【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、複数の入口から入れ込まれた紙幣のような薄片を所定の経路方向に搬送する薄片搬送装置ならびに、その利用装置、例えば、複数台のパチンコ遊技機とその遊技球を貸付対価として入れ込まれた紙幣などを搬送する薄片搬送装置を設けたパチンコ台島装置などに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ遊技機、または、パチンコ遊技機のゲート部分に跳ね返し機能やスロットマシン機能を設けたパチンコ・スロット遊技機などの遊技機(この発明では、これらの遊技機を総称して、パチンコ台という)を、図6のように、複数台配置して、1つのブロック状に構成したものをパチンコ台島装置500という、このパチンコ台島装置500は、パチンコ店の内部において、あたかも複数の「島」を配置したように見えるので、通称を「島」とも呼ばれている。

そして、図6のように、パチンコ台の遊技に使用する遊技球の貸付対価として入れ込まれた紙幣、伝票、カード類などの薄片100を搬送するための薄片搬送装置300をパチンコ台島装置500に組み付けた構成が周知である。

図6において、パチンコ台島装置500には、複数台のパチンコ台Bを前列側と後列側とに分けて配置するとともに、パチンコ台B間の所要箇所に、パチンコ台Bに使用する遊技球、つまり、パチンコ玉を貸付けるための球貸装置(装置全体は図示せず)に入れ込まれた薄片100を主搬送路Mにための副搬送路Sの部分を1つのブロック状に構成した副搬送部分Cを配置してある。なお、この発明において、上流側または下流側とは主搬送路Mにおける薄片100の流れにおける上流側または下流側をいう。

また、前列側のパチンコ台Bと後列側のパチンコ台Bとの間の空間部分に主搬送路Mを構成する1つの主搬送路部分300Aを配置してあり、副搬送部分Cからの薄片100を主搬送路部分300Aにより搬送して、例えば、主搬送路Mの終端に設けた収納箱110に薄片100を収納する。

ここで、前列側と、後列側との区別は、構成を分かり易く説明するためのものであって、店内の配置などに関連づける意味のものではない。また、パチンコ台の列を前列側または後列側のみで構成したものも周知である。なお、この発明において、前側と後側とは、構成を分かり易くするためのものであって、装置が配置される状態との関係を言うものではない。

そして、パチンコ台Bの大きさなどの異なりに対する対応や、現場での薄片搬送装置300の組み付けの容易化などのために、図10〜図14のように、主搬送路Mと副搬送路Sの合流箇所をブロック状にユニット化して構成した合流搬送部分2とし、各合流搬送部分2の間に配置される主搬送路Mの箇所をブロック状にユニット化して構成した主搬送部分4とに分けて配置することにより、主搬送部分4の長さL3のみを変更するだけで、各副搬送路Sの間の距離L1の変化に対応し得るようにした構成が周知である。なお、長さL2は副搬送部分Cの間の長さ、例えば、パチンコ台Bの長さである。

さらに、具体的な細部の構成は、例えば、図8のように、主搬送部分4における搬送構成を、対向して配置した同一速度で送行する2つの無端状のベルト45A・45Bの間に薄片100を挟み込んで搬送する機構(この発明において、対向ベルト搬送機構という)42によって構成し、また、副搬送部分Cにおける搬送構成も同様の対向ベルト搬送機構によって構成してある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の従来技術による構成では、合流搬送部分2と主搬送部分4とをブロック状にユニット化しているが、主搬送部分4は、例えば、図11のように、フレーム41を主体にして構成し、このフレーム41に、全ての部材を取り付けるように構成している。

したがって、まず、主搬送部分4の長さL3が決定されないと、主搬送部分4の製造を行えないほか、その長さL3に合わせて、その都度、各部材の取付穴などの寸法を割り出してから、フレーム41を加工しなければならないため、装置を簡便安価に提供できないという不都合がある。
このため、こうした不都合のない薄片搬送装置ならびにその利用装置、例えば、パチンコ台島装置の提供が望まれているという課題がある。
