Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle side mirrors attached to passenger car doors and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Nowadays, it is often used to attach a side mirror with a mirror plate attached to a door in a bowl-shaped body so that the angle can be adjusted. In such a side mirror, a side turn lamp is incorporated into the body portion of the vehicle to fold the vehicle. There is known one in which the direction of the music is lit and displayed. In such a side mirror, as shown in FIG. 5, a light-transmitting light guide lens 20 is incorporated in the outer periphery of a body 21, and a light source such as a light emitting diode (LED) or a light bulb is provided at one end of the light guide lens 20. 22 is constructed, and the light source 22 is turned on (flashing lighting) in conjunction with the operation of the direction indicating lever arranged in the driver's seat, thereby causing the light guide lens 20 to emit light and displaying the bending direction. Yes.
[0003]
However, the conventional light source 22 is disposed so as to face the light guide surface 20a of the light guide lens 20 that is flat, and therefore, a part of the irradiation light emitted from the light source 22 is guided. There is a problem in that the irradiation efficiency is poor because the light leaks without entering the light surface 20a . In such a thing, irradiation efficiency becomes so high that a light source is brought close to a light guide surface, and it is making it contact | abut as the best form. However, when the light source is brought into contact with the light guide surface or too close, when the light guide lens is incorporated into the body, the light source and the light guide surface interfere with each other, for example, during insert molding or welding by ultrasonic vibration. There is a problem that the light source vibrates in a pressed state and adversely affects the light source, and there is a problem that the present invention does not solve.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been created in view of the above-described circumstances in order to solve these problems, and the invention of claim 1 is a side mirror attached to a vehicle, wherein the body of the side mirror is provided. In providing a lamp means comprising a light source and a light guide lens for receiving light from the light source and irradiating it outside the body , the light source comprises first and second light sources. The light guide lens has a horizontally long shape, the first light source irradiates a light incident portion formed at one end of the horizontally long shape of the light guide lens, and the second light source has a light guide lens Located in the middle of the horizontally long shape and configured to irradiate from inside the body to the outside of the body, the light incident part is cylindrical, and the first light source is loosely fitted to the cylindrical light incident part The vehicle side mirror is characterized by being fitted inside .
And by doing in this way, the light emitted from the light source can be efficiently incident on the light guide lens, and the light source is inadvertently vibrated by the vehicle body vibration while being fitted in the light incident portion. It is intended to prevent .
A second aspect of the present invention, the light entering portion tube back is a vehicle side mirror according to claim 1, characterized in that has a spherical shape that bulges to the first light source side.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes an electrically retractable door mirror (side mirror). The door mirror 1 incorporates a unit case 3 in which an angle adjusting motor (not shown) is incorporated in a body 2 having a bowl shape, Although the mirror plate 4 incorporated in the unit case 3 so as to freely adjust the angle is incorporated, these configurations are the same as conventional ones, and the details thereof are omitted.
[0006]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a horizontally long light guide lens formed of a translucent material made of acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin, or the like. A light source 6 made of a light emitting diode is opposed to one end of the light guide lens 5. Although the light incident portion to be disposed is configured, the light incident portion has a double cylindrical shape of an outer cylindrical portion 5a and an inner cylindrical portion 5b formed with a gap, and the inner depth of the cylindrical portion. A light incident surface 5c having a spherical shape is formed in the part. On the other hand, reference numeral 7 denotes a housing formed using an opaque material made of ABS resin, polypropylene resin or the like, and the housing 7 is covered and covered except for the surface exposed from the body 2 of the light guide lens 5. The housing 7 is formed with a bottomed cylindrical light source accommodation chamber 7a so as to face the light incident portion. Then, the light source accommodation chamber 7a is assembled so that the opening edge of the light source accommodation chamber 7a comes into contact with the outer cylinder portion 5a.
[0007]
The light source 6 is configured by implanting a lamp portion 6b on a substrate 6a, and is attached by the substrate 6a being integrated into the light source accommodation chamber 7a. In the state where the light guide lens 5 described above is assembled in the housing 7, the tip end portion (substantially emitting light) of the lamp portion 6b is fitted in the inner cylinder portion 5b in a loosely fitting manner, and is in a non-contact state. It has become. Incidentally, it goes without saying that the lighting control of the light source 6 is executed in conjunction with the operation of the direction indicating lever arranged in the driver's seat of the vehicle.
In the present embodiment, the second light source 8 is provided in the middle of the light guide lens 5.
[0008]
In the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the light guide lens 5 and the light source 6 are provided in the door mirror 1 and the door mirror 1 is provided with a direction indicating function. Is fitted into an inner cylinder portion 5b which is a cylinder portion formed in the light incident portion. As a result, the light emitted from the light source 6 enters not only from the inner bottom surface of the inner cylinder portion 5b but also from the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder, so that the incident light can be efficiently obtained and the luminance can be improved. .
[0009]
Moreover, since the light source 6 is fitted into the inner cylinder portion 5b in the lamp portion 6b from which light is emitted, the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion 5b can be brought as close to the lamp portion 6b as possible. Can be further improved. In addition, in this case, since the lamp portion 6b is a loose fit that does not contact the inner cylinder portion 5b, the lamp portion 6b interferes with the inner cylinder portion 5b when there is a vibration of the body. This will contribute to prevention of damage to the light source 6.
[0010]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, as a function of a light guide lens, not a direction instruction | indication function but the step illumination function at night may be sufficient.
