Description

The present invention relates to a scraper for a shell surface cleaner used for a shell surface cleaner that scrapes and removes deposits such as algae and sea dust attached to the surface of shells of shellfish such as scallops, and The present invention relates to a cleaning tool for a shell surface cleaner.

In the conventional shell surface cleaner, the shell in the side V-shaped shell moving passage is transferred from the inlet side to the outlet side of the shell moving passage by the rotation of the shell transferring body. The cleaning tool arranged on the outer side is rotated so that the nail of the cleaning tool is brought into contact with the shell surface to scrape off deposits adhering to the shell surface (see Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 12, the scraping tool C used for the cleaning tool of the conventional shell surface cleaner is provided with a claw F on an endless belt E, and has a predetermined interval between two rotating shafts B. It can be stretched and rotated between the pulleys D attached in (1). A cleaning tool A is formed by providing a plurality of the scraping tools C at intervals in the axial direction of the two rotating shafts B. The claw F is vertically provided on an endless belt E as shown in the drawing. The rotating shaft B is rotated, the scraper C and the claw F provided on the scraper C are rotated, and the claw F is protruded inward from the opening of the shell movement passage of the shell surface cleaner. The surface deposits are scraped off in contact with the surface of the shell that moves in the moving path.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-43676.

The conventional scraping tool and cleaning tool have the following problems.

The scraper for the shell surface cleaner of the present application has the following effects.
(1) A rotating shaft is attached, and a desired number of scraping bodies are attached to the outer peripheral portion of the mounting body which can be rotated in accordance with the rotation of the rotating shaft at intervals in the outer peripheral direction. Since the deposits on the surface can be removed, there are few parts constituting the scraper and it is easy and convenient to assemble. Moreover, it is hard to damage, and labor and cost, such as replacement of parts, can be reduced.
(2) The attachment body is made of an elastic material, and an opening is opened near the outer periphery to give elasticity, and a scraping body is attached to the outer periphery. The blades are radially formed to give elasticity to each blade, and when the scraper is attached to each blade so as to protrude from the tip of the blade, or when the shell surface is cleaned, the elasticity of the attachment body itself, Since the scraping body follows the shell, the shell can be cleaned evenly and damage to the shell can be prevented.
(3) In the scraper with the mounting body, the tip end side of the scraping body is tilted in the same direction as or in the opposite direction to the rotation direction, and the tilt of the scraping body is all in the same direction or part of the direction is reversed. When the orientation is mixed, the position and strength at which the scraper hits the shell can be changed to prevent the shell from being damaged. Moreover, the burden concerning an attachment body can be reduced and durability of a scraping tool can be improved.
(4) In addition, since the inclination angle on the front end side of the scraping body can be all the same, all at different angles, or a part can be at different angles, the inclination angle on the front end side of the scraping body can be changed. The position and strength with which the scraper hits the shell can be changed more finely, and the durability of the scraper can be improved. Furthermore, damage to the shell can be prevented.
(5) Since the attachment body is a disk shape or a polygonal disk shape, the structure is simple and assembly, repair, etc. are facilitated, and the cost is reduced. In particular, in the case of a disk shape or a polygonal disk shape, the durability is high, and the scraper can be made long lasting.
(6) Similarly, the inclination angle on the tip side of the scraping body can be changed, such as making the inclination angle on the tip side of the scraping body all the same, making them all different angles, or making some of them different angles, etc. The position and strength with which the scraper hits the shell can be changed more finely, and the durability of the scraper can be improved. Moreover, damage to the shell can be prevented.

The cleaning tool for the shell surface cleaner of the present application has the following effects.
(1) When a large number of scrapers by the mounting body are arranged in a line and attached to the rotary shaft, the scraper for the shell surface cleaner can be replaced one by one, and repair becomes easy. Moreover, the space | interval for every scraper for shell surface cleaners can also be adjusted, and it can use for various shell surface cleaners.
(2) In addition, when a large number of scraper for the shell surface cleaner attached to the rotating shaft is mounted in place of every other scraper, the scraper is scraped every other scraper. The strength and angle at which the body contacts the shell can be changed, and damage to the shell can be prevented.

(Embodiment 1)
An example of an embodiment of a scraper for a shell surface cleaner (hereinafter simply referred to as “scraper”) and a cleaner for a shell surface cleaner (hereinafter simply referred to as “cleaner”) of the present invention is shown in FIG. Will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 1, the scraper 1 of the present invention has a large number of scrapers 3 attached to the outer peripheral surface of a disc-shaped mount 2. The mounting body 2 is integrally formed in a disc shape by an elastic material such as rubber or resin, a shaft mounting hole 4 is opened at the center thereof, and openings 5 are opened at regular intervals toward the outer periphery. Elasticity is imparted to the connecting portions 6, and a ring-shaped outer ring portion 7 is formed outside each connecting portion 6. A plurality of substantially L-shaped metal scrapers 3 a and 3 b are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring portion 7. The scrapers 3a and 3b can be attached by any means such as attachment by a fixing tool such as a bolt or nut, and further welding by an adhesive or attachment by an adhesive. The scraping bodies 3a and 3b have their tip portions inclined in the direction opposite to the rotation direction (arrow direction) of the scraping tool 1 shown in FIG. 1 (3a in the figure) and the rotation direction of the scraping tool 1. Two pieces inclined in the same direction (3b in the figure) are alternately attached. In the scraper 1 shown in FIG. 1, the scraper 3 a inclined in the direction opposite to the rotation direction and the scraper 3 b inclined in the same direction as the rotation direction are alternately mounted two by two. However, the arrangement of the scrapers 3a and 3b is not limited to this, and the scrapers 3a and 3b are all inclined in the rotational direction, or are all inclined at right angles without being inclined in any direction. It can be attached in any arrangement by arbitrarily combining the inclined one and the one inclined in the opposite direction and the right angle without being inclined in any direction. Further, as shown in the figure, the inclination angles of the scrapers 3a and 3b are not necessarily the same, and the inclination angles of all the scrapers can be made different or a part thereof can be made different. Further, the shape of the scraping bodies 3a and 3b is not limited to a substantially L shape, and may be any shape such as a plate shape, a cylindrical shape, a chip shape, and a brush shape. Moreover, the shape of the attachment body 2 is not limited to the disk shape shown in the drawing, and may be an arbitrary shape such as a polygonal shape as long as it is a disk shape. The number of scrapers 3a and 3b can also be set arbitrarily. Further, the shape, number, size, and the like of the opening 5 of the attachment body 2 are not limited to those shown in the figure, and may be any shape, number, size, and the like.

The scraping tool 1 of this embodiment has a large number of scraping tools 1 attached to one rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft mounting hole 4 so as to be spaced in a line in the axial direction of the rotating shaft. The cleaning tool used for the shell surface cleaner can be formed. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the cleaning tool 30 is tilted in the rotational direction, and the scraper 1a to which the scraping body 3a tilted in the direction opposite to the rotational direction (arrow direction) is attached. The scraper 1b to which the scraping body 3b is attached can be alternately attached to the rotary shaft 31.

The case where shells, such as a scallop, are cleaned using the scraper 1 and the cleaning tool 30 shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, is demonstrated based on Fig.3 (a) (b). As shown in FIG. 3A, when the shell S is cleaned by the scraper 3a inclined in the direction opposite to the rotational direction (arrow direction in the figure), the contact angle θ between the scraper 3a and the shell S is shown. Is an acute angle and is in contact with the surface of the shell S. Therefore, the scraping body 3a can scrape and remove the deposits on the entire surface of the shell S. As shown in FIG. 3B, when the shell S is cleaned by the scraping body 3b inclined in the same direction as the rotation direction (arrow direction in the figure), the contact angle θ between the scraping body 3b and the shell S is shown. Is an obtuse angle and is in contact with the surface of the shell S so as to scrape. Therefore, stubborn deposits on the surface of the shellfish S can be scraped off by the scraping body 3a.

The scraping bodies 3a and 3b have their tip portions inclined in a square shape opposite to the rotation direction (arrow direction) of the scraping tool 1 shown in FIG. 4 (3a in the figure), and the scraping tool. Two pieces (in the figure, 3b) inclined in a square shape in the same direction as the rotation direction of 1 are attached alternately. In the scraping tool 1 shown in FIG. 4, the scraping body 3a inclined in the direction opposite to the rotation direction and the scraping body 3b inclined in the same direction as the rotation direction are alternately mounted two by two. However, the arrangement of the scraping body 3 is not limited to this, and it is all inclined in a square shape in the rotational direction, or it is assumed that it is a straight plate shape without being inclined in any direction, etc. Attached in any arrangement by arbitrarily combining a rectangular shape in the rotation direction with a rectangular shape in the opposite direction and a straight plate shape without inclining in any direction be able to. Further, as shown in the figure, the inclination angles of the scrapers 3a and 3b are not necessarily the same, and the inclination angles of all the scrapers can be made different or a part thereof can be made different. Further, the scraping body 3 is not limited to a plate shape, and may have an arbitrary shape such as an L shape, a cylinder shape, a chip shape, or a brush shape. The number of scrapers can also be arbitrary. Moreover, the shape of the attachment body 2 is not limited to the disk shape shown in the drawing, and may be an arbitrary shape such as a polygonal shape as long as it is a disk shape. Further, the number, shape, length, and the like of the blades 8 formed on the attachment body 2 are not limited to those shown in the figure, and may be any number, shape, length, and the like.

(Reference Example 6)
Another example of the embodiment of the scraping tool and the cleaning tool of Reference Example 6 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 11 (a), the scraping tool 1 of Reference Example 6 is made of metal on the outer surface of a cylindrical rotating drum 10 whose ends are closed by lids 11 as shown in FIG. 11 (b). The leaf spring-like scraping bodies 3 are radially provided in the circumferential direction, and the radial scraping bodies 3 are provided in the axial direction of the rotary drum 10 at a plurality of predetermined intervals. A shaft mounting hole 4 through which the rotating shaft can be inserted is opened at the center of the lid 11 at both ends of the rotating drum 10. However, the lid 11 at both ends of the rotating drum 10 may be formed by integrally forming or attaching the end of the rotating shaft to the center portion thereof, so that it is not necessary to insert the rotating shaft separately. The rotary drum 10 is preferably a hollow drum, but may be solid. Further, the shape of the rotating drum 10 is not limited to that shown in FIG. 11A, and may be an arbitrary shape such as a polygonal shape. Each scraper 3 can be attached by any means such as an adhesive or a screw. The scraping body 3 is not limited to the leaf spring shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, and may have any shape such as a coil spring shape, a tip shape, a protrusion shape, a rod shape, or a brush shape. Further, the shape and arrangement of the scraping body 3 are not limited to those shown in FIG. 11 (a), and the scraping tool 3 has a tip end inclined in the rotation direction (arrow direction) of the scraping tool 1. Inclined in the direction opposite to the rotational direction, such as one that is tilted in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of 1 or two in the circumferential direction of the rotating drum 10 or that is all tilted in the rotational direction. It can be attached in any shape and arrangement by arbitrarily combining the ones made inclined in the rotational direction, and the one made straight plate shape without being inclined in any direction. Moreover, the inclination angles of the scraping bodies 3 are not necessarily the same, and the inclination angles of all the scraping bodies can be made different or a part thereof can be made different.

The scraping tool 1 of the reference example 6 can also be mounted by inserting a rotating shaft through the shaft mounting hole 4 to form a cleaning tool used for a shell surface cleaner. Moreover, when the rotating shaft is integrally formed or attached to the lids 11 at both ends of the rotating drum 10, the scraper can be used as it is as a cleaning tool in a shell surface cleaner.
