Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-238527 JP-A-8-170786

The repair device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-238527 is easy to insert into and out of a narrow manhole, and can be constructed even with a small amount of water. On the other hand, the cylindrical body is a tube-shaped device. Therefore, there is a limit to the force with which the repair material provided on the outer periphery is pressed against the tube wall, and the device described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-170786 is a non-circular tube (generally a horseshoe tube or a box culvert). ) Is used as a device for repairing, but this device has a bias in the force of pressing the repair material against the pipe wall. That is, there is a variation in the pressing force between the portion where the jack is in contact and the portion where the jack is not, and there is a problem that it is difficult to apply the pressing force evenly.

While joining a plurality of stainless steel panels, a mold that matches the inner wall surface of the pipe is made, and a jack that can be pressed at both ends is provided inside the mold and diagonally to the panel. With the configuration in which the mold is pressed toward the outside from the center of the pipe by both ends of the pipe, the repair material provided on the outside of the mold can be strongly pressed against the inner wall of the pipe line. Then, by adjusting the curved surface angle of the panel, it is possible to easily form a mold that can correspond to, for example, a circular shape to a non-circular shape according to the shape of the wall surface. Furthermore, by providing a sliding function at the joint portion of the panel, even if the shape and size of the inner wall of the pipe is different from the standard, the formwork can be easily configured and constructed.
Moreover, even if there is much flow volume of the water etc. in a pipe line, even if it is about 3 times as much, construction is possible.
