用固定材３０の垂直部３０ａの両端側に形成された曲折部３０ｃ，３０ｄを、グリル部７を構成する扉部６の外側に突出させ、突出した曲折部３０ｃ，３０ｄの上端部を、ビルトイン型ガスコンロ１を構成するガスコンロ本体２の正面に設けられたグリル部７用の開口部７ａの周縁部に当接させる。
なお、この実施形態において、焼網５の奥側の脚部５ｄが一箇所で粘着テープ３２により、グリル皿６ａに貼り付け、固定されている。

上述のように、包装用固定材３０の水平部３０ｂ及び垂直部３０ａを焼網５及びガスコンロ本体２に係合させることにより、水平部３０ｂ（の上面及び下面）が焼網５を構成する一対の金属線材５ａ１，５ａ２と当接して、所定の姿勢で保持されるとともに、垂直部３０ａの両端側の曲折部３０ｃ，３０ｄが、ビルトイン型ガスコンロ１の正面１ａのグリル部７用の開口部７ａの周縁部に当接して、所定の姿勢で保持され、ひいては、包装用固定材３０全体が、所定の位置に所定の形状に保持されることになる。そして、その結果として、この包装用固定材３０と係合する焼網５が、包装用固定材３０によりグリル部７の内部に所定の姿勢で確実に保持、固定されることになる。
したがって、包装用固定材３０を、上述のような態様で用いることにより、簡単な構成で、焼網を確実に、所定の位置に保持、固定することが可能になり、低コストで信頼性の高い包装を実現することが可能になる。

なお、この実施形態においては、ビルトイン型ガスコンロ１を包装する際に、突出した曲折部３０ｃ，３０ｄを把持した状態で（例えば、手前側に引っ張りながら）、扉部６を閉じることにより、包装用固定材３０を確実に所定の位置にセットすることが可能になり、包装の容易性及び包装信頼性を向上させることができる。

それから、上述の包装材を、ビルトイン型ガスコンロ１にセットしてなる包装構造体Ａ（図５(ａ)）を、外箱１９に収納し、図５(ｂ)に示すように、バンド状締結部材（ポリプロピレンバンドなど）２０により締結することにより、グリル部７の焼網５が包装用固定材３０により確実に保持、固定された状態で、ビルトイン型ガスコンロ全体が確実に包装されることになる。

なお、この実施形態では、包装構造体Ａを、外箱１９に収納しているが、外箱を用いずに、包装構造体Ａを、バンド状締結部材により直接締結するように構成することも可能である。

また、上記実施形態では、焼網の主要部を構成する複数の金属線材が丸棒状の金属線材である場合を例にとって説明したが、焼網の主要部を構成する複数の金属線材が幅の狭い帯状の金属線材である場合にも本願発明を適用することが可能である。また、本願発明は、焼網が、金属板を打ち抜いて製造したり、鋳造により製造したりしたものである場合にも適用することが可能であり、その場合にも上記実施形態の場合と同様の効果を得ることができる。

本願発明は、さらにその他の点においても上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、包装用固定部材の具体的な構成や形成方法、焼網の構造、調理器全体の具体的な構成などに関し、発明の範囲内において、種々の応用、変形を加えることが可能である。

【発明の効果】
上述のように本願発明（請求項１）の包装構造は、主要部が、調理器の正面と略平行で、グリル部の扉部近傍に位置するように配設される垂直部と、該垂直部と一体に形成され、垂直部の下端からグリル部の奥側に向かうように折り曲げられて配設される水平部とを備えた包装用固定材を用い、水平部を、焼網の主要部を構成する、略平行に配設された金属線材のうちの互いに隣り合ういずれか一対の金属線材の間に形成される隙間に挿入し、その上面を一対の金属線材の奥側の金属線材の下部外周面に当接させ、下面を手前側の金属線材の上部外周面と当接させるとともに、垂直部の上端部を、調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接させるようにしているので、包装用固定材の水平部及び垂直部を所定の位置に保持するとともに、包装用固定材と係合する焼網をグリル部内の所定の位置に、所定の姿勢で保持、固定することができる。
その結果、簡単な包装構造により、焼網を確実に、所定の位置に保持、固定することが可能になり、低コストで信頼性の高い包装を実現することが可能になる。

また、請求項２の包装構造のように、包装用固定材を構成する垂直部の左右両端部の少なくとも一方に形成された曲折部をグリル部から外側に突出させ、突出した曲折部の上端部を、調理器を構成する構造材の一部に当接させるようにした場合、包装用固定材の垂直部を所定の姿勢で、容易かつ確実に保持、固定することが可能になるとともに、調理器を包装する際に、突出した曲折部を把持した状態で（例えば、手前側に引っ張りながら）、扉部を閉じることにより、包装用固定材を確実に所定の位置にセットすることが可能になり、包装の容易性及び包装信頼性を向上させることができる。

また、請求項３の包装構造のように、いずれか一対の金属線材の間に形成される隙間うちの、グリル部の扉部側から奥側に向かって、１番目から５番目までの隙間のいずれか一つに挿入するようにした場合、水平部により、焼網を十分に保持して、信頼性の高い包装を行うことができる。

また、請求項４の包装構造のように、段ボール紙を折り曲げ加工することにより形成された包装用固定材を用いた場合にも、焼網を確実に保持、固定して、十分な信頼性を備えた包装を行うことができる。また、段ボール紙を折り曲げ加工した包装用固定材を用いた場合、使用後に包装用固定材が廃棄され、焼却処理される場合にも有害ガスなどの発生がなく、環境への負担を低減することが可能になる。

ガスを燃料とするガス調理器や電気・電磁調理器は、通常、グリル部を備えており、請求項５の包装構造のように、かかるガス調理器や電気・電磁調理器に本願発明を適用することにより、焼網を確実に保持固定して、ガス調理器や電気・電磁調理器を効率よく、かつ、確実に包装することが可能になり有意義である。
