Description

本発明は、スピーカ取付構造、特に、プロジェクタなどの機器の筐体にスピーカを取り付けるときに採用されるスピーカ取付構造に関する。   The present invention relates to a speaker mounting structure, and more particularly to a speaker mounting structure employed when mounting a speaker to a housing of a device such as a projector.

When the speaker is attached to the device casing, there are means for directly screwing the speaker to the casing, means for sliding the speaker and bonding, and the like. Further, means for attaching the speaker to an attachment member as a separate piece and attaching the attachment member to the housing (see, for example, Patent Document 1), means for fitting and holding the outer periphery of the speaker in a gap formed in the housing. (For example, refer patent document 2), the means (for example refer patent document 3) of making the outer peripheral part of a speaker latch to a securing piece was also known.

これらのうち、ビス止めやボンド付けを行うものは、煩わしいビス止め作業やボンド付け作業を行うために作業効率が悪かった。   Among these, those that are screwed and bonded are inefficient because of the cumbersome screwing and bonding operations.

On the other hand, the means described in Patent Document 1 includes a presser in which the front surface of the speaker is overlaid on the seating surface of the support as an attachment member, and a suitable portion of the outer periphery of the speaker is provided integrally with the support. According to this, it is possible to attach the speaker to the support without using screws, and no chatter occurs during the operation of the speaker. The means described in Patent Document 2 is to insert the outer peripheral edge of the speaker into the gap between the lower surface portion of the case body and the frame portion formed inside the lower surface portion. Further, the means described in Patent Document 3 engages the end of the speaker with three ribs provided on the side plate of the cabinet, and the end of the speaker by a locking piece attached to the bottom plate of the cabinet. It is to press and lock.
Utility Model Registration No. 3056767 Japanese Patent No. 3031359 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-308991

However, what is described in Patent Document 1 provides a means for attaching a speaker to a support, and does not provide a structure for directly attaching a speaker to a device casing. Therefore, when the speaker is attached to the equipment housing, not only an extra support is required, but also an extra space for attaching the support to the equipment housing is required. There is a problem that downsizing of the body is hindered. In addition, what is described in Patent Document 2 does not necessarily attach the speaker without rattling, but simply hold the speaker in the case as in the hands-free TV intercom unit of the exposure mounting type. It only provides a sufficient mounting structure. Furthermore, since it is indispensable to use a locking piece that is separate from the cabinet, what is described in Patent Document 3 increases the number of parts and the number of assembly steps.

本発明は以上の状況の下でなされたものであり、機器筐体にスピーカを直接に取り付けることを基本とし、スピーカの厚さ寸法などのばらつきを吸収し得るものでありながら、スピーカをがたつきなく機器筐体に取り付けることのできるスピーカ取付構造を提供することを目的とする。   The present invention has been made under the above circumstances, and it is based on the fact that the speaker is directly attached to the equipment housing, and it can absorb variations in the thickness of the speaker, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a speaker mounting structure that can be easily mounted on a device casing.

また、本発明は、機器筐体とは別体の取付け用部品を用いることなく、スピーカを機器筐体に取り付けることのできるスピーカ取付構造を提供することを目的とする。   It is another object of the present invention to provide a speaker mounting structure that allows a speaker to be mounted on a device housing without using a separate mounting part from the device housing.

さらに、本発明は、スピーカの取付けに際してスピーカの押込み操作という単純な作業を行うだけでスピーカを機器筐体にがたつきなく取り付けることのできるスピーカ取付け構造を提供することを目的とする。   Furthermore, an object of the present invention is to provide a speaker mounting structure that allows a speaker to be attached to a device housing without being rattled simply by performing a simple operation of pushing the speaker when mounting the speaker.

The speaker mounting structure according to the present invention is a speaker mounting structure for mounting the speaker to the equipment housing with the front surface of the speaker facing the inner surface of the equipment housing, and facing the inner surface of the equipment housing and the inner surface thereof. The speaker is inserted into a gap between the support body and the support body is elastically bent and deformed, so that the return reaction force of the support body causes the speaker to be elastically pressed against the inner surface of the device casing. And the support is a rib provided on the device casing and having an end surface in the width direction elastically contacting the back surface of the speaker, and the rib is elastic at two locations on both sides of the center position of the back surface of the speaker. It is divided into a pair of rib elements in contact with each other .

この取付構造であると、スピーカを機器筐体の内面と支持体との間の隙間にスピーカを割り込ませるだけでスピーカが機器筐体に直接に取り付けられる。また、スピーカを機器筐体の内面と支持体との間の隙間にスピーカを割り込ませる作業は、スピーカの厚さ寸法にばらつきが存在しても特別な困難なく可能であるので、スピーカの厚さ寸法のばらつきが吸収されるという作用が奏される。   With this attachment structure, the speaker can be directly attached to the device housing simply by inserting the speaker into the gap between the inner surface of the device housing and the support. In addition, since the speaker can be inserted into the gap between the inner surface of the equipment housing and the support body without any difficulty even if the thickness of the speaker varies, the thickness of the speaker There is an effect that variations in dimensions are absorbed.

In addition, since the ribs and the pair of rib elements that form the ribs are integrated into the equipment housing, the speaker can be attached to the equipment housing without using a separate mounting part. It is done. In particular, if the rib is divided into a pair of rib elements elastically contacted at two positions on both sides sandwiching the center position of the back surface of the speaker, the pair of rib elements individually bend and deform, so that the speaker is at the center position. The mounting stability of the speaker is improved by being pressed against the inner surface of the device casing by the force applied to both sides.

In the present invention, it is possible to adopt a configuration in which the inner surface of the device housing corresponds to the inner surface of the side wall of the device housing, and the rib is raised from the bottom surface of the device housing. In this case, it is desirable to employ a configuration in which the lower end of the speaker is mounted on the bottom surface of the device housing and the speaker is positioned in the vertical direction. According to this, since the positioning of the speaker in the vertical direction is achieved by using the bottom surface of the device casing, it is not necessary to add a special portion for the positioning of the speaker in the vertical direction. This is useful for promoting the downsizing of the housing.

本発明では、上記スピーカが機器筐体の上記側壁の内面に突設された左右の位置決めリブにより挾まれて左右方向で位置決めされている、という構成を採用することが可能であり、これによれば、スピーカが機器筐体の底面によって上下方向で位置決めされ、かつ、左右の位置決めリブにより左右方向で位置決めされる。   In the present invention, it is possible to employ a configuration in which the speaker is sandwiched by left and right positioning ribs protruding from the inner surface of the side wall of the device casing and positioned in the left-right direction. For example, the speaker is positioned in the vertical direction by the bottom surface of the device casing, and is positioned in the horizontal direction by the left and right positioning ribs.

In the present invention, it is desirable that a gap between the upper ends of the pair of rib elements and the inner surface of the device housing is formed as an insertion port for the speaker. Moreover, it is desirable that a space surrounded by the upper ends of the pair of rib elements, the inner surface of the device housing, and the left and right positioning ribs is formed as an insertion port for the speaker. According to each of these inventions, the speaker can be attached simply by inserting the speaker through the insertion slot, so that the workability of attaching the speaker is improved and the mass productivity is excellent.

A speaker mounting structure according to the present invention is a speaker mounting structure for mounting a speaker to a device housing with the front surface of the speaker facing the inner surface of a side wall of the device housing, and the device housing is a projector housing. And the speaker is a micro speaker, and the speaker is inserted into a gap between the inner surface of the side wall and a pair of left and right rib elements raised from the bottom surface of the device casing so as to face the inner surface. Thus, the rib elements are elastically bent and deformed by elastically deforming the rib elements in the width direction end surfaces of the left and right sides sandwiching the center position of the rear surface of the speaker, thereby returning the rib elements to the return direction. The speaker is pressed against the inner surface of the side wall by force, the lower end of the speaker is placed on the bottom surface of the equipment housing, and the speaker is positioned in the vertical direction. The speaker is sandwiched by left and right positioning ribs projecting from the inner surface of the side wall of the device housing and positioned in the left-right direction, the upper ends of the pair of left and right rib elements, the inner surface of the device housing, The space surrounded by the right and left positioning ribs is further embodied by adopting a configuration in which the speaker is formed as an insertion port of the speaker. In particular, according to the present invention, the installation space can be saved. There is an effect that it is easy to promote the downsizing of the device casing of the projector that employs an easy-to-understand micro speaker.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the speaker is directly attached to the device housing, it is possible not only to attach the speaker without rattling by absorbing variations in the thickness of the speaker. The speaker can be attached to the equipment housing without using a separate mounting part from the equipment housing, and the speaker can be mounted by simply performing a pushing operation of the speaker when the speaker is attached. Since it can be attached to the equipment housing without rattling, it is excellent in assembly workability and suitable for mass production.

図1は本発明に係るスピーカ取付構造を採用し得るプロジェクタの外観図である。同図において、1は筐体、2は投映口、3は排気口をそれぞれ示している。また、図2は本発明の実施形態に係るスピーカ取付構造の斜視図、図3は同取付け構造の平面図、図4は図3のIV−IV線断面図、図5は図3のV−V線断面図、図6は要部の説明図である。   FIG. 1 is an external view of a projector that can employ the speaker mounting structure according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a housing, 2 is a projection port, and 3 is an exhaust port. 2 is a perspective view of the speaker mounting structure according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a plan view of the mounting structure, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV in FIG. 3, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the V line, and FIG.

この取付構造では、図2のように、プロジェクタ(図1参照)の筐体1の側壁12の内面13に正面視円形のマイクロスピーカ5の前面51(図3など参照)を対面させた状態で、そのマイクロスピーカ5が筐体1に取り付けられている。すなわち、マイクロスピーカ5はその前面外周部に緩衝作用を発揮する矢紙を備えていて、その矢紙が側壁12の内面13に重なる形態で筐体1に取り付けられる。   In this mounting structure, as shown in FIG. 2, the front surface 51 (see FIG. 3 and the like) of the circular microspeaker 5 that is circular in front view faces the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 of the housing 1 of the projector (see FIG. 1). The micro speaker 5 is attached to the housing 1. That is, the microspeaker 5 is provided with an arrow paper that exhibits a buffering action on the outer periphery of the front surface thereof, and the arrow paper is attached to the housing 1 in a form that overlaps the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12.

The opening angle between the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 of the housing 1 and the inner surface 15 of the bottom wall 14 of the housing 1 is a right angle, and rises from the inner surface 15 of the bottom wall 14 as shown in FIGS. The rib 6 serving as a support is opposed to the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 with a gap. In the illustrated example, the rib 6 is divided into a pair of left and right rib elements 61, 61, and these rib elements 61, 61 can be individually bent and deformed. Further, the left and right rib elements 61, 61 are integrally reinforced by the plate piece portion 62 raised from the inner surface 15 of the bottom wall 14 while maintaining a state where individual bending deformation is possible. As shown in FIG. 6, the mutual spacing dimension A between the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 and each rib element 61 is set to be slightly shorter than the thickness dimension B of the main body 52 of the microspeaker 5 shown in FIG. (A <B). A gap between the upper end of the rib element 61 and the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 is formed as the insertion port 7 of the micro speaker 5. Furthermore, an inclined guide surface 63 for guiding the micro speaker 5 to the insertion port 7 is provided at the upper end of the rib element 61.

In this configuration, when the microspeaker 5 is positioned above the insertion port 7 as shown in FIG. 6 and then the main body 52 of the microspeaker 5 is pushed into the insertion port 7, the main body 52 becomes the side wall 12. The gap S between the inner surface 13 and the pair of left and right rib elements 61 is interrupted, and the left and right rib elements 61 exhibit elasticity peculiar to the resin and bend and deform elastically individually. As a result, the end faces 61a in the width direction of the rib elements 61 elastically contact the back surface of the main body 52 of the micro speaker 5 (the back surface of the micro speaker) as shown in FIG. The speaker 5 is pressed against the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 as shown by an arrow a in FIG. In this case, pushing the main body portion 52 of the microspeaker 5 into the insertion port 7 to interrupt the gap S between the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 and the pair of left and right rib elements 61 is not limited to the main body portion 52 of the microspeaker 5. Even if there is a variation in the thickness dimension B, the variation in the thickness dimension B is satisfactorily absorbed by the individual bending deformation of the rib element 61.

If the microspeaker 5 is pressed against the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 by the return reaction force of the left and right rib elements 61 in this way, the microspeaker 5 is fixed so as not to move to the housing 1 alone. There is no need to fix the microspeaker 5 to the housing 1 using a bond or the like. Particularly in this embodiment, the left and right rib elements 61, 61 are integrated by the plate piece portion 62. Therefore, even if the rib elements 61, 61 are made of resin integrally formed with the housing 1, the plate piece portion 62 is used. A large elasticity is imparted to the rib elements 61 and 61 by the reinforcing action of the above, and the situation in which the elastic force by the rib elements 61 and 61 is attenuated early due to the creep phenomenon is suppressed. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the outstanding effect of maintaining the state in which the micro speaker 5 is firmly attached to the housing 1 without rattling over a long period of time and the attachment stability is improved is exhibited.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 or 5, the lower end of the micro speaker 5 is mounted on the inner surface 15 of the bottom wall 14 of the housing 1, thereby positioning the micro speaker 5 in the vertical direction. It is. In addition, left and right positioning ribs 8 and 8 are integrally provided on the inner surface of the side wall 12 of the housing 1, and the distance between the positioning ribs 8 and 8 is set to be approximately the same as the diameter of the micro speaker 5. As shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, these positioning ribs 8, 8 are positioned in the left-right direction with the micro speaker 5 attached to the housing 1 being sandwiched. In this way, the microspeaker 5 is elastically clamped by the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 and the left and right rib elements 61, 61, and the positioning operation in the vertical direction by the bottom surface 15 of the bottom wall 14, as well as the left and right By the positioning operation in the left-right direction by the positioning ribs 8, the micro speaker 5 is firmly attached to the housing 1 with high positional accuracy.

In this embodiment, the left and right positioning ribs 8, 8 form the insertion port 7 together with the upper ends of the pair of left and right rib elements 61, 61 and the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12. Therefore, when the main body 52 of the microspeaker 5 is pushed into the insertion port 7, the left and right positioning ribs 8 and 8 exhibit the effect of guiding the microspeaker 5 straight downward. As a result, there is an advantage that the left and right rib elements 61 and 61 are elastically contacted at two symmetrical left and right sides sandwiching the center position of the back surface of the micro speaker 5 so that the micro speaker 5 is securely fixed at a predetermined position.

ところで、プロジェクタにあっては、その筐体1が上下に分割されていることが多い。そのような筐体1にあっては、たとえば図5に示したように、下側の側壁12の上に配備される上側の側壁16の下端でマイクロスピーカ5の上端55を押し付けておくことが可能であり、そうすることによって、マイクロスピーカ5を底壁14の内面15と上側の側壁16の下端とで挾み込んで上下方向の位置決めをより確実にしておくことが可能である。   By the way, in a projector, the casing 1 is often divided vertically. In such a housing 1, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper end 55 of the micro speaker 5 may be pressed against the lower end of the upper side wall 16 provided on the lower side wall 12. It is possible, and by doing so, it is possible to squeeze the microspeaker 5 between the inner surface 15 of the bottom wall 14 and the lower end of the upper side wall 16 so as to make the vertical positioning more reliable.

In the embodiment described above, the example in which the rib 6 is selected as a member for pressing the micro speaker 5 against the inner surface 13 of the side wall 12 and the rib 6 is further divided into the left and right rib elements 61 and 61 has been described. The microspeaker 5 can be elastically pressed by only a rib, and the microspeaker can be elastically pressed by a member other than the rib, for example, a wide protrusion raised from the inner surface 15 of the bottom wall 14. That is, the rib 6, the rib element 61, the wide protrusion, and the like are widely referred to as a support, and the micro speaker 5 is pressed by the support is included in the scope of the present invention.
