Description
【0001】
【0016】
<構成>
【0059】
<変形例>
(A)

[0003]
In order to accurately perform combination weighing, it is better to select from as many options as possible. Some combination weighing devices include a booster hopper that transfers and holds articles weighed by the weighing hopper. The booster hopper is a hopper that does not have a weighing function, shifts and holds an article that has been previously weighed by the weighing hopper, and also shifts the weighing value of the article. Since the booster hopper does not require a weighing function, it is less expensive than the weighing hopper. For this reason, since the combination weighing device provided with the booster hopper can increase the number of hoppers as options at low cost, the combination weighing can be performed with higher accuracy.
[0004]
As articles handled by such a combination weighing device, there are also stickies with high tackiness such as meat sauce spaghetti and seaweed boiled seaweed. These highly sticky articles are likely to adhere to various places, and are likely to remain attached to the weighing hopper and the booster hopper. If an article is put into the weighing hopper when the article remains in the weighing hopper, a difference occurs between the actual weight of the article and a measured value obtained by weighing. This difference can be suppressed by performing a so-called zero point adjustment in which the weighing value is calibrated to zero after weighing in the empty state after the article is discharged in the weighing hopper. This zero point adjustment has been conventionally performed in a combination weighing device by, for example, a method disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 61-3014.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When transferring the articles weighed by the weighing hopper to the booster hopper, if the articles remain in the weighing hopper or if the previously remaining articles are transferred excessively, the weight of the article transferred to the booster hopper The measured value measured by the weighing hopper may be different. That is, when the article is transferred from the weighing hopper to the booster hopper, the measured value in the weighing hopper is transferred to the booster hopper, and the weight of the article held by the booster hopper and the measured value are different. If the weighing value of the article held by the booster hopper becomes inaccurate, the weighing value that is the basis of the combination calculation becomes inaccurate. As a result, there is a difference between the measurement value obtained as a result of the combination calculation and the weight of the actually discharged article. If the difference is outside the predetermined tolerance, it will be a defective product. In particular, when the weight of the article actually discharged is lighter than the measured value, there is a great problem when the goods are put on the market. On the other hand, if the weight of the actually ejected item is heavier than the calculated value, an extra cost is incurred on the producer side, causing a loss.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a combination weighing device capable of adjusting a weighing value of an article held by a booster hopper so as to approach an actual weight.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The combination weighing device according to
[0008]
Zero point adjustment control is control in which the weighing hopper is weighed in an empty state in which an article is discharged from the weighing hopper, the weighing value is set as an adjustment value, and the weighing hopper is calibrated based on the adjustment value.
[0009]
Here, when the article is held in the booster hopper, the weighing value of the article transferred from the weighing hopper to the booster hopper is adjusted based on the adjustment value of the empty weighing hopper after the article is transferred to the booster hopper. Perform adjustment control. For this reason, the measured value of the article held by the booster hopper approaches the weight of the article actually held. In this way, since the weighing value of the article held by the booster hopper approaches the actual weight of the article, the difference between the weighing value and the weight of the discharged article combined based on the weighing value becomes small.
[0010]
The combination weighing device according to a second aspect is the combination weighing device according to the first aspect, wherein the adjustment control is a control for subtracting the adjustment value from the measurement value of the article held by the booster hopper.
[0011]
The adjustment value is a measurement value of an empty weighing hopper after the article has been transferred to the booster hopper, and corresponds to the weight of the article that has not been transferred to the booster hopper while remaining in the weighing hopper. By subtracting the adjustment value from the weighing value of the booster hopper, the weight of the article that has not transferred from the weighing hopper to the booster hopper can be subtracted from the weighing value, so the weight of the article held by the booster hopper and the weighing value are Get closer.
[0012]
Note that the adjustment value may be negative, but this occurs when articles that have remained in the weighing hopper from before have moved to the booster hopper. More articles than the weighing value in the weighing hopper are sent to the booster hopper. For this reason, the weight of the article held by the booster hopper is larger than the measured value transferred to the booster hopper. Subtracting the negative adjustment value from the measurement value in the adjustment control is equivalent to adding the absolute value of the adjustment value to the measurement value.
[0013]
A combination weighing device according to a third aspect is the combination weighing device according to the first or second aspect, wherein the adjustment control is performed each time the weighing hopper performs the zero adjustment control.
Here, since the adjustment control is performed every time the zero point adjustment control of the weighing hopper is performed, the difference between the weight of the article held by the booster hopper and the measured value becomes smaller.
[0014]
A combination weighing device according to a fourth aspect is the combination weighing device according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the article is a sticky adhesive.
If the article is an adhesive, it is more likely to adhere to a weighing hopper or the like than a normal article, and therefore has a great influence. Here, by performing the adjustment control, the difference between the measured value of the discharged articles combined based on the measured value and the actual weight becomes smaller.

【The invention's effect】
When the booster hopper holds an article, adjustment control is performed to adjust the weighing value of the article transferred from the weighing hopper to the booster hopper based on the adjustment value of the empty weighing hopper after the article has been transferred to the booster hopper. It can be carried out. For this reason, it becomes possible to make the measured value of the article held by the booster hopper closer to the weight of the article actually held.
