本発明は、ガスの使用上の安全性を確保するガス遮断装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来この種のガス遮断装置は、図10(本発明の第6実施例を示す図を参酌する。)のような機能ブロック図となっている。この図において、遮断事由発生部1はガスの遮断を行う事由を発生する機能を有し、ガス遮断部2はガスを遮断する機能を有し、制御部3は、ガス遮断装置11の動作を制御し、遮断事由発生部1でガスを遮断する事由が発生したときに、ガス遮断部2でガスを遮断させる機能を有する。

前記遮断事由発生部1では、ガスの使用における危険な状態に対して一定の日にちや時間の余裕がある時点で遮断事由を発生するようになっており、その遮断事由の発生した時点で、制御部3がガス遮断部2でガスを遮断させている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来のガス遮断装置では、遮断事由発生部1が遮断事由を発生した場合には即時に制御部3がガス遮断部2でガスを遮断させていた。つまり遮断事由が発生したとき、危険な状態に対して一定の日にちや時間の余裕がある場合でも、時間帯、休日、曜日などに関わらず遮断事由が発生した時点で即座にガスが遮断される。したがって、ガスの保守業者がガスを使用できるように処置をするまでガスの利用者がガスを使用できなくなる場合や、ガスの利用者が頻繁にガスを使用する時間帯、休日、曜日などで急にガスが使用できなくなる場合があり、ガスの利用者に不便を強いるという問題を有していた。

本発明は、上記のような従来の問題を解決するもので、発生した遮断事由が危険な状態に対して一定の日にちや時間の余裕を持って発生するようになっている場合において、ガスの保守業者が処置できない時間帯、休日、曜日を外してガスを遮断したり、一時的に開栓(ガス遮断の解除)することによって、使用中にガスが急に使用できなくなることによる不便さを解消したガス遮断装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のガス遮断装置は、上記目的を達成するために、ガスを遮断するガス遮断部と、ガスの遮断を行う事由を発生する遮断事由発生部と、時間または日付または曜日を計測する時計部と、前記時計部の時間または日付または曜日を入力して遮断を行う遮断時間または遮断日付または遮断曜日を出力する遮断設定日時保持部と、前記遮断事由発生部で遮断を行う事由が発生したときに時計部から時間または日付または曜日を取得し、取得した時間または日付または曜日を、遮断設定日時保持部に入力して遮断時間または遮断日付または遮断曜日を取得し、時計部の時間または日付または曜日が、遮断設定日時保持部の遮断時間または遮断日付または遮断曜日に一致したときに前記ガス遮断部でガスを遮断させる制御部とを備えたことを特徴としている。
