Claims (37)
- 工業布の多層のモノフィラメント(10)であって、そのモノフィラメント(10)は、コア(12)と、そのコア(12)の周囲を取り囲む複数の別々の層(14,16,18)とを備え、それら複数の別々の層(14,16,18)は、互いにおよび前記コア(12)とそれらの対照的な色あるいは反射率によって視覚的に区別可能であり、それにより、前記モノフィラメントで構成される工業布(20)の摩耗度を示す、モノフィラメント。
- 前記布が示す摩耗度が、前記別々の層の摩耗度と関連する、請求項1のモノフィラメント。
- 光を吸収するコアと、異なる屈折率をもつ光透過性の複数の層とを備える、請求項1のモノフィラメント。
- 前記コアによって反射する光が、前記光透過性の複数の層の摩耗度に応じて色を変化させる、請求項3のモノフィラメント。
- 光伝導性のコアと、異なる屈折率をもつ光透過性の複数の層とを備える、請求項1のモノフィラメント。
- 前記コアから伝えられる光が、前記光透過性の複数の層の摩耗度に応じて色を変化させる、請求項5のモノフィラメント。
- 前記コアおよび前記別々の層の1または2以上のものが染料で処理されている、請求項1のモノフィラメント。
- 前記染料は、外部のエネルギー源から刺激を受けるとき、センサーで検知することができる、請求項7のモノフィラメント。
- 前記モノモノフィラメントは、マルチフィラメント糸の一部を構成する、請求項1のモノフィラメント。
- 1または2以上の多層のモノフィラメント(10)から構成される工業布(20)であって、前記の各モノフィラメント(10)が、コア(12)と、そのコア(12)の周囲を取り囲む複数の別々の層(14,16,18)とを備え、それら複数の別々の層(14,16,18)は、互いにおよび前記コア(12)とそれらの対照的な色あるいは反射率によって視覚的に区別可能であり、それにより、布(20)の摩耗度を示す工業布。
- 前記布が示す摩耗度が、前記別々の層の摩耗度と関連する、請求項10の工業布。
- 前記の各モノフィラメントが、光を吸収するコアと、異なる屈折率をもつ光透過性の複数の層とを備える、請求項10の工業布。
- 前記コアによって反射する光が、前記光透過性の複数の層の摩耗度に応じて色を変化させる、請求項12の工業布。
- 前記の各モノフィラメントが、光伝導性のコアと、異なる屈折率をもつ光透過性の複数の層とを備える、請求項10の工業布。
- 前記コアから伝えられる光が、前記光透過性の複数の層の摩耗度に応じて色を変化させる、請求項14の工業布。
- 前記コアおよび前記別々の層の1または2以上のものが染料で処理されている、請求項10の工業布。
- 前記染料は、外部のエネルギー源から刺激を受けるとき、センサーで検知することができる、請求項16の工業布。
- 前記モノフィラメントは、マルチフィラメント糸の一部を構成する、請求項10の工業布。
- 伝導性のモノフィラメント(10)であって、その伝導性モノフィラメント(10)は、コア(12)と、そのコア(12)の周囲を取り囲む複数の別々の層(14,16,18)とを備え、それら複数の別々の層(14,16,18)は、互いにおよび前記コア(12)とそれらの対照的な色あるいは反射率によって視覚的に区別可能であり、それにより、1または2以上の前記伝導性モノフィラメントで構成される工業布(20)の摩耗度を示す、伝導性のモノフィラメント。
- 前記布が示す摩耗度が、前記伝導性モノフィラメントの摩耗度と関連する、請求項19の伝導性モノフィラメント。
- 前記モノフィラメントが丸あるいは非円の形状である、請求項20の伝導性モノフィラメント。
- 1または2以上の伝導性モノフィラメント(10)から構成される工業布(20)であって、その伝導性モノフィラメント(10)が、コア(12)と、そのコア(12)の周囲を取り囲む複数の別々の層(14,16,18)とを備え、それら複数の別々の層(14,16,18)は、互いにおよび前記コア(12)とそれらの対照的な色あるいは反射率によって視覚的に区別可能であり、それにより、布(20)の摩耗度を示す工業布。
- 前記布が示す摩耗度が、前記伝導性モノフィラメントの摩耗度と関連する、請求項22の工業布。
- 前記伝導性モノフィラメントのいくつかあるいはすべてが丸あるいは非円の形状である、請求項22の工業布。
- 前記伝導性モノフィラメントがマルチフィラメント糸の一部を構成する、請求項22の工業布。
- 工業布(20)に用いる多層のモノフィラメント(10)であって、そのモノフィラメント(10)は、コア(12)と、そのコア(12)の周囲を取り囲む複数の別々の層(14,16,18)とを備え、それら複数の別々の層(14,16,18)は、互いにおよび前記コア(12)とそれらの対照的な色あるいは反射率によって視覚的に区別可能であり、それにより、前記多層のモノフィラメントで構成される工業布(20)の視覚的な目印を作る、多層のモノフィラメント。
- 前記布が製紙機械に用いられるとき、前記目印が布のアライメント、稼働中の速度測定、あるいはガイドシステムのトリガーの一つに用いられる、請求項26のモノフィラメント。
- 前記目印が横方向に走る、請求項27のモノフィラメント。
- 前記目印が縦方向に走る、請求項27のモノフィラメント。
- 前記目印は、高圧シャワーあるいは化学的洗浄で除去されない耐性がある、請求項26のモノフィラメント。
- 前記モノフィラメントが丸あるいは非円の形状である、請求項26のモノフィラメント。
- 前記モノフィラメントは、マルチフィラメント糸の一部を構成する、請求項26のモノフィラメント。
- 前記伝導性モノフィラメントは、前記モノフィラメントを備える工業布の目印として用いられる、請求項19の伝導性のモノフィラメント。
- 前記モノフィラメントが丸あるいは非円の形状である、請求項33の多層のモノフィラメント。
- 前記モノフィラメントは、マルチフィラメント糸の一部を構成する、請求項33の多層のモノフィラメント。
- 請求項26あるいは33のいずれかに記載されるモノフィラメントで構成される目印を備える布。
- 前記布が製紙機械に用いられ、前記モノフィラメントの色および伝導性の少なくとも一方が、稼働中の速度測定、あるいはガイドシステムのトリガーの一つに用いられる、請求項36の布。
