Description
Claims (16)
- 生理的事象検出器であって、
アナログ生理的信号を、該アナログ生理的信号の傾斜を表すデジタルデルタ値に変換するデルタ変換器(12)と、
該デジタルデルタ値を相関テンプレートと相関させる相関器(22)と、
該相関器の出力に基づいて生理的事象を検出する事象検出器(24B)と、
を備え、
前記事象検出器は、前記相関器の前記出力を閾値と比較し、該比較に基づいて前記生理的事象を検出する閾値検出器(38)を含み、
変換された前記デジタルデルタ値は入力ベクトルを形成し、前記相関テンプレートは傾斜テンプレートベクトルを形成し、前記相関器の前記出力は、変換された前記デジタルデルタ値の複数のサンプルにわたる前記入力ベクトルと前記傾斜テンプレートベクトルの積の和であり、
それにより、変換されたデジタルデルタ値と相関テンプレートとの間で加重移動平均を提供し、
前記閾値検出器(38)は、前記相関器の出力を前記閾値にアドバックすることによって閾値を増加させて、閾値以下のノイズと閾値レベルの間に余裕を維持するための閾値アドバック手段を備える、
生理的事象検出器。 - 前記生理的事象は、呼吸事象又は心臓事象であり、該心臓事象は、特に、R波又はP波である請求項1に記載の生理的事象検出器。
- 前記相関器の前記出力の絶対値を生成する絶対値回路をさらに備え、前記閾値検出器は、前記相関器の前記出力の前記絶対値が前記閾値以上である場合に前記生理的事象を検出する請求項1に記載の生理的事象検出器。
- 前記閾値検出器は、前記相関器の前記出力が、前記相関テンプレートに関連する窓内で、前記閾値を超える第1傾斜と、それに続く、前記閾値を超える第2傾斜を生成する時に、前記生理的事象を検出する請求項1に記載の生理的事象検出器。
- 前記事象検出器は、前記相関器の前記出力のピークを検出し、該ピークの検出に応答して前記生理的事象を検出するピーク検出器を含む請求項1に記載の生理的事象検出器。
- 前記相関器の前記出力の絶対値を生成する絶対値回路をさらに備え、前記ピーク検出器は、前記相関器の前記出力の前記絶対値に基づいて前記生理的事象を検出する請求項5に記載の生理的事象検出器。
- 前記閾値検出器は、前記相関器の前記出力が、前記相関テンプレートに関連する窓内で、正のピーク傾斜と、それに続く、負のピーク傾斜を生成する時に前記生理的事象を検出する請求項5に記載の生理的事象検出器。
- 前記事象検出器は、前記相関器の前記出力を傾斜区分に分類する傾斜区分器、及び、該傾斜区分を解析して前記生理的事象を検出する弁別器を含む請求項1に記載の生理的事象検出器。
- アナログ生理的信号を、該アナログ生理的信号の傾斜を表すデジタルデルタ値に変換するステップと、
該デジタルデルタ値を相関テンプレート(32)と相関させるステップと、
該相関の出力に基づいて生理的事象を検出するステップと、
前記相関させるステップの出力を閾値と比較するステップと、
該比較に基づいて前記生理的事象を検出するステップと、
を含み、
前記変換されたデジタルデルタ値は入力ベクトルを形成し、前記相関テンプレートは傾斜テンプレートベクトルを形成し、前記相関させるステップの出力は、前記変換されたデジタルデルタ値の複数のサンプルにわたる前記入力ベクトルと前記傾斜テンプレートベクトルの積の和であり、
それにより、変換されたデジタルデルタ値と相関テンプレートとの間で加重移動平均を提供し、
前記相関による値を閾値と比較するステップが、更に、
前記相関させるステップの出力を閾値にアドバックして閾値を増加させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記生理的事象は、呼吸事象又は心臓事象であり、該心臓事象は、特に、R波又はP波である請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記相関による値の絶対値を生成するステップ、及び、前記相関による値の前記絶対値が前記閾値以上である場合に前記生理的事象を検出するステップとをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記生理的事象を検出するステップは、前記相関による値が、前記相関テンプレートに関連する窓内で、前記閾値を超える第1傾斜と、それに続く、前記閾値を超える第2傾斜を生成する時に前記生理的事象を検出するステップを含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記相関による値のピークを検出するステップ、及び、該ピークの検出に応答して前記生理的事象を検出するステップをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記相関による値の絶対値を生成するステップ、及び、前記相関による値の前記絶対値に基づいて前記生理的事象を検出するステップをさらに含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記相関による値が、前記相関テンプレートに関連する窓内で、正のピーク傾斜と、それに続く、負のピーク傾斜を生成する時に前記生理的事象を検出するステップをさらに含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記相関による値を傾斜区分に分類するステップ、及び、該傾斜区分を解析して前記生理的事象を検出するステップをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
