Claims (5)

包材を製袋筒に沿って搬送して略筒状に成形して、包材の両側縁裏面を当接させて溶着してなる合掌シール部と底部シール部及び開口シール部とを形成し、該開口シール部近傍の側部シール部と合掌シール部とにそれぞれ切り裂き部と切れ目を入れてなる包装袋を製造するようにした縦形製袋充填機であって、
前記包材の合掌シール部を形成する縦シーラと、
前記合掌シール部の切り裂き部に対向する位置に切れ目を形成する切れ目形成手段と、
前記合掌シール部を包装袋の表面に倒す合掌シール部倒し手段と、
前記切れ目に対して合掌シール部の開口シール部側に位置する第一領域を包装袋の表面に溶着する第一領域溶着手段と、
前記切れ目に対して合掌シール部の底部シール部側に位置する第二領域を包装袋の表面に溶着する第二領域溶着手段とを備え、
包装袋の表面には前記合掌シール部の第一領域及び第二領域を含む一部範囲にシール剤が塗布されていると共に、前記第二領域溶着手段の溶着圧を包装袋の裏面同士が溶着しない程度に設定し
前記第二領域溶着手段は伝熱抑制部材を介して前記第一領域溶着手段に接続されていることを特徴とする縦形製袋充填機。
