Description

Detailed description of the invention

According to the present invention, a twisted paper is formed by twisting the paper finished in a belt shape so as to be wound around a core material, and the twisted paper is woven by a loom instead of rush, thereby having properties equal to or better than that of natural rush. It relates to building materials such as tatami mats and wall materials.

Conventionally, natural rush, which is mainly used as a material for tatami mats, is a perennial plant that is planted in the winter and cut in the summer. When harvesting this rush, it is dyed with mud to prevent discoloration and then After sorting and weaving, it is used as a tatami mat.

Conventionally, as artificial turf, there was a simulated turf having a hollow portion using polypropylene such as JP-A-H06-346315, which is a linear foam structure having a donut-shaped cross section.
Further, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H08-170422, a paper twisted so as to have a hollow portion has been proposed.

In the past, in Japan, Japanese paper was cut into long and narrow strips, twisted into twisted paper, and woven, which has long been used as paper cloth.

Issues that the device is trying to solve

However, the yield of natural rush is affected by the weather and is unstable, and in recent years, there are social problems such as aging of rush cultivation farmers who become labor, lack of successors to agriculture, and mud during harvesting. Due to use, there was a problem of dust and dirt during the subsequent work.
Furthermore, natural rush has a problem that mold may be generated depending on the management when the humidity is high, such as during the rainy season.
Therefore, artificial rush as described above has been proposed. However, those using synthetic resin have poor hygroscopicity, and are inferior in texture and feel to natural products.
Further, since there is a hollow portion at the center of the cross section, there is a problem that the hollow portion is weak to a compressive force in the radial direction and easily crushed or broken.
Furthermore, a twisted paper made of the above paper with improved texture and feel has also been proposed, but this also has a hollow portion at the center of the cross section, so that it is easily crushed or broken easily due to weak compressive force in the radial direction. There was a problem.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and a paper made of natural plant fiber is twisted so as to be wound around a flexible core material, and the twisted paper is waterproofed. By providing antifungal processing, the texture and feel are close to those of natural products, and by providing a core material, an artificial rush that is hard to be crushed and hard to break even in a radial compressive force is provided.

Means for solving the problem

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the artificial rush of the present invention is formed from a pulp made of plant fiber as a main material on a flexible core material, finished in a band shape, and twisted to wind the band paper to form a twisted paper. Further, it is waterproofed and mold-proofed, woven with a loom and used as a building material such as tatami mats and wall materials.

As the core material, use a flexible material such as hemp yarn, cotton yarn, chemical fiber, and piano wire or copper wire.In that case, by changing the core material, the texture can be improved or the durability can be improved. In addition, when used as a rug, for example, when it is used as a rug, a durable and slightly large-diameter one is used so as to withstand a compressive force in the radial direction.
The diameter is set to 0.1 mm to 0.8 mm.

As a main raw material of the pulp for the band paper, softwood, hardwood, and plant fibers such as kenaf, grass, bamboo and the like are used, and the thickness of the formed paper is 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm, and the band is 10 mm to 18 mm in width. The texture and feel of twisted paper are changed by changing the material of the wrapping paper.

The diameter of the twisted paper is 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm, and the twisted paper is impregnated with an acrylic resin and a fluororesin, and is subjected to waterproofing and mold-proof treatment. Natural plant fiber is used as a raw material, which naturally generates mold due to humidity and temperature. This is to prevent it.

Weaving the twisted paper subjected to the waterproofing and mold-proofing treatment with a loom at a weaving density of 3000 to 4000 yarns / m 2 and a mass of 700 to 1000 g,
