Description

The present invention relates to a road surface protective material that is spread and laminated on a road surface.

The green colored road surface has the image of a green ranch and has a psychological effect of relaxing and giving a feeling of liberation, and a paint containing a green pigment is often used for the road surface protection material. . However, pigment coatings are much more easily worn than mineral materials such as gravel and pebbles that make up the foundation of the road surface, and the gravel and pebbles are exposed by the wear and remain in the gaps between the gravel and pebbles. The paint tends to look unsightly as if it were exhausted and dirty.

Therefore, the present inventor laminated a surface layer of the resin composition on the surface of a thick fabric having a gap between the internal fibers, the ratio of the gap to the entire volume being 30% by volume or more, and a thickness of 2 mm or more. A road surface protection material was developed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, a walking surface protection mat in which a surface layer made of a resin composition is laminated on a thick fabric with a large internal porosity, such as needle punching felt, has a high internal porosity, so it has good cushioning properties and is comfortable to walk on. The thing with a lot of cushioning properties also has a large dent on the surface when it is stepped on, so it will look like jumping from the dent to the dent like walking on the futon, so it also makes pedestrians feel tired Become.
Artificial lawn can be considered as a road surface protection material, but on a road surface with a high frequency of walking, a pile piece forming a leaf stem is stepped down and set as it is, and the pile surface becomes smooth, and the body as a lawn is easily lost.
The artificial lawn construction method is also known in which a pile layer is filled with earth and sand and the root of the pile piece is reinforced to make it difficult to step over (for example, see Patent Document 2). The layer is poorly spilled, and when it rains, the pile pieces and earth and sand form a mud layer that stains the footwear, and black glaze occurs and the surface is slippery and dangerous. It becomes hard like this, and the tip of the pile piece is rubbed into fine cracks and rubbed down to show an old view.

特許第3028329号(特開平11−062201)Japanese Patent No. 3028329 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-062201) 特許第3204092号(特開平07−235702)Japanese Patent No. 3204092 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 07-235702)

Therefore, the present invention does not become slippery in rainy weather, it is dry and dry after rain, and black sharks are not easily generated, and the tip of the pile piece rubs down and does not exhibit an aging view for a long time. The purpose is to obtain a road surface protection material that is easy to walk without maintaining the view of the lawn and making the feet feel tired.

The road surface protection material according to the present invention is as follows: (1) A resin emulsion composition 23 is applied to the back surface of a tufted pile fabric in which a pile yarn 26 having a total fineness of 1500 to 3000 dtex is inserted into a base fabric 21 and a cut pile 22 is planted. The pile 22 is bonded and fixed to the base fabric 21. (2) The base fabric 21 has a flat cross-sectional shape, and a tape yarn made of carbon kneaded plastic is used for the warp 31 and the weft 32. (3) The resin emulsion composition 23 contains carbon black and aluminum hydroxide, and (4) the pile yarn 26 becomes a plastic kneaded with a green pigment and has a width. W is 0.2 to 0.6 mm, the width W is 10 to 20 times the thickness of the flat cross section, the single fiber fineness is 50 to 120 dtex, and it is bent in the length direction. (5) The basis weight of the pile layer 29 constituting the cut pile 22 is 240 to 400 g / m 2 , and the thickness P of the pile layer 29 is 4 to 4 The pile length H in the straight crimped state of the pile piece 20 of each of the plurality of tape yarns 28 constituting the cut pile 22 is 6 to 10 mm, and (6) each pile piece The first feature is that one or more crimped portions bent in the lengthwise direction are interposed in 20, and (7) the surface of the base fabric 21 is concealed by the pile layer 29.

A second feature of the road surface protection material according to the present invention is that, in addition to the first feature, (8) a plurality of pile yarns 26 are interrupted at a required interval L in the length direction of the plastic film 24. The slit yarn 25 is provided with a split yarn 26 provided with a spacing W of 0.2 to 0.6 mm in the width direction, and (9) a tape yarn 28 and a tape yarn 28 that constitute the pile yarn 26 adjacent to each other, It is joined via a slit 27 between the slit groove 25 and the slit groove 25 following the interruption in the length direction. (10) Any one of the piles that constitute the cut pile 22 It exists in the point interposed between the piece 20 and the pile piece 20. FIG.

The road surface protecting material of the present invention has a flat cross-sectional shape in which the pile 22 covering the surface is made of a hydrophobic plastic, the form is a cut pile 22 that is easy to dry and dry easily, and the pile piece 20 is easy to repel water. Since the pile layer 29 has a small water retention capacity of less than 400 g / m 2, the pile layer 29 has a small water retention capacity. It is difficult, and it does not become slippery when it rains due to black moths and moss on the surface.

In the road surface protection material of the present invention, the pile length H of the pile 22 covering the surface is 10 mm or less, and the pile layer 20 is low in weight, so that there is no room for the earth and sand to enter the pile layer 20, and the pile layer is caused by the dirt 20 is not squeezed, and the tip of the pile piece 20 is not torn finely by rubbing against the squeezed earth and sand.

Even if the tip of the pile piece 20 rubs against the compacted earth and sand, the width W of the pile piece 20 is originally 0.2 to 0.6 mm which is fine, so it is difficult to tear it further. The tip of the piece will not wear out, and the road surface protection material will not be worn out and have an old view.

Since the thickness P of the pile layer 20 is 8 mm or less, there is little change in the thickness P of the pile layer 20 that is depressed on the top, and the basis weight is 400 g / m 2 or less, so the pile layer thickness is about 10 mm. No cushioning is felt to the extent that the pile layer weight is 700 g / m 2 or more from a pile carpet.

The road surface protective material of the present invention has a flat cross-sectional shape in which the pile piece 20 has a large surface area even when the pile layer 20 has a low basis weight, the pile piece 20 is crimped, and the pile layer 20 is opened in bulk. 21 is covered and protected by the pile layer 20, and since the base fabric 21 is colored black by carbon black, it cannot be seen through the pile surface, and the base fabric 21 is not rubbed and worn. .

Carbon black intervening inside plastics has an electromagnetic wave suppression function that suppresses the activity of electromagnetic waves (sunlight) that have entered the inside of plastics. Therefore, the base fabric (warp and weft) 21 in which carbon black is kneaded The pile layer 29 is not easily deteriorated by being exposed to sunlight, and this is the same for the resin emulsion 23 containing carbon black.
And since the pile piece 20 is also colored with the pigment kneaded into the plastic of the material instead of with a dye, even if it exposes to sunlight or a wind and rain, it is hard to discolor and deteriorate.
In addition, the aluminum hydroxide contained in the resin emulsion composition 23 makes the pile layer 29 flame-resistant so that it is not easily discolored or deteriorated by sunlight, and ignition due to cigarette fire is also avoided.

As described above, according to the present invention, there is no water pool or slippery when it rains, and when it rains, it becomes dry and does not easily generate black glaze, and the soil adhering to the pile surface is washed away by rain. It is kept clean and does not show an old view due to the tip of the pile piece 20 being split finely, and it is resistant to discoloration / degradation even when exposed to sunlight or wind and rain, and has a long-lasting view of the lawn. Thus, it is possible to obtain a road surface protection material that is easy to walk without causing the feet to feel tired.

In the pile yarn 26 composed of a plurality of tape yarns 28 having a single fiber fineness of 50 to 120 dtex constituting the pile yarn 26, the tape yarn 28 is difficult to be entangled, and therefore, a carpet made of filaments having a single fiber fineness of 5 dtex or less. It cannot be mixed like multifilament yarns for piles, and is twisted and tufted.
However, in the present invention, the pile yarn 26 is provided with a plurality of slit grooves 25 that are discontinuous at a required interval L in the length direction of the plastic film 24 at intervals W of 0.2 to 0.6 mm in the width direction. In the width direction, a discontinuous discontinuity portion 27 of the slit groove 25b following the discontinuity is interposed between the slit grooves 25a and 25c adjacent to each other in the width direction, and between the adjacent slit grooves 25a and 25b. Since the split yarn 26 is formed by forming the adjacent tape yarns 28 joined via the interrupted portion 27, tufting can be performed without twisting and binding even if the tape yarns 28 are composed of a plurality of tape yarns 28.
Since the pile piece 20 and the pile piece 20 constituting the cut pile 22 are maintained in an entangled state by the discontinuity 27 interposed therebetween, even if the pile layer 20 is low in weight, the base fabric 21 can be removed from the pile surface. There is no see-through, there is no puddle in the rain, and there is no slippage. After raining, the soil is dry and hard to cause black glaze, and the soil adhering to the pile surface is washed away by the rain. Road surface protection material that is easy to keep clean.

Nylon, polyester, or polypropylene may be used for the pile yarn tape yarn. Above all, it is desirable to use nylon as the material plastic for the pile yarn in order to keep the crimped form of the pile piece elastically and to give the pile surface a wet appearance even under hot weather.
For the tape yarn of the base fabric (warp / weft), it is desirable to use polypropylene which is easily cracked during tufting and easily pinches the pile root.

In order to conceal the surface of the base fabric 21 with the pile layer 29, the stitch gauge S, that is, the interval S between the piles 22 adjacent to each other when the pile yarns 26 are formed, and the needle gauge N, that is, adjacent to each other. The interval N between the piles 22 and the piles 22 adjacent to each other when the mating pile yarn 26 and the pile yarn (26) are formed is set to 1/2 to 3/4 of the thickness P of the pile layer 29 (P / 2 ≦ S, N ≦ 3P / 4), and if the thickness P of the pile layer 29 is 6 mm, the thickness may be set to 3.3 to 4.2 mm.

In order to make a puddle or not slippery when it rains and to be dry and dry after raining, a high-pressure air current is applied to the application surface of the resin emulsion composition 23 applied to the back surface of the tufted pile fabric. A fine water-permeable hole is formed in the cloth surrounded by the warp 31 and the weft 32 by suction from a pile surface opposite to the application surface.
When the tape yarn 28 having a flat cross-sectional shape is used for the pile yarn 26, the single fiber fineness is 50 dtex, and the basis weight of the pile layer 29 is 400 g / m 2 or less, the pile layer 29 is difficult to retain water, and it is difficult to keep up after rain. It is also effective in facilitating a dry state.
In order to sufficiently conceal the base fabric 21 with such a low-weight pile layer 29, the thickness t of the pile yarn tape yarn 28 is set to 1/10 to 1 / 20th of the width W (0.1 W ≦ t ≦ 0.2W).
In that case, considering the wear resistance of the pile layer, the thickness t of the tape yarn 28 is set to 20 μm to 30 μm (20 μm ≦ t ≦ 30 μm).
In view of abrasion resistance of the pile layer, a nylon tape yarn is used for the pile yarn, and the width W is set to 200 to 600 μm, preferably 300 to 400 μm, for imparting crimp.

The number of tape yarns constituting the pile yarn 26 may be 20 to 40. In that case, one pile 22 is constituted by 40 to 80 pile pieces 20.

The average number of the discontinuous portions 27 interposed between the pile pieces 20 may be around 1 (0.1 to 2). In order to reduce the average number of the discontinuous portions 27 to about 1, the interval L between the slit grooves 25 following the discontinuity is not less than one-half of the pile length H in the non-crimped state and less than the pile length H. (0.5H ≦ L ≦ H) is preferable.
In the present invention, the “required interval L” of the plurality of slit grooves 25 that are interrupted in the length direction of the plastic film 24 is the average number of the interrupted portions 27 that are interposed between the pile pieces 20. Means an interval of about 1 (0.1 to 2).
The intervals L between the slit grooves 25 need not be equal. Accordingly, the interrupted portions 27 can be arranged not in the width direction of the plastic film 24 but in an oblique direction in the length direction of the plastic film 24. It is desirable to intervene randomly.

The resin emulsion composition 23 does not fill up all the fabric gaps surrounded by the warp 31 and the weft 32 of the base fabric 21, and the resin emulsion composition 23 is not blocked by the resin emulsion composition 23. Apply to the extent that it becomes a hole and remains on the road surface protection material.

The road surface protective material is constructed by nailing and fixing the periphery of the road surface 30 with a U-shaped nail (stapler) to a frame material attached to the road surface 30 or by adhering and fixing to the road surface 30 with an adhesive.
In the construction, a required base material can be laminated between the road surface protection material and the road surface 30.
