また、1インターバルの単位としては、動画記録における標準的なフォーマットであるMPEG(Motion Picture Experts Group)フォーマットにおけるGOP(Group Of Picture)をインターバルの単位とみなしてもよい。
【0061】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electronic camera that is a recording / playback apparatus, and more particularly to a digital movie camera that digitally records a moving image.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a magnetic tape is used as a recording medium in a movie camera for recording a moving image. In the case of such a recording / playback device, the user confirms by rewinding and playing back the tape recording for several seconds from the end of the video cut taken immediately before the recording end point as a means for checking the recording mistake at the time of recording. A review function is provided.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the part you want to review is not necessarily the last video cut recorded immediately before, and you can check the video immediately after the start of shooting in order to check whether the photographer has recorded as intended in advance. In order to do this, it is necessary to be able to review from the beginning of the video cut. However, when reviewing from the beginning of the video cut, the operation is extremely difficult because the characteristics of the magnetic tape that is the recording medium are used to search for a break between the video cuts that are the beginning of the video cut while performing the tape rewinding operation. There is a problem that it is difficult to conduct a high-speed review.
[0004]
Further, when reviewing the entire video scene over several cuts, it is necessary to search for the head portion of the video scene while rewinding the head portion of the video scene as described above. For this reason, there is a problem that the user is required to perform complicated operations and skill.
The present invention solves the problems of the conventional movie camera using the magnetic tape as described above, can quickly confirm the recording, and can quickly review both the top of the video cut and one video scene composed of a plurality of video cuts. A recording / playback apparatus is provided.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention of

Next, in step S9, it is investigated whether or not the recording start button 9 has been input. If there is an input from the recording start button 9, it is determined that the recording operation is to be terminated, and the process proceeds to step S10. If there is no input from the recording start button 9, it is determined that the recording operation is to be continued, and the process proceeds to step S6 to continue the recording operation.
If there is an input of the recording start button 9 in step S9, the process proceeds to step S10. Step S10 ends the recording operation. Then, the end position address in the magneto-
[0042]
Next, in step S11, the on / off setting state of the auto review operation is investigated. If the setting state of the auto review operation is on, it is determined that the review operation is performed, and the process proceeds to step S12. On the other hand, if the setting state of the auto review operation is OFF, it is determined that the review operation is not performed and the process proceeds to step S2 and waits.
[0043]
If the setting state of the auto review operation is on in step S11, the process proceeds to step S12. In step S12, the reproduction time of the video signal recorded on the magneto-optical recording medium is set to a predetermined time TS shorter than TL. When the process of step S12 is completed, the process proceeds to step S13.
Next, in step S13, it is checked whether the review position is set at the beginning or end of the cut. If the review position is set at the top of the cut, the process proceeds to step S14. If the review position is set at the end of the cut, the process proceeds to step S17.
[0044]
If the review position is set at the top of the cut in step S13, the process proceeds to step S14. In step S14, the recording position address of the video file recorded in the RAM 28 is called, the head of the file, that is, the address at the recording start time is set as the reproduction start position, and the head is set at the reproduction start position. When the process of step S14 is completed, the process proceeds to step S15.
[0045]
Next, in step S15, a video file playback operation is performed. When the process of step S15 is completed, the process proceeds to step S16.
Next, in step S16, it is investigated whether or not the reproduction time set in step S3 or step S12 has elapsed. If the set playback time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S2 and waits. If the set playback time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S15 to continue the video file playback operation.
[0046]
If the review position is set at the end of the cut in step S13, the process proceeds to step S17. Step S17 calls the recording position address of the video file recorded in the RAM 28, sets the file address at the position obtained by subtracting the playback time set in step S3 or S12 from the end of the file as the playback start position, and starts playback. Head to the position. When the process of step S17 is completed, the process proceeds to step S18.
[0047]
Next, in step S18, a video file reproduction operation is performed. When the process of step S18 is completed, the process proceeds to step S19.
Next, in step S19, it is investigated whether or not the reproduction time set in step S3 or step S12 has elapsed. If the set playback time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S2 and waits. If the set playback time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S18 to continue the video file playback operation.
[0048]
In the first embodiment, there is a difference between the playback time in the review mode according to the user's instruction set in step S3 in FIG. 4 and the playback time in the auto review mode immediately after recording set in step S12. ing. In the auto review mode, if the review time is set longer, the timing for entering the next recording is delayed, and it may be inconvenient in some cases, so the playback time is set to a short time. On the contrary, since it is considered that a review with a user's instruction has a certain playback time, the playback time is set longer than that in the auto review mode. FIG. 5 shows an example of setting the reproduction time depending on the review mode. FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing a video file in the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the video file of the first embodiment includes a recording start address and a recording end address in the magneto-
[0049]
Also, depending on the video recording time, there may be a case where one video file is shorter than the review mode playback time. In such a case, the entire file may be reproduced.
In the first embodiment, the file name assigned to the video file is recorded in the RAM 28. However, the file name may be recorded in a different area from the video file of the magneto-
[0050]
Next, the scene review operation in the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a display screen in the playback mode in the first embodiment.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing the control of the scene review operation in the first embodiment.

Also, the six buttons displayed between the REV button and the delete button are buttons for reproducing video files. The buttons indicate operation buttons for reverse fast forward, reverse playback, stop, pause, forward playback, and forward fast forward from the left.
[0055]
Next, control during a scene review operation will be described with reference to FIG.
First, in step S51, the presence / absence of input of the scene review button REV is checked. If there is an input of the scene review button REV, it is determined that the scene review is to be performed, and the process proceeds to step S52. If there is no input of the scene review button REV, it is determined that the scene review is not performed, and the process waits in step S51.
[0056]
Next, in step S52, the identification code of the scene to be subjected to the scene review is searched. When the process of step S52 is completed, the process proceeds to step S53.
Next, in step S53, after picking up video files with identification codes of scenes to be reviewed, they are arranged in ascending order of scene serial numbers to create a video signal playback order list. Also, the reproduction count flag i is initialized and i = 1 is set. When the process of step S53 is completed, the process proceeds to step S54.
[0057]
Next, in step S54, the i-th video file in the list is played back in fast-forward. When the process of step S54 is completed, the process proceeds to step S55.
Next, in step S55, it is investigated whether or not a stop button has been input. If there is an input of a stop button, it is determined that the scene review operation is to be stopped, and the process proceeds to step S51 and waits. If no stop button is input, it is determined that the scene review operation is to be continued, and the process proceeds to step S56.
[0058]
If no stop button is input in step S55, the process proceeds to step S56. In step S56, the current address of the video file is checked. If the address matches the recording end address, it is determined that the reproduction of one video signal file has been completed, and the process proceeds to step S57. If the address does not match the recording end address, it is determined that the reproduction of the video signal file has not been completed, and the process proceeds to step S54 to continue the reproduction operation.
[0059]
If it is determined in step S56 that the reproduction of one video file has been completed, the process proceeds to step S57. A step S57 compares the value of the counter flag i with the total number of listed video files. If the value of the counter flag i is equal to the total number of listed video files, it is determined that all playback operations of the listed video files have been completed, and the process proceeds to step S51 and waits. If the value of the counter flag i is not equal to the total number of listed video files, it is determined that all playback operations of the listed video files have not been completed, and the process proceeds to step S58.
[0060]
If it is determined in step S57 that the reproduction operation has not been completed, the process proceeds to step S58. Step S58 increments the value of the counter flag i by one. When the process of step S58 is completed, the process proceeds to step S54, and the reproduction operation is continued.
In the first embodiment, a group of video cuts shot from when the recording /
