又、吸収性のよいトイレットペーパー等において、糊を塗ったシート以外のシートへの糊の浸透ができるだけ少ないことである。
この糊は工業用に調合市販されているが、トイレットペーパーやペーパータオルの紙厚、坪量、エンボスによる表面形状の違い等で、糊付け強さが異なる。糊の塗布量、有効成分の濃度で、ある程度糊の接着強さをコントロールできるが、糊の浸透性や乾燥速度が変化するので操業性及び品質に影響する。
即ち、糊の塗布量が多いとテール部分がコンベアー上で擦れてちぎれたり、剥れたりし易い。また、糊が浸透しすぎると剥がす際、下層のシートまで破けてしまう。

乾燥剥離強度:テールシール後、48時間室温で放置しテールシール部の糊が完全に乾燥したことを確認後、テンシロン万能試験機で180度剥離試験を行なった。
