Description

The present invention relates to a structure of a roofing material made of sheet metal that improves heat insulation, sound insulation and sound deadening, and can improve wind resistance, water tightness and strength.

In buildings, various types of roofing materials made of sheet metal and roof members necessary for them are commercially available. Such roofing materials are constructed by continuously combining them in the direction of flow and the direction of the parallel lines to constitute the roof. . The problem with such a roofing material is watertightness that prevents rain noise and rainwater leakage due to condensation and rain on the backside of the roofing material, and ensures rain performance.

Therefore, in the conventional metal roofing material, a resin foam sheet such as polyethylene or polyurethane or a resin foam is attached to the back surface of the roof with an adhesive. For example, this type of roofing material includes those described in (a) Japanese Patent No. 2847241 and (b) Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-102722.

Moreover, the edge part shape of the eaves side direction of the latching | locking part in these conventional metal roofing materials fitted the latching | locking part and engaging part of the adjacent roofing material after constructing this roofing material. In order to improve the strength of the fitting portion, it was bent substantially at a right angle to the surface of the roof material body.
Japanese Patent No. 2847241 Japanese Utility Model Publication No.59-102722

However, in the metal roof materials of the conventional examples (a) and (b), since the polyethylene foam sheet or the polyurethane foam is attached to the roof material body as described above, the roof material is fixed by using an adhesive. The manufacturing process increases and the cost increases, and due to the difference in conditions such as summer and winter temperature difference and relative humidity difference in such bonding work, incomplete bonding, partial peeling occurs and adhesion is poor, etc. There were problems with stability and reliability of management.

In addition, most of the adhesives used in conventional examples are made of resin or rubber materials using organic solvents stipulated in the Industrial Safety and Health Act. There were problems with the health and work environment of the people, and management was difficult, for example, installation of a whole or local exhaust system was obligatory.

Therefore, in the example of (a) described above, it is difficult to adhere the entire back surface of the roof material body and the resin foam sheet, and if there is a part that is not completely adhered, the part will definitely condense, so the result However, there is a problem that such an adhesive is likely to be peeled off when it is soaked in condensed water for a long time after drying, and conversely, as a countermeasure against the above-mentioned adhesive peeling due to condensation and condensation, the example shown in (a) is shown. In the same way, the resin foam sheet is not adhered to the entire surface from the beginning, and only a plurality of strips are applied with adhesive, the non-adhesive part of the resin foam sheet is used as a gap part, and the condensed water is treated by using the gap part under the flow of the dew condensation water. For example, it is necessary to take unavoidable measures such as using a resin foam sheet for the treatment of condensed water. Struggling with reliability It was.

Further, in the example of (b) described above, since the adhesion and attachment of the resin foam are not provided in the engaging portion, the direction of the adjacent roof materials in the row direction when the roof material is installed. In order to ensure the water tightness, it is necessary to dispose a separate plate below the engaging portion, and the roof material as a whole is expensive.

Further, in the conventional roofing roof material, the shape of the end portion in the eaves side direction of the locking portion has a shape that is bent substantially at right angles to the surface of the roofing material body. Although the strength improvement in the fitting part of the roofing material is good, the bent shape part of the roofing material locking part receives the blowing wind pressure at the time of strong wind, and the roofing material is beaten by the wind pressure at the time of strong wind. If the roof material is exposed to strong winds and rainwater at the same time, and the roof material is blown up by the wind pressure, it floats up and the rainwater is pushed into the space where the gap of the roof material is expanded. However, after the strong wind stops, the roof material lifts up again, but the rainwater that has entered the gap cannot be removed as it is, and there is a problem that the drainage of the gap is poor and the rainwater is difficult to dry. Such roof is easy to collect, such as There is a problem that generates a crevice corrosion.

The present invention is a metal plate roof material in which a female end edge is formed at one end parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface and a male end edge is formed at the other end, and foamed integrally with the roof material on the back side of the roof material. a resin foam, the lateral葺roofing material and a rear material as formwork substitute during the integral molding of the resin foam to the back surface of the resin foam, the female edge and the next lateral葺roofing a Yoko葺 roofing material to be horizontal葺設continuously on the roof base by fitting the male edge of the horizontal葺roofing adjacent to each in the flow direction of the 葺roofing, the Yutan'en is One end in the longitudinal direction of the above-mentioned side roof material , which is formed from a portion bent toward the back surface side of the eave side direction end of the roofing material and a portion formed so as to bend and extend the tip further inward. Has a portion having a predetermined length in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and having no resin foam over substantially the entire width of the roofing material, and between the male edge and the female edge. Roofing materials, continuously includes a portion no the resin foam is formed flat, and bent portion toward the rear surface side of the Yutan'en also formed continuously includes a portion no resin foam, the roof The shape of the part without the resin foam on the back side of the material is configured to be connected to each other as a shape opposite to the surface shape of the adjacent roofing roof material , and the roof material of the part without such resin foam The present invention relates to a horizontal roofing material characterized in that it is superposed on the upper side of adjacent horizontal roofing materials at the time of laying and connected in a superposed manner and is continuously laid in the direction of the beam.

The roofing material for the flooring of the present invention is formed by integrally foaming a resin foam on the back surface of the roofing material, and a female edge and a male edge are respectively provided at one end edge and the other end edge parallel to the longitudinal direction. By integrally forming and fitting the male end edge with the female end edge in a watertight manner, it is continuously connected in the flow direction from the ridge to the eave, and the back material and the resin foam at one end in the longitudinal direction The body is removed at a predetermined width perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and a drain notch is formed by notching a part of the male edge near the resin foam, and a bowl-shaped drawing shape is formed on the surface of the other end in the longitudinal direction. The upper side of the other end portion of the roof material formed with the saddle-shaped drawing shape is connected to the lower side of the one end portion of the roof material from which the back material and the resin foam are removed with a predetermined width. If it is installed horizontally in the row direction, it is possible to improve the heat insulation, water tightness, sound insulation, and silencer of the roofing material. , Separately it is not necessary to use the discarded plate for rainwater flows down, there is an effect that can be constructed inexpensively as roofing.

Further, in the roof material of the present invention, since no adhesive is used for attaching the resin foam sheet and the resin foam to the roof material as in the prior art, there is no need for a separate process in the production of the roof material, and adhesion is not required. There is no need to worry completely, there are no problems in the working environment, and the cost can be reduced.

Further, in the roofing material of the present invention, the eaves side end of the surface of the roofing material is bent into an approximately L shape with an obtuse angle to form a downward inclined surface, and the tip of the downward inclined surface is extended to an acute angle of approximately L Since the male edge was formed by folding back the tip and forming the male edge, when rainwater falling on the main roofing material was blown onto the roofing main body etc. by strong wind, the Bernoulli's law The wind speed of the strong wind that blows through the lower inclined surface from the eaves side direction of the roof material rises, and the lower portion of the lower inclined surface, that is, the vicinity of the fitting gap outlet formed by the fitting of the roof material becomes negative pressure, and the fitting gap Since the internal water is pushed out to the vicinity of the outlet, there is an effect that water does not accumulate in the fitting gap.

Hereinafter, although the heat insulating roof material for lying down for general houses is demonstrated as one Example of this invention, this invention is not limited to this Example.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. This roof material includes a roof surface material 11, a resin foam 12 integrally formed with the surface material, and a back surface of the foam. It is a horizontal roof material composed of a rear surface material 13 disposed, and as shown in FIG. 1, a female edge 16 is provided at one end portion disposed in the ridge direction in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the roof surface material 11 when installed. The nailing portion 16a and the roof base contact portion 16b are formed at the extended ends, and the male end edge 17 is also formed at the other end portion in the eave direction at the time of installation. Further, at least two hook-shaped drawn shapes 14 are formed on the surface of one end portion of the roof material in the longitudinal direction at a right angle to the longitudinal direction over substantially the entire width from the inner surface 16 of the female edge to the male edge 17. is there.

The main roof surface material 11 is a heat insulating roof material body for reeds, and its surface is provided with a drawing shape 14a that also serves as makeup and reinforcement, and a female end edge parallel to each other at one end edge and the other end edge in the longitudinal direction. 16 and a male edge 17 are formed integrally with the roof surface material 11. The roof surface material 11 is made of, for example, a coated galvanized steel sheet, a painted aluminum zinc alloy plated steel sheet, a painted stainless steel sheet, a vinyl chloride steel sheet, a painted aluminum sheet, or a copper sheet.

A resin foam 12 is integrally lined on the back surface of the roofing material 11, and the resin foam 12 is a member for improving the heat insulating property, the sound deadening property, or the sound insulating property of the heat insulating roof material for lying down. For example, urethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, or the like is used as the material. Further, on the back surface of the resin foam 12 , a back material 13 is provided for substitute of a mold and protecting the surface of the resin foam 12 when the roof material 11 and the resin foam are integrally formed . Examples of the material for the back material include aluminum foil laminated paper, aluminum vapor-deposited paper, aluminum foil, and steel paper.

In addition, at least two hook-shaped diaphragm shapes are formed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the main roofing material 11 with the total width dimension being α, and the back surface material 13 on the other end side in the longitudinal direction is formed on the other end side. Cut from the end face at a position of the length dimension β at right angles to the longitudinal direction and then cut, and then perpendicular to the longitudinal direction so as to penetrate the back material 13 and the resin foam 12 over their entire width. For example, it is removed by peeling off with a squeegee or the like. Here, the dimensions α and β have a relationship of α ≦ β.

Moreover, about the erecting operation | work of the main roofing material 11, the example which erects the roofing material 11 generally performed from the eaves side to the ridge side, and the left side to the right direction is demonstrated. The lower roof material 11a is disposed at a predetermined position on the side, and the nail 16a is fixed to the roof base 19 by nailing or screwing, and the right end of the female edge 16 near the upper end of the roof 11a. A foam removing portion (portion having no foam) 15 formed at the left end portion of the adjacent lower lower roof material 11b is inserted into the inner surface of the overlapping insertion portion 20 formed in (see FIGS. 1 and 4). The upper edge of the male edge 17 formed at the upper end of the roof material 11b is overlapped with the upper portion of the roof-shaped diaphragm 14 formed near the right end of the roof material 11a so that the portion 15 of the roof material 11b without the foam is overlaid. Inserted into the female edge 16 formed at the lower end of the roofing material 11a By fitting, combining, fixing the nailing portion 16a at the upper end of the roofing material 11a to the roof base with nailing or screwing, and repeating these operations in sequence, the roofing material is installed on the entire roof. .

Further, the eaves-side end of the surface of the roofing material 11 is bent into an approximately L shape with an obtuse angle to form a downward inclined surface 17a, the tip thereof is bent into an approximately L shape with an acute angle, and the tip is extended. By folding and folding to form a male edge, when the male edge 17 of the roof plate 11c is fitted to the female edge 16 of the adjacent roof plate 11a when installed, the folded portion is Since the fitting gap 21 is formed in a pillow shape and the capillary phenomenon is suppressed, even when rainwater enters from the downward inclined surface 17a due to the capillary action, the fitting gap prevents the rainwater from entering the interior. it can.

In addition, the eaves side end of the roof plate surface 11 is bent at an obtuse angle to form a downward inclined surface 17a, so that rain water that falls on the roof plate surface flows down downward, that is, toward the eave side, and The eaves-side end of the downward inclined surface 17a is bent into an acute-angled substantially L shape, that is, the angle between the downward inclined surface 17a and the adjacent roof plate 11b is in an obtuse and smooth angle. When the strong wind is blown upward along the surface of the downward inclined surface 17a according to Bernoulli's theorem, when the wind pressure due to the strong wind blowing up from the eaves direction is applied to the downward inclined surface 17a, the wind speed increases. As a result, the pressure in the vicinity of the outlet of the fitting gap 21 decreases to a negative pressure, so that the air inside the fitting gap 21 is pushed out from the fitting gap to the vicinity of the outlet. That is, even if rainwater has entered the fitting gap 21, it is pushed out in the vicinity of the outlet together with the internal air and flows down in the eave direction, so that water does not accumulate in the fitting gap 21.
