ところで、従来の跳ね上がり防止装置aにあっては、図9イに示すように、溝路bの清掃時等において、蓋受枠cから取り外して路上に置く際に、その置き方が悪かったり、路上に置いた状態で誤って溝蓋dを踏み付けたりすると、図9ロに示すように、垂直片部eが上端部分で屈曲して変形してしまい、所定の保持作用が得られなくなるという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、溝路の蓋受枠に載置される溝蓋であって、その側縁裏面に固着する取付片部と、取付片部から直角状に屈曲されて溝蓋裏面から垂下する垂直片部と、該垂直片部の下端から上方に折り返されて、溝路の内側面に弾接する弾性圧接片部と、さらに前記垂直片部の縦寸法に略一致する上下方向の補強壁部とを備えてなる跳ね上がり防止装置が両側縁に設けられていることを特徴とする跳ね上がり防止装置を備える溝蓋である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明にかかる溝蓋の跳ね上がり防止装置の第一実施例を添付図面について説明する。跳ね上がり防止装置1は、図1に示すように、垂直片部2と、該垂直片部2の下端から上方に折り返された弾性圧接片部3とを備え、さらに垂直片部2の縦寸法に略一致する上下方向の補強壁部4を備えている。この実施例では、該補強壁部4が、垂直片部2の左右両側部に夫々配設されており、該補強壁部4,4が垂直片部2の各側部と略直交する位置関係で該側部に連成されている。

本発明は、上述したように、溝路8の蓋受枠9に載置される溝蓋6の、その側縁裏面に上端を固着して下方に垂設された垂直片部2と、該垂直片部2の下端から上方に折り返されて、溝路8の内側面10に弾接する弾性圧接片部3とを備え、さらに前記垂直片部2の縦寸法に略一致する上下方向の補強壁部4を備えてなる溝蓋6の跳ね上がり防止装置1であるから、溝蓋6を蓋受枠9に載置すると、垂直片部2の下端から上方に折り返された弾性圧接片部3が溝路8の内側面10に弾接することにより、溝蓋6の保持作用が得られ、衝撃による跳ね上がりを防止することができる一方、溝蓋6を蓋受枠9から取り外して路上に置いた状態で、誤って踏み付けたりして上方から圧力を加えても、垂直片部2の縦寸法に略一致する上下方向の補強壁部4によって該圧力が支持され、垂直片部2の変形を防止することができる。
