In construction sites, there are cases in which a passage for a site worker to move is detachably installed at locations separated from each other, such as between a slab opening or a steel beam or between material storage stages. Conventionally, such a passage is a temporary construction for a site worker to move by passing a beam material over each of the passage installation parts separated from each other at a predetermined interval and a scaffold plate over the beam material. It was a passage.

It is desirable that the temporary passages installed in this way have a small number of types and points of members required for assembly, and it is necessary to be easily assembled and easily disassembled after the construction is completed. However, the conventional temporary passage is not economical because it is necessary to prepare beam materials having different lengths according to the interval between the passage installation portions, and a long beam material is prepared when the interval between the passage installation portions is large. It was necessary to store and move it.

An object of the present invention is to provide a telescopic temporary passage capable of adjusting the length of the temporary passage according to the interval between the passage installation portions separated from each other.

Telescopic temporary passage of the present invention is a telescopic temporary passage installed detachably between the passage installation portion away from each other, mutually parallel two hollow beam members, an equivalent hollow beam members two horizontal bars you connected to each other at both ends, and a main frame body comprising two sub horizontal bars which are arranged offset on the lower side with respect to each of the horizontal bar, the main frame A first scaffolding plate that is attached between the two horizontal bars of the body, two slide bars that are reciprocally inserted into the hollow beam members from one end side thereof, and the slide a first sub-frame comprising a rod consolidated bars you connected to each other at the projecting end portion, two slide which is inserted reciprocatingly from the other end side of each of the hollow beam members bar, and a second sub-frame comprising a consolidated rod you interconnecting the slide bar at the projecting end, before A first sub-engaging tool that is provided at the protruding side end portion of the first sub-frame body and engages one of the passage setting portions, and is provided at the protruding side end portion of the second sub-frame body. A second sub-engagement tool that engages with the other passage installation portion, and one end portion of the second sub-engagement member that is attached to the connecting rod of the first sub-frame body, and the other end portion side of the main frame body. A second scaffold plate that is slidably mounted on the sub-horizontal bar on one end side, and is arranged to be shifted downward with respect to the first scaffold plate; It is attached to the connecting rod of the frame, and the other end is slidably mounted on the sub horizontal rod on the other end of the main frame, and is below the first scaffold plate. The second sub-frame and the second sub-frame, the second sub-frame and the second sub-frame with respect to the main frame in a state where the respective scaffold plates are spanned. The is characterized in that the adjustable length of the temporary passage by sliding.

In the telescopic temporary passage according to the present invention, the main frame body includes an intermediate bar to which a scaffolding plate is attached between one horizontal bar and another scaffolding plate is attached to the other horizontal bar. It is characterized by providing in.

In the telescopic temporary passage according to the present invention, the slide bar has a plurality of positioning holes, and the hollow beam member has a through hole that communicates with any one of the positioning holes and into which a positioning pin is inserted. It is characterized by that.

The telescopic temporary passage according to the present invention is characterized in that each of the hollow beam member and the slide bar member is provided with a support fitting for supporting a column member constituting a handrail in an upright state.

According to the present invention, the distance between the bars to which the scaffolding plates are attached can be changed by sliding the subframe with respect to the main frame, so that various scaffolding plates having different length dimensions are spanned. It is possible to install a temporary passage having a length corresponding to the interval between the passage installation portions by selecting the scaffold plate according to the interval between the passage installation portions. Each of the main frame and the sub-frame can be reused even if the distance between the passage installation parts is different as long as it is within the sliding range of the sub-frame, depending on the distance between the passage installation parts. Therefore, it is not necessary to prepare members having different lengths, and the type and number of members required for installing the temporary passage can be reduced, which is economical. When installing the temporary passage, each of the main engagement tool and the sub-engagement tool is detachably engaged with the passage installation portion such as a beam member, and can be easily removed from the passage installation portion after the construction is completed. it can.

According to the present invention, by arranging the sub-horizontal bar at a position shifted in the height direction with respect to the horizontal bar, the scaffold plate attached to each of the horizontal bar and the sub-horizontal bar is moved in the height direction. The sub-frames can be slid continuously in both directions, without causing the respective scaffolding plates to collide with each other. That is, there is no need to select a scaffolding plate according to the interval between the passage installation portions, and the length of the temporary passage is changed by sliding the sub-frame body according to the interval between the passage installation portions in a state where the scaffolding plate is spanned. You can fine-tune the thickness.

According to the present invention, the length of the temporary passage can be adjusted in a wider range by slidably assembling the first subframe and the second subframe with respect to the main frame. Also, it can be installed between the passage installation parts that are greatly separated from each other. Two scaffolding plates toward the longitudinal direction of the hollow beam material while ensuring the rigidity of the main frame by increasing the longitudinal dimension of the hollow beam material and providing an intermediate bar between the hollow beam materials And a longer temporary passage can be installed. Needless to say, each of the scaffold plates attached to the main frame, the first sub-frame, and the second sub-frame can have different lengths.

According to the present invention, by inserting a positioning pin into any one of the positioning holes formed in the slide bar and the through hole formed in the hollow beam, the slide bar is reciprocated with respect to the hollow beam. It can restrict | limit and the stability and safety | security of a temporary channel | path improve.

According to the present invention, the handrail can be easily disposed along the side surface of the scaffolding plate by providing the support brackets on the hollow beam member and the slide bar member, respectively.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a moving passage constructed by attaching handrails to both sides of a telescopic temporary passage according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an overall view of the telescopic temporary passage shown in FIG. It is a perspective view which shows a structure. The telescopic temporary passage 10a is a temporary moving passage for a field worker to smoothly and safely move between passage installation portions separated from each other, and between the passage installation portions according to the progress of construction. Installed or removed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the telescopic temporary passage 10a includes two hollow beam members 11 that are parallel to each other, and two horizontal bar members 12a and 12b that connect the hollow beam members 11 to each other at both ends. A main engagement hook 15 as a main engagement tool is provided at one end of each hollow beam member 11 to engage with a passage installation portion 14a such as a beam member. Yes. Each of the hollow beam members 11 is formed by a square pipe having the same size, and each of the horizontal bars 12a and 12b is formed by a round pipe having the same size and fixed to both ends of the hollow beam member 11 at right angles. The main frame 13 is formed as a rectangular frame as a whole.

A slide bar 16 formed of a square pipe of the same size is reciprocally inserted into the other end of the hollow beam 11, that is, the end opposite to the one end where the main engagement hook 15 is provided. Has been. The connecting rods 17 are fixed at right angles to the projecting side ends of the two slide rods 16 so that the slide rods 16 reciprocate together while maintaining a parallel state. A sub-frame 18 is formed by the slide bar 16 and the connecting bar 17. The sub-frame 18 is slid manually with respect to the main frame 13 within a range in which the slide bar 16 does not fall off from the hollow beam member 11, whereby the horizontal bar 12 a and the connecting bar 17 are connected. The interval between them can be changed within the slidable range of the sub-frame 18.

Each of the hollow beam 11 and the slide bar 16 may be formed by a round pipe, and each of the horizontal bars 12a and 12b and the connecting bar 17 may be formed by a square pipe. Further, the hollow beam member 11 may be formed of a steel plate material having a U-shaped cross section.

A sub-engagement hook 19 as a sub-engagement tool is provided at the projecting side end of each slide bar 16, and this sub-engagement hook 19 is the other passage installation portion 14 b, that is, the main engagement. The hook 15 is engaged with a passage installation portion 14b that is disposed away from the passage installation portion 14a with which the hook 15 is engaged. Then, the main engagement hook 15 is detachably engaged with one passage installation portion 14a, and the sub-engagement hook 19 is detachably engaged with the other passage installation portion 14b, thereby disposing the passages away from each other. The main frame 13 and the sub-frame 18 can be detachably hung between the portions 14a and 14b.

In addition, as the passage installation portions 14a and 14b, steel beam members provided on the outer wall surface of the building under construction, beam members constituting a multi-layer scaffold temporarily provided along the outer wall surface, and openings of slabs It is a beam member etc. which form a part. Further, the main engagement tool and the sub-engagement tool are not limited to the main engagement hook 15 and the sub-engagement hook 19 as shown in the figure. For example, a fixing pin may be used. By forming an insertion hole in one end of the hollow beam member 11, the projecting side end of the slide bar 16, and the passage installation portions 14a and 14b and inserting a fixing pin, the passage installation portions 14a and 14b can be inserted into the passage installation portions 14a and 14b. Thus, the telescopic temporary passage 10a may be installed.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an external configuration of the scaffold board.

The scaffold plate 20 includes two horizontal members 21 that are parallel to each other and two connecting members 22 that connect the horizontal members 21 to each other at both ends, and has a rectangular support frame 23 as a whole. is doing. Hooks 24 are provided at both ends of each horizontal member 21, and two cloth plates 25 extending in the longitudinal direction of the support frame 23 are disposed between the connecting members 22 in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member 21. It is stretched along the direction. Such a scaffold plate 20 includes a horizontal bar 12a between the two horizontal bars 12a and 12b included in the main frame 13 and the other end side of the hollow beam member 11, that is, the insertion side of the slide bar 16. By being attached to the connecting bar 17, a scaffold when the field worker moves is formed in the longitudinal direction of the hollow beam 11 and the slide bar 16.

In the present invention, the distance between the horizontal bar 12a to which the scaffold plate 20 is attached and the connecting bar 17 can be changed by sliding the sub-frame 18 with respect to the main frame 13, so that the length dimension Various scaffolding plates 20 having different sizes can be bridged, and by selecting the scaffolding plate 20 according to the interval between the passage installation portions 14a and 14b, temporary installation is performed according to the interval between the passage installation portions 14a and 14b. It is possible to adjust the length of the passage. In the present embodiment, the anchoring plate 24 is provided on the scaffolding plate 20 and the scaffolding plate 20 is attached. However, the anchoring plate 20 may be attached using a fastener such as a bolt or a clamp. It is good also as a scaffolding board for an operator to walk by attaching a simple rectangular steel plate material provided with no welding.

On the outer peripheral side surfaces of the hollow beam member 11 and the slide bar member 16, a plurality of support fittings 27 that support the column member 26 a constituting the handrail 26 in a standing state are provided at predetermined intervals. In the case shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the support fitting 27 is a bottomed cylindrical column receiving member, and the lower end portion of the column member 26 a is removably inserted from the upper opening of the support fitting 27. It has become. In addition, as the support metal fitting 27 which supports the column member 26a which comprises the handrail 26, connection fittings, such as a clamp generally used normally, can also be used. Further, after the sub-frame 18 is slid with respect to the main frame 13, as shown in FIG. 1, a reinforcing member 28 is spanned between the hollow beam member 11 and the slide bar 16, and the reinforcing member 28 Is fastened to each of the hollow beam member 11 and the slide bar member 16 by using a coupling fitting 28a such as a clamp, so that the reciprocating motion of the slide bar member 16 with respect to the hollow beam member 11 is restricted, and the telescopic temporary passage 10a. Stiffness can be increased.

An engagement hook 29 having an engagement rod 29a is detachably mounted on the column member 26a, and a partition plate for preventing a work tool or the like from falling between the engagement rod 29a and the column member 26a. 30 is sandwiched. Thus, the handrail 26 and the partition plate 30 can be provided in the telescopic temporary passage 10a, and the field worker can safely move between the passage installation portions 14a and 14b.

4A is a plan view showing a schematic configuration of the telescopic temporary passage shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4B is a plan view showing a schematic configuration of the telescopic temporary passage according to another embodiment. FIG. 4C is a plan view showing a schematic configuration of a telescopic temporary passage according to another embodiment. 4B and 4C, members that are the same as those shown in FIG. 4A are given the same reference numerals, and redundant descriptions are omitted. In the case shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4 (A), the sub-frame 18 is assembled only on one side of the main frame 13, that is, on one end side of the hollow beam member 11. As shown in FIG. 4B and FIG. 4C, the first sub-frame 18 is assembled to one end of the main frames 13a and 13b, and the second sub-frame 33 is assembled to the other end. You can also.

The telescopic temporary passage 10b shown in FIG. 4 (B) connects two hollow beam members 11 parallel to each other and the hollow beam members 11 at both ends, and a scaffolding plate (not shown) 2 is attached. In addition to the main frame 13a including the horizontal bars 12a and 12b and the first subframe 18 assembled to one end of the main frame 13a, the other end of each hollow beam member 11 Two slide bars 31 inserted reciprocally, and the slide bar 31 are connected to each other at the projecting side end, and a scaffold plate (not shown) is attached to the other horizontal bar 12b. A second sub-frame 33 having a connecting bar 32 is provided.

Further, the telescopic temporary passage 10b is provided at the protruding side end portion of the slide bar 16 included in the first sub-frame 18 and is engaged with one of the passage setting portions, and the first sub-engaging hook 19 is engaged. The second sub-frame 33 has a second sub-engagement hook 34 that is provided at the projecting side end of the slide bar 31 and engages with the other passage installation portion. The second sub-engagement hook 34 can use the same member as the sub-engagement hook 19 described above. As a result, the first sub-engagement hook 19 is engaged with one of the passage installation portions, and the second sub-engagement hook 34 is engaged with the other passage installation portion. The sub-frame body 18 and the second sub-frame body 33 can be detachably installed between the passage installation portions separated from each other.

In such a telescopic temporary passage 10b, the length of the temporary passage can be adjusted in a wider range by sliding each of the sub-frames 18 and 33 with respect to the main frame 13a. It can also be installed between the passage installation parts that are far away from each other.

A scaffolding plate (not shown) is attached to the main frame 13b of the telescopic temporary passage 10c shown in FIG. 4C between one horizontal bar 12a and the other horizontal bar 12b. An intermediate bar 35 to which another scaffold plate (not shown) is attached is provided. The intermediate bar 35 is formed of a round pipe similar to the horizontal bars 12a and 12b, and can increase the longitudinal dimension of the hollow beam member 11a while ensuring the rigidity of the main frame 13b. Two scaffold plates (not shown) can be spanned in series in the longitudinal direction of the beam member 11, and a longer temporary passage can be installed.

In addition to the intermediate bar 35, as shown in FIG. 2, a reinforcing member 36 formed of square bar or the like can be arbitrarily attached between the hollow beam members 11. Further, an intermediate bar similar to the intermediate bar 35 may be provided in the sub-frames 18 and 33, and a plurality of scaffolding plates may be stretched over the sub-frames 18 and 33 in series.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of an extendable temporary passage according to another embodiment.

The telescopic temporary passage 37a shown in FIG. 5 has two hollow beam members 38 that are parallel to each other, and two hollow beam members 38 that are connected to each other at both ends and to which a scaffolding plate (not shown) is attached. Main frame body 41 having horizontal bar members 39a and 39b, and a main engagement hook 40 which is provided at one end of each hollow beam member 38 and engages with one passage installation portion. The telescopic temporary passage 37a has two slide rods that are reciprocally inserted into the respective hollow beam members 38 from the other end side, that is, the end side opposite to the end where the main engagement hook 40 is provided. The material 42 and the slide bar 42 are connected to each other at the projecting side end portion, and are shifted in the height direction with respect to the horizontal bar 39a on the other end side, and are arranged on the main frame body 41. And a sub-frame 52 provided with a connecting bar 47 to which another scaffold plate (not shown) is attached, and a sub-frame 52 provided at the projecting side end of the sub-frame 52 and engaged with the other passage installation portion. And an engaging hook 45.

In the illustrated case, a main support plate 43 is fixed to the bottom surface of each hollow beam member 38 on the other end side, and both ends of the sub-horizontal bar 44 are perpendicular to the main support plate 43. By fixing, the horizontal bar 39a is arranged at a position shifted in the height direction with respect to the horizontal bar 39a. Similarly, the sub-support plate 46 is fixed to the projecting side end of the slide bar 42, and both ends of the connecting bar 47 are fixed at right angles to each of the sub-support plates 46. It is arranged in parallel with the sub-horizontal bar 44 at substantially the same height as the bar 44. Further, a support bracket 48 of the same type as the support bracket 27 is fixed to the outer peripheral side surfaces of the hollow beam member 38 and the slide bar 42, and a reinforcing member 49 is fixed between the hollow beam members 38.

6A is a cross-sectional view in the direction along line XX shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view showing a telescopic temporary passage according to another embodiment. C) is a partially omitted cross-sectional view showing a telescopic temporary passage according to another embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 6A, a scaffold plate 50a similar to the scaffold plate 20 is spanned between the horizontal rods 39a and 39b shown in FIG. In the meantime, another scaffold plate 50b is spanned, and a scaffold when the site worker moves is formed in the longitudinal direction of the hollow beam member 38 and the slide bar member 42. The scaffolding plate 50 b has a latching hook 51 provided at one end thereof engaged with the connecting bar 47, while the other end is slidably mounted on the sub-horizontal bar 44.

Thus, since the sub-horizontal bar 44 and the connecting bar 47 are disposed at positions shifted in the height direction with respect to the horizontal bars 39a and 39b, the respective scaffold plates 50a and 50b are in the height direction. It will be shifted to. As a result, even when the scaffold plates 50a and 50b are stretched over, the sub-frame 52 including the slide bar 42 and the connecting bar 47 does not collide with each other. The length of the temporary passage can be finely adjusted within a range in which the sub-frame 52 can slide relative to the main frame 41.

Each of the slide bars 42 is formed with a plurality of positioning holes 53 at a predetermined interval, and the hollow beam member 38 is formed with a through hole 54, and the slide bar 42 is slid to pass through holes 54. By inserting a positioning pin (not shown) in a state where any one of the positioning holes 53 is communicated with the hollow member 38, reciprocation of the slide bar 42 with respect to the hollow beam member 38 can be limited. Thereby, the stability and safety of the temporary passage are improved. In addition, the same positioning hole and through hole are formed in each of the telescopic temporary passages 10a to 10c, and the slide rods 16 and 31 are reciprocated relative to the hollow beam members 11 and 11a by inserting positioning pins. The movement may be limited.

In the case shown in FIGS. 5 and 6A, the sub-frame 52 is assembled only on one side of the main frame 41, that is, on one end side of the hollow beam member 38. FIG. And as shown in FIG.6 (C), the sub-frames 52 and 58 can also be assembled | attached on the both sides of the main frame bodies 41 and 41a.

The telescopic temporary passage 37b shown in FIG. 6 (B) has two hollow beam members 38 that are parallel to each other, and two horizontal beams that connect the hollow beam members 38 to each other at both ends and to which the scaffolding plate 50a is attached. A main frame 41 provided with bar members 39a and 39b, a first sub-frame 52 assembled to one end of the main frame 41, and a protruding-side end of the first sub-frame 52; And a first sub-engagement hook 45 that engages with one of the passage installation portions. Further, the telescopic temporary passage 37b connects the two slide bar members 55 inserted into the hollow beam members 38 so as to be reciprocally movable from the other end side, and the slide bar member 55 at the projecting side end part. And a second connecting bar 57 to which another scaffolding plate 50c is attached between the other horizontal bar 39b and the sub horizontal bar 56 arranged on the main frame 41 while being shifted in the height direction. Of the second sub-frame body 58 and a second sub-engagement hook 59 that is provided at the projecting side end of the second sub-frame body 58 and engages with the other passage installation portion.

In order to dispose the sub-horizontal bars 56 in the height direction, main support plates 60 are fixed to the bottom surfaces of both ends of the hollow beam member 38, and the sub-horizontal rods 56 are arranged at right angles to the main support plates 60. A horizontal bar 56 is fixed. Further, sub-support plates 61 are fixed to the projecting side end portions of the slide bar 55, and connecting rods 57 are fixed at right angles to the respective sub-support plates 61. It is arranged in parallel with the auxiliary horizontal bar 56 at the same height as the horizontal bar 56.

In such a telescopic temporary passage 37b, a scaffolding plate 50b attached between the connecting bar 47 and the sub-horizontal bar 44, and a scaffolding plate attached between the connecting bar 57 and the sub-horizontal bar 56. Each of 50c is arrange | positioned and shifted | deviated to the height direction with respect to the scaffold board 50a attached between horizontal bar | burr 39a, 39b. Thereby, each of the sub-frames 52 and 58 is slid with respect to the main frame body 41 without causing each of the scaffold plates 50a to 50c to collide with each other even when the scaffold plates 50a to 50c are stretched over each other. And the length of the temporary passage can be adjusted in a wider range.

The telescoping temporary passage 37c shown in FIG. 6C has a scaffold plate (not shown) attached to one horizontal bar 39a and another scaffold plate (shown) to the other horizontal bar 39b. An intermediate bar 62 to which (not shown) is attached is provided. The intermediate bar 62 is formed of a round pipe similar to the horizontal bars 39a and 39b, and the longitudinal dimension of the hollow beam 38a can be increased while ensuring the rigidity of the main frame 41, and the hollow bar 38a is hollow. Two scaffolding plates 50d and 50e can be stretched in series in the longitudinal direction of the beam member 38a, and a longer temporary passage can be installed. In addition, a reinforcing member 49a formed of square or the like can be arbitrarily attached between the hollow beam members 38a.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. For example, in the case shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the sub-horizontal bars 44 and 56 and the connecting bars 47 and 57 are arranged so as to be shifted downward from the horizontal bars 39 a and 39 b. Alternatively, the main support plate and the sub support plate may be provided on the upper surfaces of the hollow beam members 38 and 38a and the slide bar members 42 and 55 so as to be shifted from the horizontal bar members 39a and 39b. When the width of the temporary passage formed by the present invention is increased, for example, a reinforcing hollow beam member and a slide bar member that is reciprocally inserted in the hollow beam member are provided in each of the main frame body and the sub-frame body.
