Abstract
Description

Claims (11)
- 加圧容器の出口からの加圧流体の排出を制御するための装置であって、
a.流体排出経路を画定する、加圧タンク(1)の出口と連通するポート本体(4)と、
b.前記ポート本体内に固定され又は前記ポート本体の上流側に固定され、かつ前記流体排出経路を通る流体流れを遮断する密封位置と、流体が前記流体排出経路に沿って流れることを可能にする開放位置との間で移動するように構成された弁要素(11)と、
c.前記弁要素の上流側の圧力から隔離された内部容積を画定する上流側ダイアフラムにして、ダイアフラムの内部容積と前記ポート本体の内部との間の差圧が前記弁要素(11)を前記開放位置に移動させるまで前記弁要素を前記密封位置に保持する態様で前記弁要素に係合されて前記弁要素の移動を制御する上流側ダイアフラム(7)と、
d.前記弁要素の下流側の圧力状態から隔離された内部容積を画定する下流側ダイアフラムにして、ダイアフラムの内部容積と前記ポート本体(4)の内部との間の差圧が前記弁要素を前記開放位置に移動させるまで前記弁要素を前記密封位置に保持する態様で前記弁要素に係合されて前記弁要素の移動を制御する下流側ダイアフラム(10)とを備える装置。 - 前記ポート本体が前記弁要素に加えて手動で作動される弁(3)を保持する、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記弁要素がポペット弁を備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 毒性のある水酸又はハロゲン化合物を含む加圧タンクの出口からの加圧流体の排出を制御するための装置であって、
少なくとも部分的なガス相の状態で加圧流体を保持するコンテナ(1)と、
前記コンテナ(1)から加圧ガスを放出するための出口ポート(4)と
前記コンテナ(1)から加圧ガスを送り出すために前記出口ポート(4)によって、少なくとも部分的に画定されるガス流れ経路と、
複数の別個のレギュレーティング装置(7、10)と、を備え、
少なくとも1つのレギュレーティング装置は弁の上流側であり、かつ少なくとも1つのレギュレーティング装置は弁の下流側であり、前記弁は、前記コンテナ(1)内に含まれる前記ガスの流れを、大気圧状態で10sccmから20sccmに制限する前記ガス流れ経路の少なくとも一部に沿った、制限された流れ経路の形態である、装置。 - 前記コンテナ内に配置される導管が前記流れ経路の前記制限された一部を画定する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記制限導管が0.2mmを超えない内径を有する毛管チューブ(9)を備える、請求項10に記載の装置。
