Claims (5)
- ポンピング室を内部に有するポンプハウジング組立物を含むポンプ用の圧力逃がし装置において、
ポンプハウジング組立物は、通常作業位置と排出位置の間を移動するように装着された可動部材を含み、又、剪断要素が、可動部材を通常作業位置に保持するように構成されると共に、ポンピング室内の圧力が可動部材に作用し得るように可動部材が装着され、更に、ポンピング室内の圧力が規定圧力に到達すると、剪断要素が破壊することにより、可動部材が通常作業位置から排出位置に移動することを許容し、
ポンプハウジング組立物が、接続通路を介して流体連通するポンピング室とシール室を含み、又、シール室が、可動部材を形成する側壁部を含むと共に、剪断要素が、側壁部を通常作業位置に保持するように構成され、更に、シール室内の圧力が規定圧力に到達すると、剪断要素が破壊することにより、側壁部が通常作業位置から排出位置に移動することを許容する圧力逃がし装置。 - ポンプハウジング組立物が、更に、ポンプケーシングを備えて、側壁部がポンプケーシングに対して装着され、又、ポンプケーシングと側壁部は協働する肩部を有すると共に、前記肩部の間に剪断要素が配置され、更に、剪断要素は、半径方向に突出する1個以上の剪断部を有するリング本体を含む一方、通常作業位置において、リング本体の一側縁部が前記肩部の一方に当接するように構成されると共に剪断部が前記肩部の他方に当接するように構成され、且つ、剪断要素が破壊する時にポンプケーシングと側壁部の間の軸方向移動が許容されるように、ポンプケーシングと側壁部の前記肩部が互いに離隔している請求項1に記載の圧力逃がし装置。
- 側壁部の回転を防止する手段を更に含む請求項1又は2に記載の圧力逃がし装置。
- 剪断要素が、リング本体から突出するフランジ又は出張りから成る請求項2又は3に記載の圧力逃がし装置。
- 剪断要素が、リング本体に装着されると共にリング本体から突出する剪断ピンから成る請求項2又は3に記載の圧力逃がし装置。
