Description

【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin, and more particularly to a sanitary napkin that prevents side leakage of body fluid such as menstrual blood and achieves reliable absorption.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a sanitary napkin having a pair of squeezing grooves extending in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the surface side of the napkin is known in order to prevent side leakage of body fluid such as menstrual blood caused by the twist generated in the center reaching the side surface. Various structures and shapes have been proposed. For example, in Japanese Patent No. 3053561, the groove has a high-pressure squeezing part and a low-pressure squeezing part continuously traversing the bottom face of the pressing groove in the width direction and alternately arranged in the length direction of the bottom face. A featured sanitary napkin is disclosed.
[0003]
Since this sanitary napkin has the high pressing parts and the low pressing parts alternately arranged in parallel, it is possible to suppress the spread of menstrual blood in the length direction of the pressing groove. However, since the low-pressure squeezed part is formed so as to continuously traverse the bottom surface of the compressed groove, the low-pressure squeezed part serves as a bridge that bridges the central part and the side part of the napkin. The inflow of menstrual blood or the like from the central portion to the side portion is promoted, and on the contrary, the inconvenience that the prevention of side leakage, which is the original purpose of providing the compressed groove, cannot be achieved sufficiently.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention makes it a subject to prevent the side leakage of menstrual blood etc. which is the original purpose which provided the pressing groove, suppressing the spreading | diffusion of the menstrual blood etc. to the length direction of a pressing groove.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The means taken by the present invention to solve the above problems is that an absorbent body is disposed between a top sheet that allows passage of bodily fluid and a back sheet that prevents passage of bodily fluid, and the top sheet and the absorbent body are separated from the surface. squeezed provided compressed groove, the compressed groove extends in the longitudinal direction of the napkin has a predetermined width, the low compression portion provided in the piezoelectric Shibojo groove, low compression portions is compressed groove In the sanitary napkin which is narrower than the width of the groove and formed so as not to cross the bottom surface of the groove in the width direction, and arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pressing groove , the low-pressure portion is unified and connected to the outer side wall. , The tip of the squeezed groove width direction of the squeezed groove is semicircular, the interval between the squeezed grooves of the squeezed groove is 2.0 mm, and each squeezed part is in the width direction of the squeezed groove The length is 1.0 mm, and the width in the groove length direction is 1.5 mm .
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. Referring to the drawings, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a sanitary napkin (1) includes a top sheet (2) that allows body fluid to move therethrough and a back surface that prevents movement of the body fluid. The absorbent body (4) is disposed between the sheets (3), and the top sheet (2) and the back sheet (3) are joined at a portion extending from the periphery of the absorbent body. The top sheet (2), the back sheet (3), and the absorber (4) may be any of various materials and structures conventionally proposed, and are not particularly limited.
[0009]
Referring to FIG. 1, an annular squeeze groove (5) is formed on the surface side edge of the sanitary napkin (1), and the lateral leakage caused by the twist generated at the center of the napkin reaching the side. In addition, the compressed groove (5) becomes a valley at the time of wearing, and the central part of the napkin (1) is bent in a mountain shape, thereby improving the adhesion to the body. In the present embodiment, the compressed groove (5) is annular as shown in the figure, but it is needless to say that it may be provided only on the longitudinal side and not annular.
[0010]
Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the compressed groove (5) is continuously provided with a low pressure portion (6) extending from one side wall of the groove toward the other side wall, and the compressed groove (5) They are arranged at regular intervals in the length direction. Since the low-pressure squeezed part (6) is only extended from one side wall of the squeezed groove (5) to the substantially central part in the width direction and does not reach the other side wall, it is low so as to cross the bottom of the compressed groove. Lateral leakage that occurs when the pressing part is formed can be prevented. In addition, although each magnitude | size of a low pressing part (6) is not specifically limited, For example, when the width of a pressing groove (5) is 1.5 mm, each low pressing part (6) is pressing. Most preferably, the length viewed in the groove width direction is 1.0 mm, the width viewed in the groove length direction is 1.5 mm, and the height from the groove bottom is 0.5 mm. Most preferably, the distance between the grooves in the length direction is 2.0 mm. Further, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the low pressure parts (6) are alternately arranged from the central side wall and from the outer side wall. Of course, it may be unified with the central side or the outer side wall.
[0011]
The shape of the compressed groove (5) is the sanitary napkin in which the absorbent body (4) is disposed between the top sheet (2) and the back sheet (3), and the portions extending from the periphery of the absorbent body are joined. (1) is obtained by squeezing at a high pressure with a mold such as a mold having a desired shape capable of forming the low-pressure squeezed portion (6). 4 and 5 show a fine shape of an example of the mold, and an image of the entire pressing portion of the mold is as shown in FIG. 7 and 8 show the fine shape of another example of the mold. As described above, even when the squeezed portion of the mold has a meandering shape, the squeezed portion is formed at the non-squeezed portion as a result when the squeezed groove is formed because the squeezed groove is formed. In addition, the method of maintaining a pressing shape can use any conventionally proposed method, and is not specifically limited.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, since the low-pressure squeezed portion formed in the compressed groove of the sanitary napkin has a discontinuous shape that does not cross the compressed groove, the body fluid such as menstrual blood in the length direction of the compressed groove While suppressing diffusion, it is possible to prevent the inflow to the side part through the low-pressure squeezed part, and also maintain the effects of preventing side leakage caused by providing the compressed groove and improving the adhesion to the body. It becomes possible to do.
