Description
Claims (7)
- 車両ブレーキシステムの空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法であって、前記ばねブレーキアクチュエータは、動力ばねチャンバ及び補助チャンバを有するハウジングと、前記補助チャンバ内の押出ロッドと作動可能に係合するピストンに対して付勢された前記動力ばねチャンバ内の動力ばねと、空気圧力を前記動力ばねチャンバに供給し、前記動力ばねを圧縮する前記動力ばねチャンバ内の空気口と、前記車両ブレーキシステムの作動時に前記補助チャンバに空気圧力を独立して供給し、前記押出ロッドを延伸して前記ブレーキシステムを作動する前記補助チャンバ内の空気口とを有し、
(a)前記補助チャンバに空気圧力を定期的に供給して前記押出ロッドの行程を判定し、
(b)前記動力ばねチャンバから空気圧力を定期的に解放して前記押出ロッドの行程を判定し、
(c)ステップ(a)及び(b)から前記押出ロッドの前記行程を定期的に比較して前記動力ばねの前記状態を判定する、
ステップを備える空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法。 - 前記補助チャンバに供給された空気圧力と欠陥のない動力ばねを有する前記動力ばねチャンバ内の前記動力ばねとから発生する前記押出ロッド行程の差を判定すること、及び上記ステップ(a)及び(b)の前記押出ロッドの前記行程を計算された標準差と比較して前記動力ばねの前記状態を判定することを含む、請求項1に記載の空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法。
- 前記空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータは、前記押出ロッドに対応し、前記押出ロッドの前記行程を示すセンサを有し、
前記センサにより前記押出ロッドの前記行程を判定することを含む、請求項1に記載の空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法。 - 空気圧力を前記補助チャンバに供給することにより提供される前記押出ロッドの前記行程と、前記動力ばねチャンバから空気圧力を解放することにより提供される前記押出ロッドの前記行程との差が、予め定められた最小値より小さくなるとき、前記センサにより欠陥のある動力ばねを報知することを含む、請求項3に記載の空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法。
- 前記ばねブレーキアクチュエータは、前記センサからの信号を受信するように前記センサに接続された制御器を有し、前記制御器は、ステップ(a)及び(b)により判定される前記押出ロッドの前記行程を予め定められた差と比較し、欠陥のある動力ばねを報知する、請求項3に記載の空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法。
- 車両ブレーキシステムの空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法であって、前記ばねブレーキアクチュエータは、動力ばねチャンバ及び補助チャンバを有するハウジングと、前記補助チャンバ内への空気圧力の導入時に前記補助チャンバの開口を通って延伸して前記車両ブレーキシステムを作動するのに適合した前記補助チャンバ内の押出ロッドと、前記動力ばねチャンバ内の空気圧力により通常圧縮され、前記動力ばねチャンバからの空気圧力の解放時に伸張し、前記押出ロッドを移動させて前記車両ブレーキシステムを作動するのに適合した前記動力ばねチャンバ内の動力ばねと、前記押出ロッドに対応し、前記押出ロッドの行程を測定するセンサと、前記センサに接続され、前記押出ロッドの前記行程を報知する制御器とを有し、
前記補助チャンバに空気圧力を供給して前記センサを用いて前記押出ロッドの前記行程を判定し、
前記動力ばねチャンバから空気圧力を解放して前記センサを用いて前記押出ロッドの前記行程を判定し、
前記補助チャンバに空気圧力を供給し、前記動力ばねチャンバから空気圧力を解放することによる前記押出ロッドの前記行程の差を判定して前記動力ばねの前記状態を判定する、
ステップを備える空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法。 - 欠陥のない動力ばねを有するブレーキアクチュエータの前記押出ロッドの前記行程の予め定められた差を判定することを含み、
前記制御器は、前記予め定められた差を、前記表面チャンバに空気圧力を供給し、前記動力ばねチャンバから空気圧力を解放することによる前記押出ロッドの前記行程の前記差と比較する、請求項6に記載の空気圧ばねブレーキアクチュエータの動力ばねの状態の監視方法。
