Claims (11)
- (a)流体の入口通路(14)、流体の出口通路(16)、該出口通路に連通する圧力信号ポート(30)、および内部に配置された閉止部材(20)を有し、かつ該閉止部材は前記入口通路の流体源への連結による前記入口通路と前記出口通路との間の流れを制御するために移動可能である弁本体(12)と、
(b)前記弁本体に備えられ、通電により作動して前記閉止部材を移動させる電気アクチュエータ(22)と、
(c)圧力入口ポートを有する圧力センサ(44)を備え、感知ポート(46)および外部接続のための電気接続端子(40)を有する回路基板(38)と、
(d)前記回路基板を前記圧力信号ポート上に固定するための手段(50)と、を含んでおり、
前記圧力信号ポート(30)は、前記弁本体(12)の平面状の表面(26)に設けられ、前記圧力センサ(44)は、前記圧力入口ポートが前記感知ポート(46)上に配置されるように前記回路基板(38)上に実装され、前記回路基板(38)は、前記感知ポート(46)が前記圧力信号ポート(30)上に配置されるように、前記弁本体(12)の平面状の表面(26)上に装着されるとともに、前記回路基板(38)の下面の前記感知ポート(46)の回りと前記弁本体(12)の前記圧力信号ポート(30)の回りをシールする環状のシールリング(34)を備えることを特徴とする電気式流体圧サーボ弁アセンブリ。 - 前記圧力センサはトランスデューサであり、前記回路基板は当該トランスデューサの出力信号を処理するための回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記圧力センサは、圧電トランスデューサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記電気アクチュエータは、ソレノイドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記感知ポートは、前記回路基板を貫通して形成された開口部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記電気アクチュエータは、複数の個別の電気端子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 複数の前記弁本体(62-70)が固定されたマニホールド(48)をさらに含み、かつ当該複数の弁本体のそれぞれの前記入口通路および前記出口通路は、当該マニホールドの対応する入口ポートおよび出口ポートに連通することを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- (a)入口通路(14)、出口通路(16)、および該出口通路に連通する圧力信号ポート(30)を有する弁本体(12)を準備する工程と、
(b)前記弁本体の前記入口通路と前記出口通路との間に、それらの間の流れを制御するための移動可能な閉止部材(20)を配置する工程と、
(c)前記弁本体上に、通電により作動して前記閉止部材を移動させる電気アクチュエータ(22)を配置する工程と、
(d)圧力入口ポートを有する圧力センサ(44)を備えるとともに感知ポート(46)を有して前記弁本体の前記出口通路における感知圧力を示す電気信号を供給する回路基板(38)を、前記圧力信号ポート上に配置する工程と、を含んでおり、
前記弁本体(12)を準備する工程は、前記圧力信号ポート(30)を、前記弁本体(12)の平面状の表面(26)に設けることを含み、前記回路基板を前記圧力信号ポート上に配置する工程は、前記圧力センサ(44)を、前記圧力入口ポートが前記感知ポート(46)上に配置されるように前記回路基板(38)上に実装し、前記回路基板(38)を、前記感知ポート(46)が前記圧力信号ポート(30)上に配置され、環状のシールリング(34)により前記回路基板(38)の下面の前記感知ポート(46)の回りと前記弁本体(12)の前記圧力信号ポート(30)の回りをシールするように、前記弁本体(12)の平面状の表面(26)上に装着することを含むことを特徴とする電気式流体圧サーボ弁アセンブリの製造方法。 - 前記弁本体をマニホールドブロック(48)上に配置し、前記入口通路および前記出口通路を当該マニホールドブロックの対応する入口ポートおよび出口ポートに連結する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記回路基板を配置する工程は、圧電式圧力センサを備えた回路基板を配置することを含んでいる請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記電気アクチュエータを配置する工程は、前記閉止部材を磁界によって移動させるソレノイドを配置することを含んでいる請求項8に記載の方法。
