The present invention relates to a cap for a liquid container that can be opened and closed with the stopper being securely fitted to the container mouth. More specifically, the stopper is set on the cap body. There is no detachment of the stopper during extraction at the stage, and during use, when removing the cap body from the container mouth, the stopper during extraction does not come off from the container mouth at the same time. The present invention relates to a cap for a liquid container in which an engagement state of a stopper and a container body is extremely excellent in sealing performance.

Caps for liquid containers are used for containers for containing seasonings, edible oils, beverages, and the like, and many of them are mainly made of plastic in terms of production and material costs. And this plastic liquid container cap is tightly screwed into the container mouth to make it liquid-tight, and is further provided with a stopper during pouring and fitted into the container mouth to The cut is good. Further, it is also known that this liquid container cap has a tamper evidence mechanism, and that fact remains once opened, so that various mischiefs can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 5, the cap body I includes a cap body I detachably attached to the mouth / neck portion of the container III, and a cap II built in the cap body. By sealing the end of the sealing cylinder wall b suspended from i with the flange portion e of the plug, the sealing performance of the cap body and the plug during use is ensured.
In the state before use, the container mouth is sealed with a composite sheet a laminated with an aluminum foil and a resin film to ensure sealing performance. After opening the cap, the cap II installed inside the cap body is removed. This is reversed so that it has a function as a plug II.

The cap with cap of Patent Document 1 maintains the initial sealing performance with the composite sheet a. However, the cap is removed after screwing the cap body in use, and the cap after the composite sheet a is further removed. In addition to being troublesome in many operations up to use, there is a problem in terms of hygiene because the inner plug is held by hand. In addition, the temporary sealability after use is ensured by simply abutting the tip of the sealing cylinder wall with the flange portion of the cap. Even if the cap body is loosened even a little, the temporary seal immediately becomes temporary. It has a structure that impairs the sealing performance.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is that both the initial sealing property and the temporary sealing property during use are good, the operability until use is simplified, and the dispensing is performed at the stage of setting the stopper plug into the cap body. Without removing the inner stopper and leaving the outlet stopper at the container mouth, without relying only on the material deformation of the outlet stopper, only the cap body can be screwed and screwed freely from the container mouth. An object of the present invention is to provide a cap for a liquid container which can be used and the cap and the stopper during dispensing do not co-rotate.

The cap for liquid containers according to the present invention has a cap body fitted to the container mouth and a stopper during pouring while maintaining high sealing performance, and the stopper during filling is securely fitted to the container mouth when the cap is opened. However, the engagement state of the cap and the discharging plug is gentle, and the cap can be easily opened and closed without the cap and the discharging plug rotating together.
Such an effect is brought about by securing the fitting state of the container mouth portion and the discharging stopper with the horizontal seal structure and ensuring the fitting state of the cap body and the discharging stopper with the vertical seal structure. This is an effect unique to the present invention.
At this time, the seal structure in the vertical direction of the cap main body and the spouting plug is composed of an inner ring provided inward from the engaging protrusion on the inner surface of the top of the cap, and the inner peripheral surface of the trumpet-shaped tip of the spouting plug. It is performed in contact with the upper surface of the inner flange portion that extends inward from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, and by using this seal structure in combination, the sealing performance before opening the cap can be further enhanced. .

Further, the cap for a liquid container of the present invention is performed in a state in which the stoppering cap and the cap body are combined in advance when capping the stoppering cap and the cap body to the container mouth, An annular or a plurality of protrusions extending outward from the outer peripheral surface of the outer flange portion of the outlet plug is formed, and an annular or a plurality of protrusions supporting the protrusion of the outlet plug is supported on the annular seal portion of the cap body. By forming the protrusion, the cap main body and the stopper during extraction can be subjected to a capping operation to the container mouth portion in an engaged state without loosening. Note that the engagement between the cap and the outlet plug is dissociated after capping, and the engagement state between the cap body and the outlet stopper does not hinder the cap opening operation.
In other words, the present invention contributes to maintaining the quality of the contents by the excellent sealing property at the time of resealing before and after opening the container, and when the cap is opened, the sealed state of the cap main body and the outlet plug is easily released. In other words, since the inner ring and the inner plug are sealed only in the vertical direction (vertical direction), the cap and the outlet plug are not rotated together while being engaged, and the cap can be easily used. There is an effect that the opening / closing operation can be performed.
