Claims (5)
- 医療電気リードにおいて、
管腔(21)を有するエラストマー的マルチ管腔管(20)であって、該管腔(21)は実質的に楕円形の断面を形成する内面を有し、該断面は第一の長さを有する短軸線(32)を備え且つ、短軸線(32)の第一の長さは第一の長さよりも長い第二の長さまで伸びるように変形可能である前記エラストマー的マルチ管腔管(20)と、
管腔(21)内を伸び且つ、実質的に円形の断面を有する細長い導体(28)とを備え、
導体(28)の実質的に円形の断面と管腔(21)の内面との交差部は、実質的に三日月形状の断面を有する2つの別個の空間(22A、22B)を形成する、医療電気リード。 - 請求項1に記載のリードにおいて、
導体(28)の実質的に円形の断面は、管腔(21)の断面の短軸線(32)の第一の長さにほぼ等しく又はそれ以上の外径を有する、リード。 - 請求項1に記載のリードにおいて、
導体(28)の周りに形成されたシース(29)を更に備え、管腔(21)の断面の短軸線(32)の第一の長さにほぼ等しく又はそれ以上のシース(29)の外径を有する、リード。 - 請求項1に記載のリードにおいて、
導体(28)はコイルの形態をしている、リード。 - 請求項4に記載のリードにおいて、
伸び可能で且つ後退可能な電極(118)と、
導体(28)を介して該電極(118)に連結されたコネクタピン接点(121、124、126、127)とを更に備え、
コネクタピン接点(121、124、126、127)は、コイルを回転させ電極(118)を伸ばし且つ後退させる、リード。
