Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweat-absorbing pad preventing once absorbed sweat from turning back to eliminate sticky feeling so as to be improved in sanitation and a feeling in use, and suppressing generation of smell due to the absorbed sweat so as to reduce uncomfortable feeling to the periphery thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The sweat-absorbing pad comprises: a surface layer positioning at the skin side of a wearer and having water-absorbing property and water permeability; an intermediate layer having higher permeability than that of the surface layer; and a reverse surface layer having water-impermeability or hardly water-permeable property, making the intermediate layer lie between the surface layer and the reverse surface layer and provided with a garment-attaching part at its underside. The intermediate layer rapidly absorbs sweat and prevents the once absorbed sweat from turning back to the surface layer because of having a higher water-permeability than that of the surface layer. The surface layer contains deodorant material. Inclusion of a component hydrolyzed via chemical combination with the sweat to vaporize in the surface layer results in bringing cool feeling at the arm pit to constrict the pores so as to suppress secretion of sweat or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a sweat pad for attaching to a heel portion of a garment to absorb sweat generated under the armpit. Specifically, the sweat is quickly absorbed, and the absorbed sweat returns to the skin side surface. It is related with the structure which can prevent.

Traditionally, sweat pads for armpits have been widely used. In summer, when the amount of sweat increases, and for those who are hyperhidrotic, wearing a sweat pad on the buttock of the clothing will absorb the sweat, causing the pad to absorb sweat and sweat on the heel of the garment. Stain can be prevented.

From this point of view, the present applicant has already proposed various sweat removing pads (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 7). Here, the pad structure serving as a base material is generally the same, and a water-permeable water retaining sheet that is a skin-side surface layer and a hardly water-permeable backing laminate sheet that is a clothing-side back layer (hereinafter referred to as “backlam”). And a laminated structure in which a water absorbing portion for diffusing sweat is interposed between both sheets, and an adhesive layer is provided on the back laminar so that the entire pad can be attached to clothing.

The conventional sweat pad with the above pad structure is provided with a water retention sheet with high water retention as a surface layer located on the skin side, and sweat that can no longer be retained by this water retention sheet is diffused to the water absorption part which is an intermediate layer due to its water permeability It is something to be made. Here, since the water retention sheet of the surface layer has higher permeability than the water absorbing portion of the intermediate layer, the surface layer and the intermediate layer have different amounts of sweat that can be retained due to the difference in height. In other words, the higher the permeability, the higher the absorption rate and the amount of sweat that can be absorbed, but the conventional sweat pad has a water retaining sheet that is more permeable than the water-absorbing part, which is an intermediate layer, as a surface layer. Most of the sweat is held by the water-holding sheet as the surface layer, and only the excess sweat that could not be held by the water-holding sheet is diffused into the water-absorbing part. In addition, if the sweat retained in the water retaining sheet evaporates after the sweat is diffused in the water absorbing section, the sweat in the water absorbing section reverts to a highly permeable water retaining sheet. In other words, the conventional sweat pad has a problem that the water retaining sheet as the surface layer is always wetted with sweat, and the wet water retaining sheet touches the skin, resulting in a sticky feeling.

In addition, over time, sweat components are oxidatively decomposed by bacteria on the skin surface and give off odors, but conventional sweat pads have the most sweat retained on the surface layer (water retention sheet) that contacts the skin. Therefore, there is a problem that the chance of contact between sweat and bacteria increases and odor is likely to occur.

Furthermore, the conventional sweat pad has only a basic function of absorbing sweat, and the added value of giving a cool feeling to the armpit during use has not been considered.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to improve the feeling of use and hygiene by eliminating the sticky feeling at the time of wearing without impairing the conventional basic water absorption function, An object of the present invention is to provide a sweat removing pad that reduces the generation of odor due to absorbed sweat, reduces discomfort to the surroundings, and provides a refreshing feeling during use, thereby improving functionality.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the present invention, in a sweat removing pad that is attached to a heel part of a garment and absorbs sweat under the armpit by a fiber pad, a surface layer that has water absorption located on the skin side, A means for forming a sweat removing pad from an intermediate layer having higher water permeability and water retention than the surface layer and a back layer having non-permeability or poor water permeability and having a garment attachment portion on the lower surface is used. It was.

The present invention has a laminated structure as described above, and the surface layer comes into contact with the skin and quickly absorbs sweat under the armpits by its water absorption. However, the water absorption here is not synonymous with water retention and has the ability to absorb moisture such as sweat, but there is no ability to retain this water, and the function to permeate or pass the absorbed moisture to the opposite side Means. Since the intermediate layer provided adjacent to the surface layer having such a function is more permeable than the surface layer, it quickly sucks up the sweat absorbed by the surface layer and retains it by its water retention. Here, since the water permeability of the intermediate layer is set to be relatively higher than that of the surface layer as described above, the water absorption capacity of the intermediate layer is higher than that of the surface layer. The water absorption direction is substantially determined in the direction from the surface layer to the intermediate layer. That is, the sweat sucked through the surface layer is confined to the intermediate layer without returning to the surface layer. As in the conventional case, the back layer is for attaching the pad to the heel of the garment by a mounting portion made of an adhesive tape or the like provided on the lower surface, and further has a non-permeability or poor water permeability. It goes without saying that the sweat held in the bag does not pass through the back layer and move to the clothing side. However, it is preferable to impart air permeability to the back surface layer because the stuffiness can be further reduced.

As a configuration capable of exhibiting the water absorption capability as described above, a means of setting the fiber basis weight of the intermediate layer higher than that of the surface layer can be selectively employed. According to this means, even if the surface layer and the intermediate layer are made of the same material, it is possible to give a difference in water absorption capacity and water retention capacity due to the difference in fiber basis weight.

By the way, according to the present invention, as described above, the action of preventing the sweat from returning to the surface layer can greatly reduce the chance that the absorbed sweat comes into contact with germs on the skin surface. Occurrence is reduced. However, it is preferable to include a deodorizing component in the surface layer because a positive deodorizing effect can be achieved.

Furthermore, when the surface layer contains a cooling agent, in addition to the water absorption function and the deodorizing function described above, a refreshing feeling can be imparted to the armpit, which is preferable.

As described above, according to the present invention, the sweat sucked through the surface layer is quickly held in the intermediate layer by the higher permeability and water retention than the surface layer, and the sweat returns to the surface layer. Therefore, a sweat pad with a high smoothness can be obtained. In addition, due to the above-described anti-reversion effect, once absorbed sweat has fewer opportunities to come into contact with germs on the skin surface, and the generation of odors can be suppressed. In the present invention, since the surface layer contains a deodorizing component, the surface layer is not fully retained by the intermediate layer, such as when the amount of perspiration exceeds the water retention amount of the intermediate layer. Moreover, even if germs on the skin surface enter the intermediate layer, the generation of odor can be actively suppressed. Further, in the present invention, since the cooling agent is included in the surface layer, it is possible to impart a refreshing feeling to the armpit by its cooling function, and to bring a cooling feeling to the armpit, It is possible to condense and suppress the secretion of sweat and the like.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a process of individually packaging a sweat pad according to an embodiment of the present invention, and includes a pad base 10, a release paper 11, and an individual packaging material 12. That is, at the shipping stage, as shown in FIG. 2, the pad base 10 and the release paper 11 are individually wrapped in a folded state.

The pad base 10 has a three-layer structure of a surface layer 1, an intermediate layer 2, and a back layer 3. While the surface layer 1 has water absorption, it has a material structure having a function of appropriately passing water or permeating the absorbed moisture (sweat) to the opposite side (intermediate layer 2 side). For example, polyolefin fibers such as cotton and polyester And mixed fiber. The intermediate layer 2 is made of a material having a higher permeability than the surface layer 1 and water retention, and for example, rayon or hydrophilic PET (polyethylene terephthalate) fiber. The back surface layer 3 has non-permeability or poor water permeability (these two characteristics are collectively referred to as “hydrophobic” herein), and the material structure is made of, for example, a polyethylene sheet. In addition, it is preferable to select the back layer 3 from a material having air permeability while having hydrophobicity as described above in order to avoid swelling of the armpit after absorbing sweat.

And after bonding each layer, it cuts into a shape suitably, and the pad base 10 is completed. Here, as a method for joining the surface layer 1 and the intermediate layer 2, there is a spunlace method. This spunlace method uses a high-pressure jet water stream to entangle fibers without using an adhesive (binder), and finishes with a good touch while maintaining water absorption and moisture retention, and has high productivity. As another preferable joining method, for example, a method in which the entire surfaces of the lower surface of the surface layer 1 and the upper surface of the intermediate layer 2 and the entire lower surface of the intermediate layer 2 and the upper surface of the back surface layer 3 are bonded to each other by the hot melt adhesive 4. According to this method, the bonding can be performed for a short time, and the water absorption function and the touch can be made uniform over the entire pad. However, the joining method of each layer is not limited to the spunlace method or hot melt bonding, and a conventionally known joining method such as thermocompression bonding of the periphery of each layer can be employed.

Further, in the pad base 10, a lower surface of the back surface layer 3 is provided with a mounting portion in which the adhesive tape 5 is bonded with a hot melt adhesive or the like to constitute a sweat removing pad. Then, while the adhesive tape 5 is covered with the release paper 11 to be in a shipping state, the sweat removing pad can be attached to the buttock of clothing through the adhesive tape 5 by peeling the release paper 11. The pad is usually attached to the garment by folding the pad in half and sandwiching the buttock of the garment at the fold. There are also things. This is because the shape is selected when the pad base 10 is cut, and it goes without saying that the pad of the present invention can be configured in any way depending on the selection of the cut shape.

FIG. 3 shows a laminated structure of the pad of the present invention and a conventional pad. As is apparent from the figure, the conventional pad has a laminated structure of a water retaining layer, a diffusion layer, a back layer (back surface layer), and an adhesive layer in order from the skin side, whereas the pad of the present invention has a water absorbing layer, a water retaining layer, The layers are laminated in the order of a back lamination (back layer) and an adhesive layer (mounting part), and the structure of the upper two layers on the skin side is different between them. Therefore, in the case of the conventional pad, the diffusion layer as the intermediate layer only diffuses sweat that could not be retained by the water retention layer as the surface layer, and most of the sweat is retained by the water retention layer located at the uppermost layer. Therefore, the moist water retaining layer comes into contact with the skin and produces a sticky feeling. On the other hand, the pad of the present invention has a water-absorbing layer having water absorption as the uppermost surface layer, and a water-retaining layer having higher water permeability and water retention than the water-absorbing layer as an intermediate layer adjacent thereto. Therefore, the sweat sucked from the skin by the water absorbing layer is confined by the water retaining layer and is prevented from returning to the water absorbing layer, so that a sweat pad with a high smoothness is obtained.

As an example of a specific configuration of the pad base 10 that exhibits such a function, in the present invention, the surface layer 1 is made of cotton having a fiber basis weight of about 5 to 20 g / m2, and the intermediate layer 2 has a fiber basis weight range of 60 to 60. Although it is assumed that rayon of about 90 g / m 2 is used, the specific configuration of both layers is not limited to this. For example, even if the surface layer 1 and the intermediate layer 1 are the same material, the object of the present invention may be achieved by setting the fiber basis weight of the intermediate layer 2 higher than that of the surface layer 1. Moreover, even if the intermediate layer 1 has a lower fiber basis weight than the surface layer 1, the object of the present invention can be achieved if the water absorption capacity is superior to that of the surface layer 1.

Moreover, the positive deodorizing effect with respect to sweat is acquired by making the surface layer 1 contain a well-known deodorant. In this case, the use of deodorized cotton having a deodorizing function at the raw cotton stage as one material of the surface layer 1 is produced in comparison with the case where a deodorant is fixed on the upper surface of the surface layer 1 afterwards. It is preferable because of its high properties.

Furthermore, adding a cooling sensation agent to the surface layer 1 brings a refreshing sensation to the armpit, and this cooling sensation causes an astringent reaction that tightens the pores of the armpit, resulting in an antiperspirant effect. A sweat pad can be provided. In addition, the cooling agent can employ | adopt the well-known composition agent conventionally used for cosmetics, a pharmaceutical, etc. In this respect, the cooling sensation agent has (a) volatile and brings about a cooling sensation due to latent heat of vaporization, and (b) a cooling sensation that exhibits endothermic properties during a water-soluble reaction. (C) It can be broadly classified into those that act on the cold receptor (thermetic receptor) of the nerve and cause a cold feeling. Examples of the cooling agent (a) include dimethicone and alcohols, the cooling agent (b) includes glycine and taurine, and the cooling agent (c) includes α-menthol and menthol derivatives. Even if it is a cooling sensation agent, it can be employed in the pad of the present invention as long as it does not adversely affect the skin. However, although the cooling sensates (a) and (b) have high immediate effects, they do not have sustainability. Therefore, in the present invention, it is most preferable to employ a cooling sensation agent (c) having high cooling sensibility and durability. In the case of the cooling sensation agent (c), it shifts from the surface layer 1 to the skin by moisture or oil contained in sweat. Then, it penetrates into the skin and binds to calcium ions, and the cold receptor of the skin is occluded by the binding, thereby providing a cool feeling effect on the skin. From this point of view, it is preferable that the cooling sensation agent (c) belongs to a hydrogen bond group and has a small hydrocarbon skeleton. It is more preferable to employ one contained in a microcapsule.
