Cyrstal Display;LCD)である熱源26が、熱導体2の一端に接触すれば、ワーク流体が気態に蒸発し、気化した後の流体は、素早く熱をチャンバー2の他の一端に伝送され、そして、冷却設計により、流体が気相から液相に凝縮され、また、毛細組織22により、液態であるワーク流体を受熱の一端に吸引し、液気相変化原理によって、放熱や均熱の効果が得られる。

Claims (13)
- 枠体と、
当該枠体内に設置され、熱導体の一端に、平坦部がある、熱導体と、
当該枠体内に設置され、当該熱導体の周りに位置し、放熱のためである、少なくとも一つの放熱フィンと、
当該熱導体の平坦部上に設置され、光源を発射して、枠体を透過し、照明する、発光装置と、
当該発光装置と電気的に接続され、当該発光装置に、必要とする電力を提供する、電力装置と、
が含有され、
当該熱導体が、チャンバーと、チャンバーの中に形成された毛管構成と、チャンバーにあるワーク流体とから成り、当該ワーク流体が熱導体のチャンバーの毛管構成に分布する、
ことを特徴とする、高い放熱効率の照明装置。 - 当該枠体上には、対流を増大して、放熱効率を向上できる、少なくとも一つのホールが形成される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 各当該放熱フィンは、円盤状や不規則な形状である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 更に、当該枠体内において、当該熱導体の他の一端に、回路板は、設置され、当該電力装置と接続され、当該発行装置は、当該回路板により、当該電力装置と電気的に接続する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 当該発光装置には、基材があり、当該基材上には、少なくとも一つの発光源が設置され、また、二つの電極が設置され、当該発光源が発射する光線は、当該枠体を透過して、当該二つの電極は、夫々に、当該発光源に接続され、当該基材は当該熱導体の当該平坦部に設置される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 当該基材は、シリコン材質からなる、ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 当該発光源は、発光ダイオードである、ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 当該発光装置は、複数の発光ダイオードを含み、複数の発光ダイオードの全ては熱導体の平坦部の周辺部の中に位置する、ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 各当該放熱フィン上には、少なくとも一つのホールが形成され、各当該電線が当該ホールを通ることにより、当該回路板と電気接続することにより、当該電力装置は、当該発光装置に、電力を提供する、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 更に、当該枠体内において、当該回路板の下方に位置し、放熱効率を向上する、ファンが設けられる、ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 当該ファンは、当該回路板と接続され、当該回路板は、制御回路で、当該発光装置の周りの温度を検知して、当該ファンを制御する、ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 当該電力装置は、電池や交流から直流に変換する電源供給器である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
- 当該熱導体は、ヒートコラムやヒートパイプである、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高い放熱効率の照明装置。
