本発明は配送物受け渡し完了情報の連絡システムに関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来から各種の物品を配送する際には、荷主の住所氏名などの荷主情報や荷受人の住所氏名などの荷受人情報、そして、配送品名などを記載できるようにした配送伝票が使用されていて、配送伝票と配送物とを対応付けした状態でその配送物が取り扱われ、配送過程の各段階で配送伝票に記載されている前記荷受人情報に基づいて配送が行われるようにしており、荷受人に荷物を受け渡す際には荷受人から受領確認を得るようにしている。また、現状においては、配送途中での配送物の中間受け渡しにおいて配送管理情報を配送業者側で集中管理し、荷主側から配送業者側に問い合わせして配送物が配送済みであるかどうか、また、配送途中のどの段階であるかが確認できるシステムが提供されるようになってきている。

しかしながら、上述した配送物を荷受人が受け取ったという情報は荷主側では時間をおいてしか知り得ず、その受取り確認も荷主側から問い合わせることによって初めて知ることができるものであった。
そのため、荷主側から配送物の受け渡しを時間指定で依頼した場合や生鮮品、冷凍品などの配送を依頼した場合に、配送物の受け渡しが完了した時点で荷受人が配送物を受け取ったという情報を得たいという要望がなされるようになってきた。
そこで本発明者は、電子メールシステムの近年の広まりと電子メールシステムの易操作性および即時性に着目したものであり、本発明は上記配送物の受け渡しが完了した時点で、受け渡しが完了したという情報を、電子メールシステムを利用して荷主側に送信できるようにすることを課題とし、配送物の受け渡しが完了したことを荷主側が簡単に知ることができるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、伝票番号などの伝票情報が表示した配送伝票が、データセンターが前記伝票情報に予め対応付けして記憶管理する隠蔽情報を有して、該隠蔽情報が隠蔽部材により表出可能に隠蔽され、前記配送伝票に荷主の電子メールアドレスを記載し、前記電子メールアドレスを前記データセンターが前記伝票情報と隠蔽情報とに対応付けして記憶管理し、
配達人による荷受人への配送物の受け渡し時に、前記配達人が携帯するデータ送受信可能な携帯端末を介して前記隠蔽部材を除去して確認された隠蔽情報をデータセンターに送信し、該データセンターが、受信した隠蔽情報に対応する電子メールアドレス宛てに配送物受け渡し完了情報を送信することを特徴とする配送物受け渡し完了情報の連絡システムを提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図１に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図中１は本システムに用いられる配送伝票であり、該配送伝票１は荷主の住所氏名などの荷主情報を記載する荷主情報記載部２と荷受人の住所氏名などの荷受人情報を記載する荷受人情報記載部３を有している。また、伝票番号４は一つ一つの伝票に異なる数字や符号などを付して伝票を特定できるようにした伝票情報であり、この伝票番号４は予め印字されているものである。
このように配送伝票１は荷主情報記載部２、荷受人情報記載部３を有しており、配送物配送依頼の時点で荷主がこれらの記載部２、３に情報を記載し、配送業者にあってはこれらの記載された情報に基づいて配送を行なうものとなる。

この配送伝票１にあっては図示されているように、ネットワーク上に設定された荷主の電子メールアドレスを記載する荷主連絡先記載部５を有している。この荷主連絡先記載部５には配送物依頼の時点で荷主がその荷主の電子メールアドレスを書き込むものである。そして、後述するように配達人が配送物を荷受人に受け渡した時点で、その配達人が携帯するデータ送受信可能な携帯端末から後述の操作をすることで、その荷主連絡先記載部５に記載されている電子メールアドレス宛てに、配送物の受け渡しが完了した旨の配送物受け渡し完了情報が発信されるようにしている。
これによって、受け渡し完了した旨の情報は荷主がネットワーク上に構成されているメールボックスに配信され、荷主側でメールボックスでの電子メールの受信状況を確認すれば、配送物の受け渡し完了の情報を得ることができる。さらに荷主側のメールボックスに対して電子メールの到達連絡を荷主が携帯する端末機器に向けて発信するサービスが設定されている場合には、より早く受け渡し完了の情報を荷主側で知ることができるようになる。

図において６は上記伝票番号４に対応して設定された隠蔽情報であり、伝票番号４とともに予め記載されているものである。この隠蔽情報６は配送業者側の管理部門などとして構成されているデータセンターで記憶管理されているものであり、配送物を荷受人に受け渡したときに配達人がこの隠蔽情報６を入力しない限り、配送物の受け渡し完了情報がデータセンターから送信されないように設けられており、配送人が偽って情報発信をしないようにしているものである。このため、前記隠蔽情報６にあっては除去が簡単な隠蔽手段７により覆われていて、配送物を荷受人に受け渡した時点で荷受人の確認の下で、或いは荷受人が隠蔽手段７を除去して隠蔽情報６を確認できるようにしている。

上記配送伝票１を用いた配送物受け渡し完了情報はつぎのシステムにて荷主側に送信されることになる。
上述したように、まず、伝票番号４と隠蔽情報６とを対応付けした状態で予め配送業者側のデータセンターで記憶管理していて、配送伝票１にこの隠蔽情報６を隠蔽手段７にて表出可能に隠蔽した状態で設けられる。
つぎに、荷主が配達伝票１に、荷受人情報、荷主情報などの他、荷主連絡先情報記載部３に電子メールアドレスを記載する。
この配送伝票１が取り付けられた配送物は配送業者の集荷人が集荷し、配送業者側のデータセンターにて、配送伝票１の伝票情報、配送伝票に記載された荷受人情報や荷主情報、電子メールアドレスを取り扱い配送物の配送物管理データとして入力し、伝票情報に荷受人情報、荷主情報、電子メールアドレスが対応付けされる。そのため、データセンター側では、伝票番号４に、荷受人情報、荷主情報、電子メールアドレス、上記隠蔽情報それぞれが対応した状態で記憶管理される。
