Description

The present invention relates to an improvement in a toe sheet of a shoe.

If the shoe is worn for a long time, the inside of the shoe is poorly breathable, so the temperature and humidity rise due to sweating of the foot, and the foot becomes stuffy, causing bacterial growth and causing bad odor. For this reason, various products for the purpose of antibacterial and deodorizing inside shoes, for example, a deodorizing insole for shoes, a deodorizing spray, etc. are marketed. In the case of the former deodorant insole, an adhesive sheet with release paper is usually attached to the back side, and after peeling off the release paper, the insole is attached inside the shoe with an adhesive and fixed to the shoe. However, due to the strong adhesive force, for example, it is difficult to remove the insole after use, and there is a risk of damaging the internal members of the shoe if it is forcibly removed.
As an attempt to solve such problems, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-135102 discloses a lower sheet member that can be temporarily fixed to the inside of a shoe by applying resin entirely or partially, and an upper sheet having a deodorant interposed therebetween. A partial deodorizing sheet for shoes formed by sequentially laminating members is disclosed. Although this deodorizing sheet was changed to a configuration in which the use of the pressure-sensitive adhesive was stopped and temporarily fixed, the stickiness of the toes and the usability were not improved.

Therefore, the inventors previously filed a patent application regarding a shoe toe sheet in which an antibacterial / deodorant is held on a non-woven sheet made of rayon, and acrylic resin is partially applied as an anti-slip process. (Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-5954). However, the use of rayon material alone does not necessarily satisfy the fastness and water absorption, and the method of partially applying the acrylic resin using, for example, aerosol may cause variations in the application. There was room for improvement.
JP 2000-135102 A Japanese Patent Application 2003-5954

The present invention has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects, is effective in terms of anti-slip, of course, suppresses stickiness of the toes, and is thin but does not twist or wrinkle, giving a tight feeling Aim to provide not practical shoe toe sheet.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention adopts the following configuration.
(1) A plastic resin containing an acrylic resin and a vinyl acetate resin and a nonionic surfactant are contained as components, and the composition of each component is 0.5 to 5 parts of an acrylic resin / 0.2 to 2 of a vinyl acetate resin. Part / nonionic surfactant 0.05-0.5 part as a non-slip finish while retaining antibacterial and deodorant on a non-woven sheet that has been dipped in a mixed emulsion to improve fastness and hydrophilicity A shoe toe sheet in which an acrylate copolymer resin is applied in a dot shape over substantially the entire surface of one side of the nonwoven fabric sheet.
( 2 ) The toe sheet for shoes according to (1), wherein the antibacterial / deodorant is a natural chitin chitosan.

The toe sheet of the shoes of the present invention, when inserted into toes such as pumps, sandals, men's shoes, etc., not only exhibits excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects, but also suppresses stickiness of the toes and is thin and slips without giving a tight feeling It is extremely practical because it has a stopping effect.

As the nonwoven fabric sheet used for the toe sheet of the shoe of the present invention, various materials can be used, but a rayon material that has good moisture absorption and is effective in suppressing stickiness due to sweating is preferable. Of course, a single rayon fiber may be used, but as long as it does not hinder hygroscopicity and strength, it may be a composite fiber of this with pulp, polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyamide fiber or the like, or a copolymer fiber thereof. Absent. Although the shape of the nonwoven fabric sheet is arbitrary, a thin sheet having a thickness of about 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm and good air permeability is preferably used. If necessary, a large number of small holes may be provided to further impart air permeability.

Although such a thin sheet of rayon material has the advantage of not giving a cramped surname when used, it may hang or wrinkle in the shoe. Therefore, in the toe sheet of the shoe of the present invention, in order to further improve fastness and hydrophilicity, the non-woven fabric sheet, preferably a rayon non-woven fabric, was immersed in a mixed emulsion containing a plastic resin and a nonionic surfactant. It has the characteristics.

As the plastic resin, an acrylic resin and a hydrophilic resin such as a vinyl acetate resin or a PVA resin are preferably used in combination. The acrylic resin used in this treatment is typically an acrylic emulsion generally used for paper and textile products, and examples thereof include Boncoat AN-180H (Dainippon Ink Chemical Co., Ltd.). Normally, nonwoven fabrics processed only with such general acrylic resins tend to exhibit water repellency although they are fastened. Therefore, in the present invention, acrylic resins are used to improve hydrophilicity and water absorption performance. It is preferable to treat with a mixed emulsion obtained by adding a hydrophilic resin such as vinyl acetate resin or PVA resin and further adding a nonionic surfactant described later. The vinyl acetate resin used in the present invention may be a general vinyl acetate resin for fiber treatment, and examples thereof include vinylol 802 (manufactured by Daido Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd.).

In the present invention, as described above, a nonionic surfactant is added to the plastic resin emulsion to improve hydrophilicity. The nonionic surfactant to be added is not particularly limited and may be a commonly available general one. However, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene / polyoxypropylene block copolymer, or an EO adduct thereof may be used. It is suitably determined in consideration of the material of the nonwoven fabric sheet, fastness after processing, hydrophilicity, and the like.

As an immersion treatment method, for example, a non-woven fabric is immersed in a mixed emulsion composed of about 0.5 to 5 parts of an acrylic resin / 0.2 to 2 parts of a vinyl acetate resin / about 0.05 to 0.5 part of a nonionic surfactant. A method of passing through a drying step is common. Thus, for example, a rayon nonwoven fabric in which a plastic resin is fixed to about 0.1 to 10 g / m 2 per area of the nonwoven fabric provides a sheet that increases the original strength of the rayon nonwoven fabric and is excellent in fastness, and has better hydrophilicity. Therefore, even if it is used in a shoe, it does not wrinkle or wrinkle, and it is possible to effectively absorb moisture in the shoe.

Furthermore, the sheet | seat of this invention provides an antimicrobial deodorizing effect by hold | maintaining an antimicrobial and deodorizing agent. Antibacterial and deodorant agents to be retained on the non-woven sheet include natural chitin chitosan, plant extract-based deodorant ingredients, capsaicin, polyphenol, sulfur, 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one , Compound A), copper gluconate, titanium oxide, metallic silver, Bincho charcoal, activated carbon, zeolite, ceramic, etc., but chitin chitosan is naturally derived from antibacterial and deodorizing effects. To preferred. In addition, if the colloidal particles of sulfur are retained, the antibacterial effect can be exerted against ringworm fungus causing acne and acne causing acne. Can be expected.

For holding the antibacterial / deodorant on the nonwoven fabric sheet, a conventionally known method can be appropriately employed. For example, when a powdery antibacterial / deodorant component such as chitin chitosan is retained, the powder component may be kneaded as it is or mixed as a solution into a dissolved fiber material or nonwoven fabric material, or 100 to 1000 An example is a method in which a micron powdered antibacterial / deodorant and a powdered hot melt adhesive are mixed and dispersed on a non-woven fabric sheet and then bonded and integrated by heat treatment, hot pressing, or the like. Moreover, as long as it is an antibacterial and deodorizing agent that is miscible with the mixed emulsion, it may be performed simultaneously when the nonwoven fabric sheet is immersed in the mixed emulsion. For even deposition amount of the nonwoven fabric sheet of antibacterial agents, depending on the antibacterial agent type and intended use, 0.001 to 5 g / m 2, the range preferably from 0.01 to 0.5 g / m 2 It can be arbitrarily determined.
In addition, other active ingredients and auxiliary ingredients such as stabilizers, fixing agents, pigments, fragrances, etc. may be added as appropriate, and water, surfactants, dispersants, etc. are required to retain antibacterial and deodorant agents. Of course, it may be used depending on the case.

The present invention is characterized in that an acrylic ester copolymer resin is applied in a dot shape over substantially the entire surface of one side of the nonwoven fabric sheet as a non-slip process. That is, instead of further laminating a resin sheet on a non-woven sheet, a satisfactory anti-slip effect can be achieved by applying an acrylic ester copolymer resin in a dot shape over substantially the entire surface. . On the other hand, in the deodorizing sheet disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-135102, the combination of the material of the upper sheet member interposing the deodorant and the resin for temporary fixing has not been studied. As a result, it was inevitable that the toes were cramped and the stickiness of the toes could not be avoided, and the stickiness problem was hardly solved. The acrylic ester copolymer resin used in the present invention is coated into dots having a diameter of about 0.1 to 5 mm using a roller after emulsification, for example, according to a gravure printing method.

The shoe toe sheet of the present invention is easy to use in a semi-elliptical shape corresponding to a normal shoe toe. Moreover, in order to improve the air permeability of a nonwoven fabric sheet, you may provide many small holes. Furthermore, you may make it stick the thin sheet-like member which consists of hydrophobic fibers on the surface of a nonwoven fabric sheet in order to provide a dry feeling.

The toe sheet of the shoes of the present invention thus obtained, when inserted into the toes of pumps, sandals, men's shoes, etc., not only exhibits excellent antibacterial and deodorizing effects, but also suppresses stickiness of the toes, and is thin and tight It is extremely practical without giving, twisting and wrinkling.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to specific examples and test examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

A rayon nonwoven fabric in which 70 parts of the dissolved rayon material and 30 parts of a liquid mixture of pulp and chitin chitosan are mixed to hold chitin chitosan at a rate of 0.2 g / m 2 with a basis weight of 80 g / m 2 and a thickness of 0.5 mm. A sheet made was prepared. Acrylic resin emulsion (Boncoat AN-180H, manufactured by Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd.) / Vinyl acetate resin emulsion (Vinisol 802, manufactured by Daido Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd.) / Nonionic surfactant (Mynex SO Meisei Chemical Co., Ltd.) (Made by company) (8: 3: 0.6) After being immersed in an aqueous solution, it was dried and subjected to resin processing [amount of fixed plastic resin: about 2 g / m 2 ] on the entire nonwoven fabric. Furthermore, it was coated on one side of the non-woven fabric sheet so that 30 dot-like acrylate copolymer resin emulsions having a diameter of about 1 mm were adhered per 1 cm 2 . This nonwoven fabric sheet was cut into the shape of a toe to make an example of the present invention.
When this toe sheet is inserted inside the pump, it does not get drunk or wrinkled in the shoes, absorbs sweat on the toe part, suppresses stickiness, and is thin and not cramped It was. Furthermore, the antibacterial and deodorant effects do not use an adhesive like conventional deodorant sheets, so it is possible to easily fix slips temporarily and position the sheet many times without damaging the inside of the shoe. It was possible to change. Furthermore, chitin chitosan is a natural antibacterial and deodorant that has high safety and can be used with peace of mind.

As a result of the test, the non-woven sheet is dipped with a plastic resin and a nonionic surfactant while retaining an antibacterial / deodorant, and the back surface is coated with an acrylic ester copolymer resin in the form of dots. The toe sheet of the shoe of the invention was found to be excellent and practical in all of the three evaluation items (elimination of stickiness during sweating, comfort, and anti-slip effect).
In contrast, sheets that were not subjected to immersion treatment (Comparative Examples 1 and 5) and those that were applied but only used an acrylic resin (Comparative Example 2) were inferior in terms of eliminating stickiness and wearing comfort. Further, as in Comparative Example 3, when the antibacterial / deodorant was not retained, the smell and stuffiness were unpleasant and undesirable. Further, when the anti-slip process is performed by the sheet lamination (Comparative Example 4) or the partial spray method (Comparative Example 5) regardless of the method of the present invention, the anti-slip effect is not sufficient or there is room for improvement.
