Description
The present invention relates to a detection device that detects the inductance of a detection coil, and a bearing wear detection device for a motor that detects bearing wear of a motor.
Conventionally, a canned motor has been mainly used for driving a pump. For example, in the case of a canned motor pump, the canned motor and the pump have a structure in which there is no liquid leakage. Cannot be monitored. The rotor of the canned motor that rotates the impeller of the pump is often supported by a bearing that is lubricated with the pump handling liquid. To efficiently operate this canned motor, the wear state of the bearing is monitored from the outside. There is a need to.
As described above, the conventional bearing wear detecting device can detect the axial position and the radial position of the rotor regardless of the operation state or the operation stop state of the canned motor, and eliminates the influence due to the temperature change of the detection coil. This makes it possible to accurately detect the axial position and radial position of the rotor. However, a circuit that applies a high-frequency signal superimposed on the sine wave to each detection coil or a sine wave signal and a direct current from the output of each detection coil A circuit for detecting each resistance value is required, the circuit configuration becomes complicated, and there is a problem that detection accuracy is likely to be affected by variations in characteristics of electronic components of each circuit.
In addition, the temperature of the canned motor causes the stator and rotor to extend in the axial direction and the detection coil to expand in the axial and radial directions, so that the inductance changes with the change in the resistance value of the detection coil. As a result, there is a problem that the detection accuracy of the inductance of the detection coil is lowered.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and can simplify the circuit configuration, reduce the influence of variations in characteristics of electronic components, improve detection accuracy, and change the inductance temperature of the detection coil. An object of the present invention is to provide a detection device and a motor bearing wear detection device that can improve the detection accuracy of the inductance of the detection coil by eliminating the influence of the above.

Further, the
The
Next, the method of detecting the inductance and the resistance value from the output signals of the detection coils (the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection coils R1, R2, and R3), and the temperature correction was performed using the detected inductance and the resistance value. A method for calculating the inductance of the detection coil will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 3, the output signal V Z of the detection coil has a relationship of V Z = V L + V R and θ = tan −1 (V L / V R ). Phase theta, and the phase of the high frequency signal I 0 is applied to the resistance value V R detected coil by same, it is determined from the phase difference between the output signal V Z and a high-frequency signal I 0. Then, from the output signal V Z and the phase θ of the detection coil, a trigonometric function, it can be obtained inductance V L and the resistance value V R. Therefore, the output signal V Z of the detection coil by separating the inductance V L and the resistance value V R, it is possible to determine the inductance V L excluding the resistance value V R min.
As shown in FIG. 4, although the inductance V L of the detection coil by the change in temperature and the resistance value V R changes, respectively, proportional relationship to these changes. Therefore, the proportional coefficient K = ΔL / ΔR can be obtained from the proportional relationship obtained in advance by a test. FIG. 4 shows changes in inductance and resistance values due to temperature changes for the axial position detection coil A, but changes in inductance and resistance values due to similar temperature changes also in the radial position detection coils R1, R2, and R3. There is.
When the inductance V L0 and the resistance value V R0 of the detection coil of at temperature T 0 as a reference as the reference value, at the time of the wear detection was at different temperatures T 1 and temperature T 0, of the detection coil inductance V L1 and resistance V R1, using proportional coefficient K, inductance V'L0 corresponding to the temperature T 0 by the formula can be obtained inductance V'L0 of detection coils that is temperature compensation.
V´L0=VL1−K(VR1−VR0) V ′ L0 = V L1 −K (V R1 −V R0 )
Then, by comparing the inductance V L0 of the reference inductance V'L0 detected during wear detection, capable of detecting the position of the rotor 25.
Next, zero point adjustment for axial bearing wear detection in the bearing wear detector will be described.
When the operation of the canned

In this way, a high-frequency signal is applied to the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection coils R1, R2, R3, and the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection coils R1, R2 to which the high-frequency signal is applied. , R3 detects the phase from the output signal and detects the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection from the detected phase and the output signals of the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection coils R1, R2, R3. The inductance temperature and the resistance value of the coils R1, R2, and R3 are detected, respectively, and the inductance temperature determined from the detected inductance value based on the proportional relationship between the inductance value and the resistance value due to a predetermined temperature change. The temperature-corrected inductance is obtained by excluding the change, and the axial position and radial direction of the rotor 25 are calculated from this inductance. Position can detect.
Therefore, a circuit for applying a high frequency signal DC-directed to a sine wave to the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection coils R1, R2, R3, the axial position detection coil A, and the radial position detection coils R1, R2 , The circuit that detects the sine wave signal and the DC resistance value from the output of R3, respectively, is not required, the circuit configuration can be simplified, the influence of variations in the characteristics of electronic components can be reduced, and the detection accuracy can be improved. The influence of temperature changes in the inductance of the axial position detection coil A and radial position detection coils R1, R2, and R3 can be eliminated, and the inductance detection accuracy of the axial position detection coil A and radial position detection coils R1, R2, and R3 Can be improved.
Further, a high frequency signal is applied to the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection coils R1, R2, and R3, and the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection coils R1, R2, and R3 to which the high frequency signal is applied are applied. In order to detect the inductance and detect the axial position and the radial position of the rotor 25 from the inductances of the axial position detection coil A and the radial position detection coils R1, R2, and R3, the operation state or the operation stop of the canned
