Description

【0001】

[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a thermoplastic resin portion of a straw hole of a packaging container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the packaging container in the embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing a method for manufacturing a packaging container in the embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a crease line of the packaging container in the embodiment of the present invention.
[0011]
Conventionally, in a filling machine that manufactures a packaging container filled with liquid food such as milk and soft drinks, a web-like packaging material is continuously formed into a tube shape while the web-like packaging material is conveyed, and the liquid is contained in the tube-like packaging material. Food is to be filled.
In the figure, 11 is a packaging material, and the packaging material 11 is set on a filling machine in the state of a reel 12, and is fed out by a feeding machine (not shown) and conveyed in a web-like shape in the filling machine. The packaging material 11 is formed by cutting a wide unillustrated base paper in a longitudinal direction at a plurality of locations, and fold lines m1, m2, and m11 to m14 are formed in advance.
Thereafter, the packaging material tube 41 is sent to a lateral sealing device (not shown), and is sandwiched from both sides and sealed laterally at predetermined intervals to form a lateral sealing portion. Subsequently, the packaging tube 41 is cut by a cutting device (not shown) in the lateral seal portion, and the original container 14 such as a pillow shape or a bag shape is separated. And each original container 14 is shape | molded by the shaping | molding apparatus which is not shown in figure along the crease | fold m1, m2, m11-m14 previously formed, and the packaging container 15 is completed.
[0012]
In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a packaging container body, and a straw hole is formed at a predetermined position of the packaging container body 15. The packaging container body 15 is formed by molding a packaging material into a predetermined shape, and the packaging material is formed in order from the outside to the inside of the packaging container 15, an outer layer, a paper base material, and an inner layer. (Barrier layer, adhesive layer and innermost layer). Normally, the outer layer, the adhesive layer, and the innermost layer are formed of a resin such as polyethylene or ethylene copolymer, but the outer layer and the innermost layer are preferably formed of low density polyethylene. The barrier layer is formed of aluminum foil or the like. The outer surface of the outer layer or the outer surface of the paper substrate is subjected to predetermined printing as necessary.
[0013]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a manufacturing method for forming a sealing portion made of a thermoplastic resin in the straw hole in the embodiment of the present invention.

16 is a straw hole formed in a predetermined position of the packaging container body 15, 17 is a straw hole sealing part made of thermoplastic resin, and the straw hole sealing part 17 is in a state of a packaging material before becoming a packaging container. Sometimes it is molded integrally by using an injection mold device. For example, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or low-density polyethylene can be used, or polypropylene (PP), polyethylene, polyester (PET), or polyethylene can be used.
[0014]
In the figure, reference numerals 41 and 42 denote movable molds, and convex portions 43 are formed to protrude from the mold 41. A cavity space C1 is formed between the movable molds 41 and 42. The cavity space C1 is injected into the space C1 from an injection nozzle of an injection device (not shown) and air is released from an air vent (not shown). When C1 is filled with resin and then cooled, the resin wraps around the straw hole 16 and the straw hole sealing portion 17 is formed. In the case of this figure, a cross-shaped thin groove portion 27 is formed in the sealing portion 17 by the action of the convex portion 43.
[0015]
The thin groove portion 27 is formed so deep as to prevent the sealing performance of the sealing portion 17 from being impaired with respect to the thickness of the sealing portion 17, for example, from 85% to 95% of the depth of the sealing portion 17. When sucking out the content liquid, the sealing portion 17 can be easily broken. Further, according to another embodiment, since the thin groove portion 27 is not a closed loop, even when the sealing portion 17 is broken, at least a part of the sealing portion 17 remains in the packaging container 15 without being broken, so that the inside of the straw as a broken piece. Will not be inhaled. For example, if the thin groove portion 27 has a circular shape (the thin groove portion 27 draws a 360-degree locus and forms a closed loop), the portion surrounded by the thin groove portion 27 is separated from the packaging container 15 at the time of breakage. Therefore, there is a possibility that the thin groove portion 27 is sucked into the straw, but if it is not a closed loop, even when the sealing portion 17 is broken, at least a part of the sealing portion 17 remains in the packaging container 15 without being broken, so Will not be inhaled.
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, It can change variously based on the meaning of this invention, and does not exclude them from the scope of the present invention.
For example, the thin groove portion 27 may have any shape other than a cross shape, such as a rice stamp shape, as long as it is not a closed loop. Also, the shape of the straw hole can be variously changed such as circular or elliptical. Furthermore, if the resin composition of the sealing portion is devised, the barrier property can be improved.
[0016]
Furthermore, in the embodiments, a rectangular parallelepiped paper container called a brick has been described as an example, but other examples include hexagonal paper containers. The present invention can be applied to paper containers having various shapes such as a prismatic paper container having a top surface and a bottom surface called a prism and having a quadrangular body and an octagonal body, and these are not excluded from the present invention.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, when the sealing portion made of the thermoplastic resin is formed in the straw hole, the thin groove portion formed in the sealing portion is not a closed loop. However, since at least a part of the sealing portion is not broken and remains in the packaging container, fragments of the sealing portion are not sucked into the straw.
