Description
1)吸着材料は有限の充填容量を有し、それによって所定寸法のシリンダ内で利用可能な製品の量を制限する。

b)ポート本体内に固定され又はポート本体の上流側に固定され、かつ流体排出経路を通る流体流れを遮断する密封位置と、流体が流体排出経路に沿って流れることを可能にする開放位置との間で移動するように構成された弁要素と、
c)弁要素の上流側の圧力状態から隔離された内部容積を画定する上流側ダイアフラムにして、ダイアフラムの内部容積とポート本体の内部との間の差圧が弁要素を開放位置に移動させるまで、弁要素を密封位置に保持する態様で弁要素に係合され弁要素の移動を制御する上流側ダイアフラムと、
d)弁要素の下流側の圧力状態から隔離された内部容積を画定する下流側ダイアフラムにして、ダイアフラムの内部容積とポート本体の内部との間の差圧が弁要素を開放位置に移動させるまで弁要素を密封位置に保持する態様で弁要素に係合され弁要素の移動を制御する下流側ダイアフラムとを備える。
a)シリンダ開口を画定するシリンダと、
b)シリンダ開口に密封係合するように構成されたポート本体と、
c)ポート本体によって画定されかつシリンダの外側に配置された流体入口ポートと、
d)流体入口ポートと流体出口ポートとの間で弁本体によって画定される流体排出経路と、
e)流体排出経路に沿った流体の流れを制御するための手動で動作される遮断弁と、
f)流体排出経路に沿った流体の流れを遮断するスケーリング位置に偏倚された弁要素及び複数の密封されたベローを含む自動弁と、を備え、
少なくとも1つのベローが流体排出経路に沿った弁要素の上流側に配置され、少なくとも1つのベローが流体排出経路に沿った弁要素の下流側に配置され、ベローの内部とベローの外部との間の相対圧力がベローを拡張したときに、密封されたベローが弁要素を開放位置に移動するために弁要素に動作可能に結合される一部分を有し、開放位置は流体排出経路に沿った流体の流れを可能にする。
a)少なくとも部分的なガス相の状態で加圧流体を保持するコンテナと、
b)コンテナから加圧ガスを放出するための出口ポートと、
c)コンテナから加圧ガスを送り出すための出口ポートによって、少なくとも部分的に画定されるガス流れ経路と、
d)複数の別個のレギュレーティング装置と、を備え、
少なくとも1つのレギュレーティング装置は弁の上流側であり、少なくとも1つのレギュレーティング装置は弁の下流側であり、弁は、コンテナ内に含まれるガスの流れを大気圧状態で10sccmから20sccmに制限するガス流れ経路の少なくとも一部に沿った、制限された流れ経路の形態である。
Claims (8)
- 加圧容器の出口からの加圧流体の排出を制御するための装置であって、
a.流体排出経路を画定する、加圧タンクの出口と連通するポート本体と、
b.前記ポート本体内に固定され又は前記ポート本体の上流側に固定され、かつ前記流体排出経路を通る流体流れを遮断する密封位置と、流体が前記流体排出経路に沿って流れることを可能にする開放位置との間で移動するように構成されたシリンダ弁と、
c.前記シリンダ弁の上流側に配置された第1のダイアフラムにして、第1の弁要素の上流側の圧力状態から隔離された内部容積を画定する第1のダイアフラムであって、該第1のダイアフラム内に配置された前記第1の弁要素と係合され、該第1のダイアフラムの内部容積と外部容積との間の差圧が前記第1の弁要素を開放位置に移動させるまで前記第1の弁要素を密封位置に保持する態様で前記第1の弁要素の移動を制御する第1のダイアフラムと、
d.前記シリンダ弁の下流側に配置された第2のダイアフラムにして、第2の弁要素の上流側の圧力状態から隔離された内部容積を画定する第2のダイアフラムであって、該第2のダイアフラム内に配置された前記第2の弁要素と係合され、該第2のダイアフラムの内部容積と前記ポート本体に連通した外部容積との間の差圧が前記第2の弁要素を開放位置に移動させるまで前記第2の弁要素を密封位置に保持する態様で前記第2の弁要素の移動を制御する第2のダイアフラムとを備える装置。 - 前記ポート本体が前記シリンダ弁に連通している、手動で作動される弁を保持する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 制限された流れ経路を有する導管が前記流体排出回路の一部を画定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記導管中のパッキンが前記制限された流れ経路を提供している、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記導管が0.2mmを越えない毛管である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ダイアフラムがベローである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ハウジングが前記上流のダイアフラムのベローを格納するベローチャンバを画定し、該ベローチャンバが前記第1の又は第2の弁要素の下流側の流体排出経路の一部と連通しており、前記ベローが内部圧力によって密封されていて、前記流体排出経路との連通が前記ベローチャンバ内に真空状態を生成する時、前記第1の又は第2の弁要素を開放位置に動かしている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の弁要素がポペット弁であり、ベローの膨張がピンを介して前記ポペット弁を開放位置に変位させる、請求項7に記載の装置。
