Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a portable toilet mainly used in a general room.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when using a portable toilet, the portable toilet has been provided with a sewage receiving part to prevent spilled water (small water, etc.) overflowing or jumping from the toilet and spilling on the floor. It has been. For example, in Patent Document 1, a groove-shaped small water catcher (sewage catcher) is formed integrally with the outer container at the periphery of the opening of the outer container (toilet body main body). Small water that leaks into the water can be stored in this small water reservoir.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-253354
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above conventional technique, since the small water receptacle is integrally formed with the outer container, cleaning of the small water receptacle has been troublesome. More specifically, in the above-described conventional technique described in Patent Document 1, the small water receiving bowl is integrated with the outer container. I had to bring a cleaning agent and a brush, and I had to wash the small water receptacle there. In addition, since a lot of cleaning agent scatters on the floor surface of the toilet bowl, it was necessary to wipe off the floor surface that was soiled with the cleaning agent with a rag after cleaning the small water receptacle.
[0005]
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a portable toilet having a structure in which a sewage receiving portion can be easily removed. Furthermore, this invention is providing the portable toilet with which washing | cleaning of a sewage receptacle part is easy. It is another object of the present invention to provide a portable toilet that can be provided with a spare sewage receiver and can effectively prevent sewage from being contaminated on the floor even if it does not enter the sewage receiver.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the invention described in claim 1, a toilet bowl body portion provided with a toilet bowl mounting hole at a substantially central portion of the toilet bowl body, and formed outward from a peripheral edge portion of the toilet bowl mounting hole. A portable toilet having a sewage receiving part that is detachably attached to the seat surface part and a toilet tub that is detachably attached to the sewage receiving part, wherein the toilet main body part is upward from the outside of the seat surface part. Provided is a portable toilet, further comprising: an extending peripheral wall portion; and an auxiliary sewage receiving portion having a groove structure that is provided so as to go around the sewage receiving portion from the seat surface portion and is opened upward. To do.
[0007]
The sewage that overflows or splashes vigorously from the toilet bowl may spill outside after passing through the sewage receiving part, but according to the present invention, the peripheral wall extends upward to the outside of the seat surface part of the toilet body part. Is provided. Since this seat surface part is also a part which latches a sewage receiving part, when passing through here, sewage may not enter a sewage receiving part. However, in this invention, even if it is the sewage which has passed the sewage receiving part (seat surface part), it can prevent that the outer peripheral wall part blocks | interrupts sewage and spills outside. In addition, since the peripheral wall portion is provided so as to extend upward from the outside of the seat surface portion to which the sewage receiving portion is locked, the sewage hitting the peripheral wall portion is directly engaged with the sewage receiving portion to be locked with the seat surface portion. It is transmitted from the upper surface of the stopper to the sewage receiving part and collected in the sewage receiving part.
[0008]
However, if there is a gap between the locking part and the seat surface part extending outward from the outer wall part of the sewage receiving part due to a mounting failure, etc., the sewage may leak from the gap to the floor surface. Conceivable.
In order to prevent sewage from leaking to the floor even in such an unexpected situation, in the present invention, the toilet main body is further provided with an auxiliary sewage receiving part, so that sewage can be collected therein. ing. The auxiliary sewage receiving portion is provided so as to go around from the seat surface portion to the lower side of the sewage receiving portion, and has a groove structure in which an upper portion is opened.
[0009]
As a result, the sewage that has been transmitted through the gap between the seat surface part and the locking part of the sewage receiving part (around the back side of the sewage receiving part) is directly transmitted through the inner surface of the main body part to receive the auxiliary sewage receiver of the groove structure. Since it enters the part from above and is stored inside the auxiliary sewage receiving part, even if sewage enters the gap or the like, the sewage does not spill to the floor.
In addition, since this auxiliary sewage receiving part is a groove structure provided so as to wrap around below the sewage receiving part, when the sewage transmitted along the back side of the sewage receiving part is separated from the back side of the sewage receiving part, Since it falls to the auxiliary sewage receiving part located in the sewage, the sewage is not scattered on the floor.
[0010]
Accordingly, the auxiliary sewage receiving portion is configured to wrap around the sewage receiving portion and is disposed so as to receive a position where the sewage transmitted to the back surface (lower surface) of the sewage receiving portion falls as a trap. If it is. What is necessary is just to determine a specific structure suitably in consideration of the structure of the back surface part of a sewage receiving part, and the leak amount of sewage.
[0011]
In addition, the auxiliary sewage receiving portion is included only if it wraps around below the sewage receiving portion as long as it wraps around, but the downward convex portion formed below the sewage receiving portion of the groove structure It is desirable that it is formed so as to cover the top of the groove bottom (that is, the groove bottom of the groove structure). This is because the downward convex portion is a place where sewage mainly becomes traps and falls downward. Therefore, when the sewage is not wrapped to the extent that it covers the downward convex part, the sewage flowing through the gap between the locking part of the sewage receiving part and the seat surface part travels along the lower surface part of the sewage receiving part, However, it is also conceivable that it drops from the convex portion onto the floor surface.
[0012]
Further, the size (groove width and groove depth) of the auxiliary sewage receiving part can be made smaller than that of the sewage receiving part. This is because the amount of sewage collected in the auxiliary sewage receiving part is much smaller than the sewage collected in the sewage receiving part.
[0013]
For cleaning the auxiliary sewage receiving part, it is sufficient to remove the toilet bowl and the sewage receiving part and then wipe them off with a tissue or a rag. This is because the auxiliary sewage receiving portion hardly accumulates in normal use. Also, when wiping with a rag or the like, the amount of accumulated sewage is small, so that sewage does not spill on the floor during cleaning.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the portable toilet according to the first aspect of the present invention, the toilet tub is open at the top, and is provided with a folded portion that extends downward from the outside at the edge of the upper outer peripheral portion. The portion includes a groove structure that is disposed along the outer periphery of the upper edge of the toilet tub, and the upper portion of the inner wall portion of the groove-shaped sewage receiving portion is disposed on the toilet tub. A holding portion for holding the toilet tub by entering and engaging the inside of the folded portion of the fold, and an upper portion of an outer wall portion of the groove-shaped sewage receiving portion is extended outwardly to form the seat surface portion. The latching | locking part is comprised .
[0015]
The portable toilet of the present invention comprises a toilet bowl main body, a sewage receiving part, and a toilet bowl. The toilet body is provided with a stool mounting hole in a substantially central part, and a sewage receiving part is detachably provided on a seat surface part formed outward from the peripheral edge of the stool mounting hole. A toilet bowl is detachably attached to the inner edge of the sewage receiving part. That is, in the portable toilet of the present invention, the toilet bowl main body, the sewage receiving section, and the toilet tub are each configured separately, and the detachable toilet tub is attached to the toilet bowl main body via the detachable sewage receiving section. It is the structure attached to the toilet bowl attachment hole.
[0016]
And the upper part is open | released and the toilet bowl is provided with the folding | returning part which goes to the downward direction from the outer side in the outer periphery part of an upper part. In addition, the sewage receiving part has a groove structure opened along the outer periphery of the upper edge of the toilet tub, and this sewage structure allows sewage that has entered from above to enter the sewage receiving part. It is stored in. In addition, since it is arranged along the outer periphery of the upper edge of the toilet bowl, the sewage can be reliably collected in the sewage catching section no matter what part of the toilet bowl overflows or splatters. is there. The groove structure is not particularly limited as long as it has a structure capable of holding sewage and the like contained therein.
[0017]
Furthermore, the upper part of the inner wall part of the groove-shaped part of the sewage receiving part (the wall part located on the inside of the toilet main body of the sewage receiving part) enters the inside of the folded part of the toilet and engages therewith. A holding part for holding the toilet bowl. That is, the toilet tub is attached to the sewage receiving portion by inserting the folded portion of the toilet tub into the inner wall portion of the sewage receiving portion. And the groove part of a sewage receptacle part is arrange | positioned along the outer side of the surrounding wall part of the upper open part of a feces layer.
[0018]
Further, the upper portion of the outer wall portion of the groove-shaped sewage receiving portion (the wall portion on the side of the toilet body outside the sewage receiving portion) is extended outward to form a locking portion with the seat surface portion. ing. In other words, the sewage receiving part is attached to the toilet body part by engaging the engaging part of the outer wall portion of the sewage receiving part with the seat surface part formed in the upper part of the toilet bowl attaching hole of the toilet body part. It is.
[0019]
According to the present invention configured as described above, the sewage (such as small water) overflowing or splashing from the toilet tub receives the sewage inward of the turn-up portion even after the turn-up portion of the outer peripheral wall portion of the stool tub. Since the inner wall portion of the part enters and is attached, the sewage traces the folded part and is stored in the sewage receiving part. Therefore, sewage does not spill on the floor.
[0020]
The accumulated sewage can be easily removed by removing the sewage receiver attached in a detachable manner and taking it to the washing station for cleaning. More specifically, the attachment structure of the toilet tank and the sewage receptacle is a form in which the folded portion of the toilet tub is inserted into the inner wall portion of the sewage receptacle, and the attachment structure of the sewage receptacle and the toilet body portion is the sewage receptacle. Since it is a form which latches to the outer peripheral wall part and the seat surface part formed in the peripheral part of the toilet bowl attachment hole of the toilet bowl main-body part, if a toilet bowl is lifted up and removed, a sewage receptacle part can be removed easily. Therefore, according to the present invention, after removing the stool layer, only the sewage receiving part can be easily removed and brought to the washing place for washing.
[0021]
In addition, since the sewage receiving part can be easily removed and attached, it is not necessary to carry the cleaning agent or brush to the place where the toilet body part of the portable toilet is placed and wash it there. Therefore, the floor surface on which the toilet main body is disposed does not become dirty when the sewage receiving part is washed as in the prior art.
[0024]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the portable toilet according to the second aspect, a rib projecting downward is provided on the lower surface of the sewage receiving part and above the auxiliary sewage receiving part. It is what.
[0025]
In the present invention, a rib protruding downward (that is, in the direction of the auxiliary sewage receiving part) is provided on the lower surface of the sewage receiving part and above the auxiliary sewage receiving part. Even if the sewage that has entered from the gap between the stop portion and the seating surface has traveled along the lower surface of the sewage receiving portion, the rib is standing upright, and the sewage is dripped downward along the rib. And since this rib exists in the upper position of an auxiliary | assistant sewage receiving part, the dripped sewage can be reliably received with an auxiliary | assistant sewage receiver as it is. That is, according to this invention, it can prevent more reliably that dirty water leaks to a floor surface, and gets dirty.
[0026]
Further, since the sewage is surely dripped from the rib by providing the rib, it is sufficient that the auxiliary sewage receiving part wraps around the sewage receiving part up to the position of the rib. Therefore, by configuring as in the present invention, the auxiliary sewage receiving portion can be reduced in size.
[0027]
Here, all the ribs in the present invention are included if they have a shape protruding downward from the lower surface of the sewage receiving portion. In addition, it is preferable that the ribs are provided over the entire lower surface of the sewage receiving unit because the sewage is surely dropped on the auxiliary sewage receiving unit. However, the ribs are not necessarily provided over the entire circumference. . This is because the amount of sewage flowing to the auxiliary sewage receiving part is small, so that even if no rib is provided over the entire circumference, the sewage almost certainly drops on the auxiliary sewage receiving part.
[0028]
The invention according to claim 4 is the portable toilet according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising a removable toilet seat, the outer peripheral portion of the toilet seat is inside the peripheral wall portion of the toilet body main body, It is mounted on the upper part of the latching | locking part of the said sewage receiving part.
[0029]
According to the present invention, since the outer peripheral portion of the toilet seat is placed on the upper portion of the engaging portion of the sewage receiving portion on the inner side of the peripheral wall portion of the toilet body, the peripheral wall portion does not move even if sewage jumps over the toilet seat. It can stop the scattering of sewage. Therefore, sewage does not scatter and get dirty on the floor. Moreover, the sewage that hits the peripheral wall part flows along the wall, is collected in the auxiliary sewage receiving part through the gap between the locking part of the sewage receiving part and the seat surface part of the toilet body part, and is stored there. Therefore, sewage does not spill on the floor.
[0030]
In addition, since the toilet seat generally has a substantially inverted U-shaped section that rises upward, the sewage that collides with the inner surface of the toilet tub and jumps up is the interior space of the toilet seat that communicates with the toilet tub (with an inverted U-shaped cross section). May pass through the inner space) and jump out of the toilet bowl, but the outer periphery of the toilet seat is configured to be placed on top of the locking portion of the sewage receiving portion. It is confined on the inner surface of the outer peripheral part and is stored in the sewage receiving part without jumping out to the outside. In other words, the sewage that jumps up from the toilet and enters the toilet seat is stored in the sewage receiving portion without splashing outside and does not spill on the floor.
[0031]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals as those in the drawing denote the same or equivalent parts. FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration of a portable toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention. The toilet main body 1 is provided with a toilet tub mounting hole 4 at a substantially central portion of the toilet main body, and the interior of the toilet main body 1. A toilet bowl 2 attached to the toilet bowl, an O-shaped toilet seat 3 disposed on the upper part of the toilet bowl 2, and a foldable toilet lid provided so as to cover the opening of the toilet tank 2 from the upper part of the toilet seat 3 5, two backrests 11 a detachably attached to both sides of the upper surface of the toilet body 1 at the position of the backrest 6 extending upward from the rear upper surface of the toilet body 1, and the backrest 6. 11b. In addition, although the sewage receiving part 20 and the auxiliary | assistant sewage receiving part 21 are provided in the lower side of the toilet seat 3, it is not shown in figure for convenience of drawing in FIG. 1, and details are later mentioned with another drawing.
[0032]
Next, the detailed structure of the portable toilet according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The toilet main body 1 is provided with a toilet mounting hole 4 at a substantially central portion of the upper surface thereof, and extends outward from the peripheral edge of the toilet mounting hole 4 (right side in FIG. 2) in the circumferential direction. A planar seat surface portion 22 is formed. Further, a groove structure 41 having a substantially U-shaped cross section (a shape in which the upper part is opened) extending downward from an inner edge (left side in FIG. 2) of the seat surface portion 22 (that is, a peripheral edge of the toilet tub mounting hole 4). A supplementary sewage receiving portion 21 having the above is formed. Further, a peripheral wall portion 24 extending upward from the outer edge portion of the seat surface portion 22 is formed. And these auxiliary sewage part 21, the seat surface part 22, and the surrounding wall part 24 are integrally molded with the toilet bowl main-body part 1. FIG.
[0033]
The toilet tub 2 is open at the top, and is formed as a separate member that can be attached to and detached from the main body 1 by forming a folded portion 25 from the outside to the bottom at the upper edge of the outer periphery. Although not shown, the toilet tub 2 is provided with a rotatable hand handle for easy removal.
[0034]
Further, the sewage receiving portion 20 has a groove structure 43 having a substantially U-shaped cross section (a shape in which the upper part is opened), and extends outward from the upper end portion of the outer wall portion 28 of the groove structure 43. A locking portion 23 is formed, and the locking portion 23 is placed on the upper surface of the seating surface portion 22 and is configured as a separate member that can be detached from the main body portion 1.
[0035]
The toilet tank 2 and the sewage receiving part 20 are attached to the toilet main body 1 by first placing and attaching the locking part 23 of the sewage receiving part 20 on the seat surface part 22 of the toilet main body 1 from above. (Lock). When the folded portion 25 of the toilet tub 2 is inserted into the upper portion of the inner wall portion 27 of the sewage receiving portion 20, the upper portion of the inner wall portion 27 becomes a holding portion of the toilet tub 2 and holds the toilet tub 2 firmly. Thus, the attachment of the sewage receiving portion 20 and the toilet tub 2 to the toilet body 1 is completed. In addition, the upper end part of the inner wall part of the auxiliary | assistant sewage receiving part 21 is contact | abutting with the lower surface of the sewage receiving part 20, and supports the sewage receiving part 20 and the toilet bowl 2 from the downward direction.
[0036]
Furthermore, the toilet seat 3 having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section is placed on the upper portion of the locking portion 23 of the sewage receiving portion 20 inside the peripheral wall portion 24 of the toilet main body 1. And the lower end part of an inner peripheral part is arrange | positioned so that it may protrude over the upper part of the toilet bowl 2. FIG. Therefore, when the sewage splashed in the toilet tub 1 enters the inner surface side of the toilet seat 3, the sewage is transmitted to the outside as it is and is guided into the groove of the sewage receiving part 20 (inside the groove structure 43).
[0037]
Further, a rib 26 protruding downward is provided on the lower surface of the sewage receiving part 20, and the auxiliary sewage receiving part 21 wraps around to the inner side of the toilet main body 1 slightly from the rib 26 of the sewage receiving part 20. It is like that. That is, the upper end portion of the inner wall portion 31 of the auxiliary sewage receiving portion 21 is in contact with the lower surface of the sewage receiving portion 20 at the inner portion of the rib 26, and the width of the auxiliary sewage receiving portion 21 is larger than the width of the sewage receiving portion 20. It is small and small.
[0038]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the sewage receiving portion 20 and the rib 26 are configured such that the ribs 26 are formed on the entire lower surface of the sewage receiving portion 20 having a substantially O-shaped frame shape. It has become. The sewage receiving portion 20 is formed with a substantially rectangular box-shaped recess 30 that is open upward, and a part of a hand handle (not shown) is placed on the stopper 45, and the toilet 30 Stores the handbag handle of tank 2.
[0039]
The concave portion 30 is dug slightly deeper than the lower surface of the sewage receiving portion 20 in order to make it easier to insert fingers when grasping the handle. Therefore, when the sewage receiving part 20 is removed and placed on the floor, the sewage receiving part 20 is inclined obliquely by the recessed part 30. In order to prevent this, the recessed part 30 is formed in the sewage receiving part 20 in this embodiment. A protrusion 29 is provided on the lower surface of the front portion of the sewage receiving portion 20 so as to protrude to a position substantially the same as the height protruding downward from the lower surface.
[0040]
According to the portable toilet according to the present embodiment configured as described above, the sewage (such as small water) jumping from the toilet tub 2 passes through the inside of the toilet seat 3 as indicated by an arrow A in FIG. Since it is stored in the sewage receiving part 20, it does not spill on the floor and become dirty.
[0041]
Further, the sewage that has jumped out above the toilet seat 3 is blocked by the peripheral wall portion 24 and is stored in the auxiliary sewage receiving portion 21 through the gap between the locking portion 23 and the seat surface portion 22 as indicated by an arrow B. Therefore, even the sewage that has passed over the toilet seat 3 is collected in the auxiliary sewage receiving part 21 and does not spill on the floor.
[0042]
Further, the sewage that has entered the gap between the locking part 23 and the seat surface part 22 may flow along the lower surface of the sewage receiving part 20, but a rib 26 directed downward from the lower surface of the sewage receiving part 20 is provided. Therefore, the sewage flowing along the lower surface of the sewage receiving part 20 is surely dropped from the rib 26 onto the auxiliary sewage receiving part 21. Therefore, the sewage is reliably received by the auxiliary sewage receiving part 21, and the sewage does not leak to the floor surface.
[0043]
When washing the sewage receiving part 20, the sewage receiving part 20 may be removed after removing the toilet tub 2 and carried to the washing place for washing. That is, the detachable sewage receiving part 20 can be removed from the toilet body body 1 and easily washed. Therefore, the troublesome work of carrying the brush or cleaning agent to the place where the portable toilet is installed and cleaning it on the spot is unnecessary, and the floor surface where the portable toilet is installed becomes dirty during cleaning of the sewage receiving portion 20. There is nothing.
[0044]
On the other hand, since the auxiliary sewage receiving part 21 is formed integrally with the toilet body 1, it is necessary to wash at the place where the portable toilet is installed. However, since the sewage collected in the auxiliary sewage receiving part 21 is small, Simply clean with a rag. Therefore, the portable toilet floor is not contaminated.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the portable toilet according to the present invention, the sewage receiving part can be easily removed and the sewage receiving part can be easily cleaned. Moreover, since the sewage receiving part can be removed, the sewage receiving part can be carried to another place for cleaning. Therefore, it is possible to achieve an excellent effect that the floor surface of the portable toilet is not soiled when cleaning the sewage receiving portion.
[0046]
Furthermore, since the sewage that jumps over the sewage catcher collects in the auxiliary sewage catcher, the effect of not polluting the floor around the portable toilet is even more effective than that with a single sewage catcher. There is also an advantage that the time required for cleaning in an environment where a portable toilet is used is less than conventional, and the cleanliness of the surroundings is improved.
