【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、布材等からなる一枚材に開口部を形成し、ファッション性を発揮しながら、おしゃれ感覚があり、しかも、単一種の一枚状物でありながら前記開口部の位置・形状・数を変化させるだけで複数種に変化して簡易着用できるようにした極めて新規、且つ、斬新な一枚製着衣に関するものである。
【従来の技術】
従来、例えば一枚の布地をそのまま生かして着衣、服として用いているものとしてポンチョがある。
このポンチョは位置間の布地の略中央に首が通る程度のネック孔（開口部）形成されており、この服を頭からすっぽり被り、ネック孔から首を出すようにしている。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来のポンチョにあっては、一枚の布の略中央に単にネック孔が形成されているだけなので、このポンチョを着用した場合、首の後方に襟部分がなく、ファッション性という観点から見るとおしゃれ感覚が全くないという問題点があった。
本発明は、我が国において古来から存在する風呂敷、すなわち全てのものを無理なく自然にあたたかく覆い包むという特性を有する風呂敷のイメージから本発明者の創意工夫により開発されたものである。
このような開発着眼からなる本発明は、布材等からなる一枚材に開口部を形成してこれを着用した場合において首の後方に襟部分を有し、斬新なファッション性を発揮しながら、おしゃれ感覚があり、しかも、単一種の一枚状物でありながら前記開口部の位置・形状・数を変化させるだけで、通常の服、ジャケット、ベスト或いはブラウスとして着用でき、更にはストール、スカーフ、ショール、フードとしても着用でき、これを複数種に変化して簡易着用できるようにした極めて斬新な一枚製着衣を提供することを目的とする。
【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の一枚製着衣は、長方形状、円形状、三角形状、楕円形状又は台形状の内のいずれかの形状から選ばれ、かつ、織物、編物或いは不織布の布材、樹脂材、ビニール材、皮革材、紙材又は金属材の内の１材、又は当該各材の内から選ばれた２以上材から形成されてなる一枚材を中央部分で折り曲げて、その左右端部を袋縫い手段をもって接合し着衣全体を袋状に形成したとともに、開口した上下端の部分を縫い手段をもって当該開口に沿った各端部がほつれないように処理し、前記中央部分で折り曲げた一枚材の前身ごろ部分には首を通すための開口部を形成し、後身ごろ部分には腕を通すための２又は２以上複数の開口部を形成し、前記首、腕を通すための各開口部より上の部分が着用した際に襟部となるように形成してなり、衣服として着用できる他、ジャケット、ベスト、ブラウス、ストール、スカーフ、ショール或いはフードとして簡易に着用できるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。
請求項１記載の一枚製着衣によれば、布材等からなり中央部分で折り曲げられた一枚材の前身ごろ部分には首を通すための開口部、後身ごろ部分には腕を通すための２又は２以上複数の開口部を形成してなり、これを着用した場合において首の後方に襟部分を有し、斬新なファッション性を発揮しながら、おしゃれ感覚があり、しかも、単一種の一枚状物でありながら前記開口部の位置・形状・数を変化させるだけで、通常の服、ジャケット、ベスト或いはブラウスとして着用でき、更にはストール、スカーフ、ショール或いはフードとしても着用でき、これを複数種に変化して簡易着用できる着衣を実現することができる。
【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係る一枚製着衣の実施の形態を実施例に基づいて図面を参照にして説明する。
図１乃至図３は第１実施例の着衣を示すもので、図１乃至図３において、符号１は全体が長方形状をした布材等からなる一枚材であり、この布材等からなる一枚材１は中央線２で折り曲げられており、この布材等からなる一枚材１の一方の半分、すなわち前身ごろ１ａには、この中央線側の近傍に首を通すための例えば円形状をしたネック孔（開口部）３が形成されて、この周縁部には見返し３ａが施されている。
また、前記布材等からなる一枚材１の他方の半分、すなわち後身ごろ１ｂには２個の例えば楕円形状をした各アームホール（開口部）４、５が形成されている。
前記２個のアームホール（開口部）４、５は、後身ごろ１ｂにおけるこの中央線側の近傍に、ハの字状に線対称に一対となっており、同様に見返し４ａ、５ａが施されている。
このように構成した着衣におけるネック孔（開口部）３、アームホール（開口部）４、５より上の部分は、これを着用した場合、ちょうど襟部分１ｃとなっている。また、この後身ごろ１ｂと前身ごろ１ａとの下端には裾縫いが施されている。
この着衣を作るには、図３に示すように、前記ネック孔（開口部）３、アームホール（開口部）４及び５が形成された一枚の細長い布材等からなる一枚材１を、中央線２から半分に折り曲げる。
次に、図４に示すように、着衣の脇１ｄを縫うとともに、ネック孔（開口部）３、アームホール（開口部）４、５に見返しを施す。すなわち、この着衣の脇（左右端部）はこの着衣全体を袋状に形成するために袋縫い等の縫い手段をもって接合されている。なお、袋状に形成した着衣の開口下端は例えば三つ折り仕末８０等の縫い手段をもって開口している下端部がほつれないように処理している。次に、この着衣を裏返すと、着衣が完成する。
この着衣を着るには、図５及び図６に示すように、ネック孔（開口部）３を前方にしてこの着衣を頭からすっぽり被り、首をネック孔（開口部）３に通して頭を外に出す。これと同時に、この着衣の後ろ側に位置している一対のアームホール（開口部）４、５から腕を通して、これから外へ出す。
このように、後ろ側のアームホール（開口部）４、５から腕を出すと、ネック孔（開口部）３、アームホール（開口部）４、５より上の部分が襟部分１ｃとなって、おしゃれのワンポイントとなっている。この着衣を着用した場合、襟部分１ｃが表出、形成するということは、この着衣がシンプルな袋状となっていることと相まってファッション性を高めている。
なお、この着衣はコート向けに作っても良いし、ベストやタンクトップ向けに作っても良い。
図１乃至図６に示す実施例においては、ネック孔（開口部）３を設けて構成しているがこのネック孔（開口部）は必ず必要なものではなく、これを削除して一対のアームホール（開口部）を設けてこの着衣を構成しても良い。
次に、この着衣の第２実施例を図７及び図８に示す。
図７及び図８に示す着衣は、一枚材を中央線１１から折り曲げて、前記実施例と同様に、この着衣の脇１２（左右端部）はこの着衣全体を袋状に形成するために袋縫い等の手段をもって接合されている。この着衣の前方の前身ごろ１３ａにはネック孔（開口部）１４が形成され、後方の後身ごろ１３ｂには一対のアームホール（開口部）１５、１６が形成されている。なお、袋状に形成した着衣の開口下端は例えば三つ折り仕末８０等の縫い手段をもって開口している下端部がほつれないように処理している。
この着衣を着るには、前記第１実施例の着衣と同じように、ネック孔（開口部）１４から頭を出し、アームホール（開口部）１５、１６から腕を出す。
次に、第３実施例の着衣を図９に示す。
この着衣の前身ごろ２１ａにおいて、ネック孔（開口部）２２から裾にかけて裁断されて二つに分割され、この二つの部分はファスナー等（図示せず）によって開閉できる様になっている。この着衣の脇（左右端部）はこの着衣全体を袋状に形成するために袋縫い等の縫い手段をもって接合されている。そして、袋状に形成した着衣の開口下端は例えば三つ折り仕末８０等の縫い手段をもって開口している下端部がほつれないように処理している。
着衣の後身ごろ２１ｂには、前記各実施例で示したような一対のアームホール（図示せず）が形成されており、このアームホール（開口部）には略円筒状の袖筒２３が縫いつけられている。この着衣を着用する場合、腕は袖筒２３の両端から出せるようになっている。
なお、図９に示す着衣から前記袖筒２３を削除し、図中の符号２４のようにスリット又は前記のようにファスナー等によって開閉できる様になっている部分を設けた場合の変形例を示すものである。
次に、第４実施例の着衣を図１０及び図１１に示す。
この着衣におけるネック孔（開口部）３１、アームホール（開口部）３２、３３より上の部分３４を大きくとり、この部分３４に紐３５が取り付けられており、この着衣の着用時に紐３５の両端を適当に縛って着用可能としたものである。この着衣の脇（左右端部）はこの着衣全体を袋状に形成するために袋縫い等の縫い手段をもって接合されている。なお、袋状に形成した着衣の開口下端は例えば三つ折り仕末８０等の縫い手段をもって開口している下端部がほつれないように処理している。
また、この着衣におけるネック孔（開口部）３１、アームホール（開口部）３２、３３より上の部分３４を頭に変形形態のフード的なものとして着用可能であり、この場合、その着用時には、前記紐３５の両端を適当に縛ることによって、変形形態のフード的な部分３４を頭に被った状態に保持することができる。

【発明の効果】
