Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope air supply adapter that is attached to the entrance of a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope from the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, an endoscope is provided with a treatment instrument insertion channel that also serves as a suction tube, and an endoscope for digestive organ examination is further provided with an air supply tube and the like. However, in an endoscope for bronchial examination or the like, since there is almost no need for air supply, an air supply tube is usually not provided.
[0003]
Therefore, when it is necessary to supply air with an endoscope for bronchial examination, a T-shaped tubular adapter (air supply adapter) having an air supply base is attached to the entrance of the treatment instrument insertion channel, and the treatment instrument is provided. Air is sent through the insertion channel.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the structure in which the T-shaped air supply adapter is simply attached to the inlet of the treatment instrument insertion channel as described above, the sewage or the like sucked into the treatment instrument insertion channel flows into the air supply base, The air supply device connected to the mouthpiece may be contaminated.
[0005]
For this reason, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-166804, there is an operation valve that opens and closes the air supply passage adjacent to the air supply base. Since the air supply operation and the operation valve must be performed simultaneously on the brace side, the operation becomes extremely troublesome.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an endoscope air supply adapter that can perform air supply easily and cleanly using a treatment instrument insertion channel.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an endoscope air supply adapter according to the present invention includes a connection base part that is detachably connected to an entrance of a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope from the outside, and a connection base part. A treatment instrument insertion hole portion that communicates substantially straight and opens outward, an air supply base portion that communicates from the side in the middle of the treatment instrument insertion hole portion, and a treatment instrument insertion hole portion from the air supply base portion side A check valve is provided between the air supply base and the treatment instrument insertion hole so as to pass the fluid to the side and not allow the fluid to pass in the opposite direction.
[0008]
Note that a relief valve that is opened to the atmosphere when the pressure in the air supply base becomes a certain level or higher than the atmosphere may be provided in communication with the air supply base.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 shows an endoscope used for, for example, a bronchial examination, and the operation unit 2 is connected to the proximal end of the flexible insertion unit 1, and the treatment instrument insertion port is obliquely upward from the vicinity of the connection unit. 3 is protrudingly formed.
[0010]
The treatment instrument insertion port 3 is an entrance of a treatment instrument insertion channel that is inserted and disposed over the entire length in the insertion portion 1, and operates the suction operation valve 4 that is disposed in the operation section 2 to pass through the treatment instrument insertion channel. And suction can be performed.
[0011]
10 is an endoscope air supply adapter which is detachably attached to the treatment instrument insertion port 3 so that air can be supplied from the treatment instrument insertion port 3 to the treatment instrument insertion channel. FIG. 2 shows a state where it is removed from the treatment instrument insertion port 3.
[0012]
FIG. 1 shows an air supply adapter 10, in which a connection base portion 11 made of, for example, a luer lock base that is detachable from a treatment instrument insertion port 3 of an endoscope is arranged around an axis with respect to an adapter main body portion 12. The O-ring 13 for sealing is mounted on the rotational sliding contact surface.
[0013]
The adapter body portion 12 is formed with a treatment instrument insertion hole portion 14 penetrating substantially straight on the same axis line with respect to the connection base portion 11, and the protruding end side (connection base) of the treatment instrument insertion hole portion 14 is formed. The side opposite to the part 11) is a treatment instrument insertion port 15 that opens outward.
[0014]
The adapter main body 12 is provided with a receiving tube 16 projecting sideways in a state of communicating from the side in the middle of the treatment instrument insertion hole 14, and a feed cylinder portion 17 inserted into the receiving tube 16. An O-ring 18 for sealing is attached to the outer surface fitting portion.
[0015]
The feed cylinder portion 17 is fixed to the receiving tube 16 by a ring 19 from the inlet side. Accordingly, if the fastening ring 19 is loosened, the feed cylinder portion 17 can be extracted from the receiving cylinder 16.
[0016]
An air supply hole portion 20 is formed through the feed cylinder portion 17 at an axial position, and an air supply base portion 21 similar to, for example, an injection needle cap is screwed to the protruding end portion of the feed cylinder portion 17. .
[0017]
A check valve 24 formed in a cap shape with a resilient rubber material or the like closes the inner end portion of the air supply hole portion 20 on the inner end side of the feed cylinder portion 17 located in the receiving cylinder 16 A lateral hole 23 formed in the feed cylinder portion 17 so as to communicate with the air feed hole portion 20 vertically is open inside the side wall portion of the check valve 24.
[0018]
Accordingly, when pressurized air is sent from the air supply base 21 into the air supply hole 20, the air passes through the horizontal hole 23 from the air supply hole 20 and elastically deforms the check valve 24 from the inside of the receiving cylinder 16. The flow of air in the treatment tool insertion hole 14 and in the opposite direction is prevented because the lateral hole 23 is blocked by the check valve 24.
[0019]
A receiving cylinder 25 protrudes from the side of the air supply hole portion 20 so as to communicate from the side in the air supply hole portion 20, and the pressure in the air supply hole portion 20 becomes higher than a certain level with respect to the atmosphere. A relief valve 30 that is sometimes opened is detachably attached to the receiving tube 25.
[0020]
The relief valve 30 is formed by a compression coil spring 30c disposed in a cap 30b in which a valve body 30a abutting from the outside on a step portion located at a position communicating with the atmosphere of the inner hole of the receiving cylinder 25 is screwed into the receiving cylinder 25. The structure is biased in the closing direction. Reference numeral 30d denotes a stopper for retaining.
[0021]
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the air supply adapter 10 of the embodiment configured as described above is attached to the treatment instrument insertion port 3 of the endoscope, and the treatment instrument insertion with the treatment instrument insertion port 3 as an inlet is shown. A channel 5 and a suction tube 6 that connects the suction operation valve 4 and the treatment instrument insertion channel 5 are shown. Reference numeral 50 denotes a suction tube connected to an external suction device.
[0022]
A known forceps plug 60 that is normally closed by its own elasticity and has a rubber slit 61 that is pushed open by the inserted treatment tool is detachably attached to the treatment tool insertion port 15 of the air supply adapter 10. The treatment tool can be freely inserted into and removed from the treatment tool insertion channel 5 of the endoscope.
[0023]
Then, by connecting an air supply device 70 (for example, an air supply tube or an air supply ball) to the air supply base 21 of the air supply adapter 10, air can be supplied into the treatment instrument insertion channel 5 at any time. Since the sewage or the like sucked into the instrument insertion channel 5 from the tip side is blocked by the check valve 24, it does not leak into the air supply base 21 side.
[0024]
In addition, when the air pressure is too high, the relief valve 30 is automatically opened only in that state, so that the inside of the treatment instrument insertion channel 5 does not become undesirably high pressure and continuous air supply is performed. Thus, the body cavity can be maintained at a constant pressure through the treatment instrument insertion channel 5.
[0025]
The air supply adapter 10 configured in this way is a single unit as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, but by loosening the fastening ring 19, as shown in FIG. (And the air supply base 21) and the check valve 24 can be removed from the cylinder 16, and the relief valve 30 can be removed by loosening the cap 30b. In addition, disinfection and parts replacement can be easily performed.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a fluid is passed between the air supply base and the treatment instrument insertion hole so as to pass the fluid from the air supply base to the treatment instrument insertion hole and not in the opposite direction. By arranging the stop valve, the sewage or the like sucked into the treatment instrument insertion channel does not flow into the air supply base, and no valve operation or the like is required for air supply. Air can be easily and cleanly used.
