Description
The present invention relates to an anti-stain mat for an electromagnetic cooker, and more particularly to an anti-stain mat for an electromagnetic cooker that does not allow dirt or blown spillage on the bottom of a pan to be heated to adhere to the top plate of the electromagnetic cooker.
When cooking with an electromagnetic cooker, the pan is used directly placed on the top plate of the electromagnetic cooker, so dirt on the bottom of the pan and cooking splashes adhere to the top plate. There was a problem to do.
In order to prevent the above situation, a dirt prevention mat used between the top plate of the electromagnetic cooker and the bottom of the pan is used.
FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a schematic shape in a state in which the antifouling mat is used on a cooking heating apparatus incorporating a normal electromagnetic cooker, and FIG. 6 is a VI-VI shown in FIG. It is sectional drawing of a line, Comprising: It is the figure which showed the structure of the electromagnetic cooker typically.
With reference to these figures, the
The figure shows a state in which a
A magnetic
When energization of the magnetic
Due to its use, the

With reference to these drawings, the

FIG. 9 is an enlarged view corresponding to the “Y” portion of FIG. 6, and shows a state in which the
Referring to the drawing, since the conventional

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
If comprised in this way, while becoming a cushioning dirt prevention mat, at least one surface turns into a surface which has impermeableness. Further, the surface on which the coating material is formed is not a complete plane, but has a shape in which the outer peripheral edge rises over the entire circumference by the protrusions. Furthermore, the end of the material is not exposed to the outer surface, and the boundary between the coating material and the material is covered without any gap by the border.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, the coating material is formed on both surfaces of the material.
If comprised in this way, it will be in the state by which the raw material was pinched | interposed with the coating material.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first or second aspect of the present invention, the rim body includes a bias tape made of cotton.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first or second aspect of the present invention, the rim body includes a bias tape in which a silicone coat is applied to the entire outer surface of the glass fiber.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the invention according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the material includes glass fiber.

A seventh aspect of the present invention is the structure of the first aspect of the present invention according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the coating material includes a silicone coating material.
If comprised in this way, the surface of a stain | pollution | contamination prevention mat will have characteristics, such as slip resistance, heat resistance, and water repellency.
As described above, since the invention described in
Further, the surface on which the coating material is formed is not a complete flat surface, but has a shape in which the outer peripheral edge rises over the entire circumference by the protrusions. Therefore, when this surface is used on top, that is, in contact with the bottom surface of the pan, at least a part of the liquid spilled on the anti-stain mat due to spilling or the like is clogged by the protrusions, and the top plate of the electromagnetic cooker becomes dirty. Is reduced.
In addition, the material is not exposed to the outside, and the boundary between the coating material and the material is covered with a border without any gaps, so that it is not directly stimulated from the outside, and deterioration of the material such as fraying is prevented. The coating material is prevented from being peeled off and the durability of the antifouling mat is improved.
In addition to the effect of the invention described in

In addition to the effect of the invention described in
In addition to the effects of the invention according to any one of
In addition to the effects of the invention according to any one of
According to the seventh aspect of the invention, in addition to the effect of the invention according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, the surface of the antifouling mat has characteristics such as slip resistance, heat resistance and water repellency. Therefore, a more convenient anti-smudge mat is realized.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a use state of the anti-stain mat for an electromagnetic cooker according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and corresponds to FIG. 6 shown in the conventional example.
With reference to the figure, a
2 is an enlarged perspective view showing a schematic shape of the
Referring to these drawings, the
The
That is, when the
In addition, since the woven
In addition, the
Further, since the
Next, the case where the content spills from the pan during cooking will be described.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view corresponding to the “X” portion of FIG. 1, and shows a state in which the
Referring to FIG. 4, as described above, the outer peripheral edge of the
In order to demonstrate this, the top plate in the case where spillage occurs for each of the conventional antifouling mat 51 (glass plate mat) and the antifouling mat 21 (silicone coated glass fiber mat) of the present invention. The confirmation experiment of 17 stain | pollution | contamination prevention effect was done. First, 1 L of water and 80 g of somen noodles were put in a stainless steel one-handed pan (2 L full capacity) having a diameter of 18 cm, the spilling was generated by increasing the heating power of the
The following table shows the experimental results thus obtained.
As a result, the
In this way, when the entire circumference of the outer peripheral edge of the
The cotton-made
In the first embodiment, a woven fabric made of glass fiber is used as a material. For example, a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric made of other fibers having at least magnetic permeability and cushioning properties may be used.
In the first embodiment, the silicone coating material is used as the coating material, but other members having at least water permeability and elasticity may be used. Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the coating material is formed on both surfaces of the material, but the coating material may be formed only on one surface.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the bias tape made of cotton is used as the edge member of the end of the antifouling mat, but other members may be used.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the edging member is attached over the entire periphery of the end of the antifouling mat so that the cross section has a U-shape, but the entire outer peripheral edge on the surface on which the coating material is formed. You may attach the protrusion which consists of another structure and a member so that it may extend along the periphery. At that time, the surface on which the coating material and the protrusions are formed may be used as the upper surface. Further, a protrusion such as an edge member may not be attached.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the antifouling mat has a circular shape, but may have other shapes such as a rectangular shape or a donut shape other than the circular shape.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the thickness of the antifouling mat is 0.5 mm. However, from the viewpoint of heating efficiency, it may be 0.5 mm or less, and more preferably 0.35 mm or less. If it is good.

In the antifouling mat according to the previous embodiment, the outer peripheral edge is bordered by the
In addition, the thickness of the anti-smudge mat for an electromagnetic cooker according to the second embodiment may also be 0.5 mm or less, more preferably 0.35 mm or less from the viewpoint of heating efficiency.
